Fabric Cashmere
Let me make you cozy
In freezing December,
Let me hug you, a snug embrace,
When you're cold and dozy,
I'll warm you like ember,
You can toast ev'n with no fireplace.

A Day At the Fair
Sniffs of cotton candy glide
Glistening like hairy sugar bombs
Through barns of dozy prized cows
Stinky squeaky piggies squeal off-key
While whirligig Ferris Wheels grind and spin
In the hum of the Tilt-A-Whirl and giddy voices

Thoughts growing so hazy, day dream dozy
Your fiery eyes keep me toasty
now roaming kisses quest
our lips mosey
mounting crest

Reflections from the cars outside
Whose soft thrum is appealing.
It’s never silent, never still.
There’s always sound and light;
But waiting for the dawn to break
It always feels just right.
I love the early morning dark.
It soothes me like a salve,
Preparing me to face the day,
Whatever kind I’ll have....
