I taste your enigmas
bitter—then sweet—
I unravel them with
wonder in my lips
as surety black
paradox puzzlement
brightens—opens—
birthing color.
Everyday, to God I pray
For answers to Life's enigmas
Patience lays in wait to stay-
To cleanse our Social Stigmas
We pass the time in our idle Dreams:
Like fallen Stars in singing streams
Evergreen reaching blue continuum
Aloft and immersed gallery
Rockies, gems carved in mystery
Treacherous terrain variations
Harboring living enigmas

Must it be spelled out?
Everything in black and white
Where is mystery?
“Spiritual things
Are spiritually discerned”
Carnal? Enigmas….
If you then misjudge
Place the blame without a clue

Eileen Manassian Ghali
Rowing on frozen waters.
Onwards to a new year.
Moments to share with.
Abandonned torments.
Nothing to regret for.
Commitments to start with.
Enigmas to be descovered.
What you don't know about writing
is that it doesn't know you,
until the two of you are willing
to stew a mess of your own -
brewing your blood's greatest enigmas
right down to its own bone marrow -
why not say hello,
at least?
A noiseless and velvet night,
Moonlight grace upon the sea,
Whispering toward the stars,
Enigmas of the profound.
Shadows shifting quickly,
Directed without a fraction,
Leaving the world to ponder,
Concerning the additional place.

Paths of pathos, phantoms of the mind
meditations of consciousness in a sense
of the unreal.Places times and space
haunt and become perturbing enigmas
in spatial dimensions of an unforseen
waking reality
The illustrative sky painter,
Draping celestial seascapes,
Aurora, the nighttime dancer,
Stream across the penumbra stars,
A spectral emerald curtain,
Whispering cosmic enigmas,
A scintillating, breath-filled awe,
The North’s energetic spirit.
Listen to poem:
The crux of light lies,
deep within its flux of afterglow,
in limbo.
Its will-o'-the-wisp,
Aurora Borealis, and St Elmo's Fire,
Its split into rainbow,
Its red shifts in time travel.
All its enigmas within, urge us to set,
the aftermath of shadows, aglow.

White hat black cat par, enigmas...
Precious the innocent young child
Seven or eight; shyly, as curiously
Peeking around, the opened door
An image birthing wings of flight ?
Scrambling to unravel, this maze...
Recapture a purity which lived; try
Making sense; love's, what's why's.

Quiet,calm still snapshots
of life,hints of unsaid romance.

Indelible images seared deep
in memory.Unsolved enigmas
of yesteryear,conjecture preserved
in paint.Silent sounds echo
into the museum of memories
and yet remains forever now
a mystery.

a confused ramble along

How often in my life have I witnessed
the vibrant colors of a sunset
and been moved to tears for
having to release that purifying moment
to the enigmas of darkness.
Only to retreat, ponder and sigh.
Will not tomorrow's dawn awaken
from that same
obscure mystery?
I will dream and await the dawn!

Matisse’s “Christmas Eve”
in a procession of candles
Through the church window
in the 20th century of faces
impaled gingerly
in velvet glow
flickering shadows against
the walls
an organ streams
Through the church window
lost cutouts found
humanity gathering
into a moment of flame
Even Godless poets
recall lifelong enigmas
of golden glow
recording the same search
the same wonderment
Hidden within Precambrian rock
Lies "a tiny mystery"
A veiled secret in the dark
A puzzling piece of history
A radioactive photograph
A polonium halo possibly
Buried in a cryptic curtain
Its secret may elude us
But what's certain
Should we presume to solve this riddle
We'll be hurled back in the middle
Of more dilemmas or enigmas endlessly

As "A Tiny Mystery"
Thin lines blur into your realities
Enigmas unable to be seen blind
The light is shining bright into the tunnel
Do you see me at the bottom of the rabbit hole?
Am I a monster to you - like times of lore?
Would you burn me like they did in yore?
An urn drops dust into a zephyr whirlwind
Petals dance writhing in your oh grin
Creature of the night burned again
For being different deemed a sin
Fore having a different darker opinion
The man holds the snake and dances with it
It is a complete new constellation with new meaning
A house full of mysteries and enigmas yet to be understood
You think you'd have known by now as I lead by example
You are truly blind and yet I can see your lusty eyes preying on me
You are yet to understand what being chosen truly means
If I were you I would simply leave me alone
I will try to perform the ritual and you will be my sacrifice
The George Chronicles
There was once a past that was dark and gloomy
Perpetrated by enigmas with no angelical form
Procuring an enlightenment of satire
Which to a shallow mind pleases
to others disfigures.
Stars are gleaming which have come my path
with an infinite universe and dazzling skies
Albeit as it may life still gives you lemons
What do you do with lemons you might ask
as for me
i'll save a few
just in case someone might need them.

We discover
Divine play within
By directly feeling
The throb of bliss within form
Whereupon there remains no doubt
As we be to become the bliss mist
Purring rapture in renewal within
Yet each seeming end a new beginning
A tranquil calm descends upon us
Invisible veils are lifted
All we do is to allow
Open and receptive
In direct knowing
Merging with Self
