Long spines. Waxy skin.
Wounds within your flesh abide.

Nightmare 2

The Gunshot flies past the ear
my ear starts to ring
I close my eyes
Hoping the man went away
But thats when i heard footsteps
It comes by my hiding spot
I bite my lip until it bleeds
I didnt feel it
Realizing that it was just a Nightmare

Assasination Raga

Meir Kahane, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy
All gone by the assassin's bullet
     My blood chills at
the thought of another gunshot
A friend told me - they know what they are getting into
He was right!
But still - my blood runs cold
Doesn't yours?

Sandpaper eyes
Force me to sleep
Alive and alone
In an open prarie
My wicked thoughts
To dream away
Thinking of ways
To begin my demise
A slow painful death
I wish to pursue
Not a gunshot
Or a fire
Just wretched words
Spat from his mouth
To make me think
And finally die

Gunshot of Autonomy

Caged up in the brain’s shackles of lust and lies
Rags of despair disillusion and utter reformed thoughts hang
Puddles of thick perverse actions gather and stain crimson
For he is a mirage of false hope cascading over your senses
Then final reiteration of the branded instant’s ultimate sound.

A Simple Touch

Over my eyes,
the unveiling of a secret kept
within my breast.

Just a simple touch --
the songs spilling out of your eyes
your hand in mine.

Sudden snapshot
And the light beam brings such focus
the dark gunshot

Not a shred of doubt,
just a simple touch to let me know
Your deepest thoughts.

Premium Member Dont mess with Arkansas

Small Arkansas town had tolerated enough
Deceased bully is now not so tough
Lots of guns blasted the square that day
They did not give the brute time to pray

Gunshot came from every direction around
It did not stop until the bully was on the ground
Don’t mess with Arkansas, said Detective McBing
None of the townspeople saw a thing

Lone Figure

As the man weeps and bellows,
He walks through the ghost town meadow.
Ashes upon ashes his home remains,
It hits so hard he can't endure this pain.
He then walks to the tomb stones,
You can hear the sadness in his tone.
He falls to his knees in front of his new home.
A gunshot rings through the woods, now his spirit can begin to roam.

To All Unimportant Lives

That night in your bedroom
I watched a star (die)
its fixed suspended beam
blink (into blackness).
So many surplus lights were there above me
that I should not have seen its smothered eye
nor cared.

But I watched (beneath it)
a million backward steps away
that star of mine (implode)
a soundless clap
(a gunshot)
in some suicidal ear.

Enigmatic Perspective

Amongst the treetops a falcon finds its prey
Swooping down talons open to grasps it
Only to let it drop so it’s bones will shatter
Questions have arisen in the coming days
Am I in the talons or am I the falcon hunting
A gunshot is heard with a burst of feathers
I am the bullet ceasing the existence of fables
My words are the rifle in which they will fall

Death

Death is a powerful thing
it can be bad
or it can be your best friend
have you ever hated someone so bad
that you wanted them dead
i have... but then again i havent
it is very complicated
yet it can be very simple
one gunshot
one bullet
one life
gone
was death made
to be good or bad
i think it is both
death can be our friend
or our enemy
you pick
