Easy Come, Easy Go
I bought a lottery ticket
I told the cashier - "Just pick it,"
I was surprised when she said,
"If you win, we'll go to bed;"
now all my cash is gone - "Frick It!"

Anticipating
a peace march,
it's easy to get cynical.
How to prepare,
what to wear,
a uniform to confront
the uniform.
We mobilize
and mobilize
in responce to
mobilization.
Yin and Yang.
We and Them.
Spy vs. Spy.
Frick and Frack,
the march goes on,
a suicidal drumbeat,
sheep to slaughter,
life and death, death and life,
to step out of line
is to aid the enemy.
To join the line
is to aid the enemy.
The real problem is
just the shared
enmity....

My Furballs of Love
I should have named them Frick and Frack
One's so laid back and one is wack!

But each kitty brings me special joy
My little girl and giant boy

Never was blessed with kids you see
So my cats mean the world to me

They don't care if my hair's not right
That without makeup I look a fright

At times I have a messy house
They just play with their catnip mouse

The kitties don't judge-they just adore
I really couldn't love them more!
