'New Ice Age Forming'

  
     For a decade now self-appointed meterologists
        have been screaming ‘climate change’ and ‘global warming’

     Yesterday perusing a professional journal 
         I bookmarked a piece titled, “New Ice Age Forming”

     Is it time for the world’s Greta Thunbergs, their shouts to change 
         from ‘Heat Wave’ to “Snow on the Range”

David Crandall February 9, 2026 at 7:06 PM I was able to find an article in SciTechDaily citing an article from a professional journal, summarizing, "that the next ice age should naturally begin in about 10,000 years." However, it goes on to say, "However, human activities — especially greenhouse gas emissions — have disrupted this cycle, making it unlikely that we’ll see another glaciation anytime soon." Gershon Wolf February 9, 2026 at 8:11 PM I can't remember which professional journal I saw this article in, i.e., that we may be on the verge of the next ice age... Anyway, it's all conjecture. We have as much control over long-term weather trends as we do over the day we die.
