Sedate

the pain
bruises fade
cuts heal
heart ache wanes
but how do you deal with the numb
when there is nothing you can feel

Premium Member Pushed Away From a Dead Marriage

Sorrow and heart ache
Rebuffed, rebuked, pushed away
Edging on Nasty

Bad feelings surround and stun
Marriage done, over, kaput

A lifetime horror

Love is blind,
So I wobbled into his heart _
A place of callous pain,
Sharp edges and heart-ache ,
And so I cried for a lifetime.

Pining For Love

Why does the heart ache?
Why does it seem to break?
Why don't I see a reason,
In all these varied season?
Pining for love,
Is it the reason?

Semenary

Whenever the wife needs a break
From necking when I'm on the make
Her hammer and stake
Just make my heart ache
And terrifies my garter snake

Do you cheat on your spouse in your dreams?
Does your heart ache so much that it screams?
When reality sucks
Go to work for the bucks
Life is never as bad as it seems

Thief

like a thief in the night
coming in crescent light
you slip inside of me
stealing all of my dreams

what is a gal to do?
to get her mind off you
you stay when I awake
causing much heart ache

My Pill Box

I've got my pain pills
I've got my allergy pills
I've got my sleeping pills
I've got my eye drops
I've got my digestion pills
I've got my skin care supplements

I've got no heart ache pills...

Heart Ache

She looked at me
Confused and anxious
Why?..
The unmouthed question
Because i care so much..
The unspoken answer
Sometimes those who love
Hurt each other the most
And not all the time
Is it a deliberate act

Quiet Chaos

Chaos
Can’t quiet
The restless soul

Tears
Won’t wash
Away the pain

Anger
Won’t drown
Out the sorrow

Fear
Won’t release
The scared heart

Doubt
Can’t subdue
The wounded mind

Loneliness

The heart ache

Premium Member Heaven Found

A flurry of flake
Up there in the sky,
Makes this heart ache
And... nearly sigh

A simple wonder
All of it's own,
Like rain and thunder
When you're alone

Coming to call
Without a sound,
A sudden snowfall
Is heaven found.

Appreciation

Someone just motivated me right now
                                      To write something positive
And all I will say at this moment is thank you
It really helps ease the heart ache

Eyes That Can'T See

Open as wide as the Canyon
but still they can't see

Every day they witness Evil
but still they can't see

Heart ache and pain in full view
but still they can't see

Blessed with perfect eyesight
so how is it these eyes can not see

Always On My Mind

My sweet child
I know the distance has come between us
And from my suffering you may feel that I've left you behind
And I know that to you it might be
Another heart-ache
To me
It's a slight consolation
To tell you that you're always the one on my mind

Salty Corrosive Tears

All of those salty corrosive tears,
falling, over so many wasted years.

Causing so much heart ache, and pain,
love, and dreams, gone like the rain.

Oh! If only into the future we could see,
then those salty corrosive tears,
never would, a memory be.

Forever Yours_

Lets ride, somewhere far away
Be mine, and tell me your going to stay
I don't want you to make my heart break
when your the one who took away my heart ache
I know I didnt make a mistake, to choose you, to take this hand, and take me to
be forever yours.

Splitting Heart Ache

visions of you
romantic visions of just us two
can these visions be possibly true

dreams of you
wonderful dreams of just us two
are these dreams really really true

my heart is now black and blue
my heart was once for you
my heart is now broken

in two

She's a Monster

By blood we are connected,
my blood she shed.
Of feeling and heart ache I once felt,
Now betrayal and emptiness is settling in.
Two faced,
A loaded dice.
Intuition you had,
Intervention you need!
I know all there is to know,
lets not forget I am of your blood.

Heart Ache

So much heart ache so much pain,
waiting for my lost love,
to call my name.
Sometimes I see your face,
even though I'm fast asleep,
my heart, it begins to race.
With arms outstretched, I reach for you,
but always you just drift away,
until you disappear from view.
