Dust Bunnies

Gathering under my bed, dust bunnies congregate, fluffy and gray, but I'm resolute, I have a broom to reach them, but then I hesitate, live and let live, I say, as they're so dag-gone cute!

Cuteness Regina. I received a robot vacuum recently and I love that it goes under the bed and other furniture for me. No more crawling down to extend the old vacuum to hard-to-reach places! Your poem is so cute...being reluctant to suck up those bunnies! :)

this is witty and creativity. I don't like dust under the bed...it's my thing I guess. Our vacuum cleaner with it's long hose generally sucks the life out of them :-)

Hi Sara, I had fun writing this short poem about dust bunnies. I used to live in Raleigh, NC. I cleaned houses there for a year. The big joke us maids would share was overly complaining customers that would call in to the office on the infrequent occasions when one of us would forget to vacuum under one of the beds in a house and leave dust bunnies. So this poem is kind of a tribute to my maid days. Thank you for stopping by to read and comment. God's blessings to you.

Very creative.. do they really look like dust bunnies? Maybe if you thought they were dust gremlins, it might be easy to clean them..
