Premium Member how to exorcise a demon
tormented by an entity attachment maybe it is black magic or maybe not find out where within us lies the weakness that finds us in the demons clutches caught perhaps an advanced medium can exorcise the Frankenstein we have by fear created but at end of days it’s really up to us not to be by delusion dictated

Puddles
I try effortlessly to exorcise these feelings for you
My attempts are always in vain
When I sleep at night and dream you are always there
That is why these feelings still remain
You walked away from me forever
It’s just not fair, these dreams are my domain
So please leave my dreams like you left my life
Let me dance alone in these puddles of rain...

Longitude, latitude lives
we strain in this existenance
Inner exuberance, outward compliance
can we exorcise all our ignorance?
redefine our pleasuredoms to
potent people preferentials,
delivering stations of better times
avoiding being lost in aberrant moments
cautioning our latent pastules to levy.
Let us now recreate the mirror of
many measures, wherein the
night begins and all love
resides from within....

Premium Member Exercise To Exorcise
Exercise to exorcise
  the masquerade in your head
that profound-thought-parade
  vapidity in sly disguise

Exercise will clear the cobwebs
  from that brain of yours
Your cerebral spiders
  poetic weaving yearn to do

Exercise to break a sweat
  to alter your stale mindset
From darkness, gloom and doom
Fresh new flowers start to bloom

Exercise may not be a panacea
but it helps unleash vibrant new ideas...

Hereditary
I used to love the colour
Of my eyes
But now I look at the hue

And see you

And as I grow
So do the similarities
Between us

The lines on my forehead
The curve of my smile
The weight of my brow

It's yours

I wonder how much of me is mine
How much of me you've given,
And how much you've taken with you

When you left

Every mirror I look in
Is haunted by you
I hope I grow to see the truth instead

I hope to exorcise you from myself...

Premium Member The Difference
I breathe, I see, I live

I feel, I love, I give

I burn inside my mind

Flames that hurt those who are kind

I face the truth inside

I see past fear, past faith, past life

For no one else is there

Just me to meet my stare

A crossroads lies up ahead

A future of difference in my head

To exorcise the demon in my soul

I face it alone and no one will ever know

But now when I face the reflection of me

I see the person I long to be...

Premium Member Maybe We Can Use Electrolysis Instead of Immolation
to free this specter from its host
caught in a body like bear trap
a house made of arms that can't let go
my hearth’s flame is selfish,
unwilling to part with smoke
without separation i will choke
at the memory of a pleasant smog
sewn into the wrists of silver tinged fingers
there is rust in my bloodstream
the wear and tear of my engine
corrodes away a heart that
deserves to be at peace
so please exorcise me with shock
i felt you’d never want to leave...

Languishing
Feeling off, unmotivated as the season starts to change. Not depressed just an absence of mental vibrancy, of health itself.

Here is my plan I share with you to turn this thing around.I will wake inordinately early a shock to the system. My research shows that mindfulness imperative to aiding in the process. To lead me to renewed gratitude and hope and joy.

Exorcise is important too.Proper rest.No more no less.Nutrition not an option. The rule.

Ready or not reboot....

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
Thanks for taking time to read
The stories which reside in me.
Poetry provides a stage
Where fact and fiction dance and play.
Light is gorgeous,
Darkness, too,
As are color’s vivid hues.
I often write in crimson red
To exorcise thoughts in my head;
I feel exposed but still I share,
Craft my phrases with great care.

The words are often birthed in tears,
Unveiling, hurting, rousing fear.
Coughed up razors make me bleed,
But once released, I feel so free....

Not On a Monday
No, don't give me Monday
it's worse than a screaming nightmare,
which cannot be rescued
by some lethargic motions---
Darn Monday is a curse I want
to exorcise, even if it's stretched
into miles of burnt out stress!
Just give me Wednesday,
the middle of humdrum's week--
by then the piles on my desk
can clear my reckless mind
by pressing delete---
all corporate words snuffed
while I rock the good ole blues!

2020 Vision
Peace and love abound
Exorcise all our fears
Learn to live in harmony
Learn to dry our tears

Learn to love our fellow man
Whatever colour or creed
To be spiritual rather than religious
May everyone have what they need

Wave goodbye to poverty and hunger
To sickness and disease
May the powerful and greedy
Be brought down to their knees

May it be for the good of man
When we make a new decision
May Earth become Utopia
That’s my 2020 vison
