Please, let me know
why, then, common sense dies

You come back to perch on me
As if a friendly company
You dark shadow of my fears
Wherever I leave your remains
You're an undying, homing pidgeon
Twelve beers
No fears
That's kweer
Can't steer
Bam Crash
Car smashed
In jail
No bail
Feels like
Three strikes
I'm out ~
No doubt
Be safe in the meadow warm glow
Away chase the fears of the dark
Awash in the bright sunlight show
Alas the woods I must embark
This my only way home to go
I'm going crazy
without you here
I see you around
I feel you near
day after day
year after year
I wait for you to come
and take away my fears.

My
mind
is filled
with a lot
of anixety
thoughts of abandonment plague me
I am terrfied of not having a family
I ruminate about my fears every waking hour because I cannot stop
Enveloping me in a cloudburst,
my minacious blues held a funk.
Dribbles are now torrential,
a rainstorm in my brain.
Overactive mind,
l’m exhausted.
Let me go
right now
fears!
The quietest places, and dim
Each day-lit hour
Do the worst of fears
It seems harbour.
Of a striped, snaked face-telling!
Pale, plain unspoke.
A look, feeds off yours
While we yet joke!
And so I turned away from the world
I faced myself
My shadows writhing set in stone
I saw myself alone
I stared myself unknown
In silence to insane
I retired in self blame
I pace back and forth
Mind and heart in an upbeat
Head on I tell them
We chased our dreams and worries
Together we held our hands
We are brave and smart and young
Another first day of school
As before, came dominant edicts, fracturing great hopes into just kindred like memories,
No one possessed quiet recollection simply to usurp verbally, whenever Xenophobes yielded
zealousness.
Your worst nightmare,
crawling inside you fears are mined;
Your worst nightmare,
eyes move left and right and just stare;
A hard swallow and it’s refined,
too edgy to ever unwind;
Your worst nightmare.
I fear you’re going to leave me
At every turn we take
I fester up the delusion
That from our bond you’ll break
I’m living in a nightmare
No, I’m not awake
Because
since I fear abandonment
Everything’s at stake
