Here lies a fair-haired-lad
    who ran like the wind
  Loved both his parents

A fervent fairy
In romantic dream
Holds a watering
Can, flitting over
Her daisy sweetheart.

Morning sunlight
Obscure bee whirs,
Round fair-haired face
Tease twinkle toes.

Mice clamor,
Hedgehog rolls
Heather blooms.

Weaving
Spider

Hides.

We decided to name her Dorothy;
Memory miser,
Left under visor;

Was last seen in Wizard of Oz;
By crow scared;
Lion fair haired,
And tin man with metal paws.

Rainbow in air was found floating,
And around lake had been boating;
Witch appeared,
Who we feared;
Watch Wizard of Oz time devoting.

virgins of niger’s hidden chambers
meeting with ancient praise-singers;

“nduru has arrived! nduru is here!”
the echo of the clan’s piper rings
“o, she’s come! o, she’s here!”
seems with her a new life springs!
she: a clan’s fair-haired & elegant bird
with a retinue of songsters furtive & weird....
