Strange to hear Bolero
over the loud speaker
when my thoughts
hesitate
then
steam
to textures
intimate and moist
Cashier
Change will make me hesitate

Clearly I can’t handle change
Customers will find this strange
It’s a date,
Do not be late,

Light beckons this morn-
first rays filter free
tepid sprigs trip up
life left still, sans rest;
worn breaths hesitate
red eyes dissipate
As I approach to touch
I hesitate but a second too much
What could happen I think
My mind conjours images in a blink
Yet fate somehow manaes to intervene
do not hesitate
to make your life's tapestry
the blink of God's eye
ends our sOwing time quickly -
use authentic shades stitched strong
I am crashing underneath a cloud of misery.
There is nothing left the hear from me.
I am crimpled under the weight,
and I can't hesitate,
or I will surely break.

We Lost the Lost Cause
They say we even had lost the lost cause;
Whatever we do much attention it draws;
