Each morning just before lunch at eleven,
I can see the black smoke rise.
Pops has his large grill fired up.
Chicken and ribs sizzle over the flame.
Just come here to satisfy your hunger.
Pops is not skimpy on his sauce.
The man is the boss for cooking.
Delicious juicy hot dogs
Slathered with mustard,
Onions, slaw, and chili sauce
Some hamburgers, too,
On soft toasted buns
Cheese slices.
Yum!

Just having the will,
You’ve conquered a steep hill;
Intense your will,
Settled a staggering bill;
A food-finding will,
And you eat your fill …
A fun-catching will,
Some awaiting thrill;
High-voice-pitching will,
Go it shrill;
Meat-longing will,
End up with a grill;
Quarrel avoiding will,
Remain still …
Hide-and-watch will,
A good window and still!
Come join us tonight people where the bright lights illumine.
Be sure to pick up a free multi-colored balloomin
While I showcase my special double self-lobotomy
Performed by just me in my new labero-totomy.
With a spoon, fork, and a knife - in full factuality,
I’ll cut out some noodle and some individ-ality -
And don’t forget to remember to gobble up your fill
At our fine and efficient, fresh fast-food hamburger grill!
Fire up the grill ~ let's all eat
Dad's steak now well done

With a GRUNT she said, "I grill meals,"
"Won't you PASS THE GAS lighter please?"
He said, "LET IT RIP!", to seal the deal
Impressed with how she CUT THE CHEESE
SILENT BUT DEADLY, were her cats
Outside, she LET ONE GO at a time
The little STINKERS were blind as bats
But would BREAK WINDows, what a crime!
From the grill a BROWN CLOUD rose up
She said, "UNCORK ONE bottle of wine!"
"Be careful, don't STEP ON A DUCK,"
"LET ONE FLY, and we'll have a good time!"
