Native American

Exclusively dead,
Inclusively acculturated.
Expanded populations,
Deafeningly silent
        in
alcoholic hazes
and destructive rages.

Seas Crashes the Land

Flourishing grains, sanding giant thunder rocks
Pacific craves some enormous structures.
In Night, twinkle electric crash hazes
Land delivers satisfaction near rushing giant timeless seas.

Poetry Planets

There was a time that I never wrote
Like in the dark days
before creation
I spent my days in whirling hazes
of service and devotion
to others-
but all this moment-by- moment
emotion- spun out
like a galaxy forming planets
And now in quiet contemplation-
I get to name them

Just a Pawn

Tortured and destroyed I fall to the floor,
a darkness waits anxiously for more.
It laughs and croaks as blood falls,
more and more as it splatters the walls.
It stands up to enjoy the kill,
I lay still for I have not the will.
Pleading for a hasty end the weapon raises,
one swift blow i see the hazes.
Darkness takes me over I am no more,
just a pawn laying on the floor.

Financing the Change

Sip this description
Flipping indigenous misfits,
Imprints or footprints in sound

The valley out of bounds
Where real world blues
Are castigated in spades
Dark hazes rearrange the page
Pressing
Prime poetry always
Lifted in a miraculous tumble

While battling limbs plunder
Im just herculean on this mystery fit
Having no eye for embellishment
making answers split
And financing the change

Hearts Chance

Oh, how the heart pains when lonely and tried
The pangs never answered are heaviest to bear
As the curtain comes down upon the earth’s day
Evening accentuates and reverberates the ache

Let not night, fall upon a lonely bleeding heart
For it is in darkness that the heart then hazes
Providing little clear thought for he who suffers
Let day be constant, through clarity, the heart survives

I watch the curling smoke
rising from my cigarette
my mind’s flat broke
my creative spirit begins to fret
    sipping my hot coffee
    listening to the cold rain
    wishing something would inspire me
    and end this poet’s strain
I start jotting down words
and random gibberish phrases
most no one’s ever heard
extracted from my mind’s hazes
but I really need to write
    something that’s worth reading
    locked in a brutal fight
    come on, pen start bleeding!

How

I was a broken down machine
Couldn’t even cleary think
Needed a man to tell me who to be
I was in one of my lowest phases
Falling in and out of drunken hazes
Desperately needed a savin’

How do you walk?
When your legs are bound down?
How do you breath?
When you’re afraid you’re gonna drown?
Ok baby, I need you now

And How did you walk?
Directly into my life?
And how can you stay?
Through all of this strife?
Oh baby, I was afraid
That you’d walk away
But you stayed

We Were Wrong

and as the day slowly circles back into a night,
hazes yawn over stranded lost loves final flight
and again here I stand alone yet not afraid, I find myself everytime fighting that maze
like a spider a web will be weave from the throw, deep and darker the strings of our heart become stone, and as dancing delights those with skeletons pride, it is you who should run fast ride, cower and hide I am free again thank you for this bitter end, Go now my sweet love, this dream journeys here end.
