May Cause Drowsiness
Sleepily, quite tiredly,
Tranquilly and languidly,
Wearily yet hastily-
Bowing to his Majesty
But less concerned and further burned
In all these tales of tragedy...

Sensing the inevitable power of drowsiness,
Leaping into an unfair disadvantaged fight,
Enigma's reality is biting your tongue,
Every thought is a weeping revelation,
Power of the almighty.....(snoring)....

A drowsiness that borders on fatigue:
some say I’m spending too much time at sea.
My boat’s a rail and seat and little more;
nineteen inch stick and web strap for an oar.
Engaging workout always buoy me;
I might as well get in another league!

A Crowded Place
Drowsiness envelopes...
Under a starless night
Where light from an old tungsten bulb
Faintly penetrate a tree's thin leaves
My mind seeks a nostalgia I never seemed to find.
A faint cold breeze blew,
Whispering memories of a distant past...
I yearn for the wind
For the rain and the storm
Though it reminds me of a certain death...
My Death....

Mother Love
My fingers drift across the small head
resting on my shoulder.
caressing the fuzzy down
pausing at the soft spot,
while I wonder at the
miracle of creation.

The sweet scent of baby powder
mingles with the smell of milk
on my shirt.

Soft baby babble reaches my ear
Then the whispered mewing of early sleep.

Limp with drowsiness
My baby slumbers....

When the silky light teases, slowly filters
through the land of drowsiness, gently rippling
into ardent red allure, whispers linger
                            sweetly seductive.

Exams
Sitting surrounded amidst the heap,

Like a gale or like a storm
They come every year every month
All the cheer they sweep aside
All a sudden Heavy books heavy pile
With dark bags under every eye

Cramming night sleeping daytime
Drowsiness engulfs from the backside
Head up focused yet mind outside
Ticking clock running the time
3,4,5,6
Mental trauma making way inside....

The Unwelcome Awakening
Dreams smashed Crash on the rocks The breeze-blocks of reality Break the silence and haul from the depths of sleep This heavy carcass Doused in drowsiness Aroused by noise Shaken from the ignorance of slumber That pulled it under Its clothes drip drip drip with weighty plunder Drenched by guilty fantasies Onto the deck Lungs spewing bitter entrails of sin Welcome to paradise.

At the Second Floor of the Land-Lord House
At the second floor of the land-lord house
A lantern gleams all night long
Its light can be seen beyond the sash of the window
Dimly…
When nocturnal birds also return to nests
The eyes of stars are languished due to drowsiness
Footfall already stops
Fireflies are also tired by sparkling light
The voice of crickets are also chocked
Yet…
In a room of the second floor of the land-lord house
A lantern flickers dimly All night long…...

Side Effects
Before you take the medicine,
You give a little glance
And when you read the warnings,
You must look again, askance:

Palpitations, diarrhea,
Blurry vision, rash;
Drowsiness, so if you drive
It’s possible you’ll crash.

Tremors, seizures, itchy skin,
Breathing problems, hives;
Call your doctor just as soon
As one of these arrives!

Should you even take that pill?
In truth, I’m not so sure.
Whatever sickness plagues you
Can’t be much worse than the cure!...

life's an awesome twist. we find our meaning and fate~ in our chemistry. summer drowsiness the sunshine beams penetrate~ elevated clouds If I humor fear hide behind anger and blame~ when I ponder dread I will pride your light hold the glimmering within~ self is ennobled. the dream is boundless in which both embrace calmly~ beneath starry sky colors of friendship blooming in the warm dusk glow~ our souls are scarlet

God's Chair - Chapter 2, Verses 255, Holy Koran
There’s no God but Allah
He is the Living Container
He is free from Sleep and drowsiness.
He is the owner of everything
That is in earth and skies.
Who can recommend to Him
Without His permission?
He knows everything
That is bygone and ahead of creation
No one can obtain even a bit of His knowledge
Without His help
His chair is everywhere
On earth and skies
He doesn’t become even a little bit tired
Of controlling these two things
He is the High and the Great....

Thoughts of You
In the silent night
When the cold wind lends an ear
And the skies wait to hear
The call of the night crickets.

That time of the night
When the stars gather in troupes
 to watch over the earth

I close my eyes
And imagine your voice
The geniality of your words
Summons my thought to a stand still.

Till my pastel eyes decline into drowsiness
My emotions hum your name.
Even in my sleep,
I am still a slave
For your name rules my dream

           ....STRANJA........

~ Streaming 'cross the sky ~

Day dawns from the window of a plane
   Red streaks across the sky
Dispel the darkness in my brain
Sailing smooth as the crow flies

Upward to the clouds on wings a-glide
Clear atmosphere on high down to the ground
Drowsiness from eyes so swiftly flies
Streaming 'cross the sky without a sound

Landing on the runway right on time
A feat of aviation quite routine
One moment in Chicago, ere we climbed
In New York ~ of miracles I dream...

baby ghost
wrinkles the river

I gaze
at its drowsiness
as I masticate
on the meanings of why
because inside me is misaligned

and its cold, sleepy eye
- cautionless -
shall twitch
like visible white noise
when TV boxes snap

neither shoals
nor skipping stones
breaches the facade of a conspiratory sea

river rattles
'cause it's my baby's ghost:
The Deer Hunter
picked her blossom
tending his garden
of wicked passion
for crooked lotuses
laying dead
     afloat...
