I Do Undo
A lad who could take what was dished
Found a girl who did as she wished
So when she sat down
To take off her gown
All of his hopes and dreams were squished....

Billions in taxes
Dished out on deep space research
For mankind’s progress
While millions know starvation
Who is defining progress?

Moonlight Dream
Night beacons with joy
As moon hangs over the sea
Ripples of love flow
through my heart with full passion
like the vibrant moves of fries.

Sweet melodious songs
dished by crickets,frogs and thrush
filled air with rhythms
which soothe~nerve with fervid love
This I seek;real dejavu....

Crustacean Canto
Lobsters packed in eighteen-wheelers grapple with their feelings. A mass custody of shrimps spoon together still pink with passion. Crabs cross-dress bound more-or-less to nips of salty resentment. A soupçon of sea bugs dished up on bright porcelain plates. Fresh alien captives worth more alive than dead until we break bread.

Lollipops and Death
Lollipops And Death

Death is the final currency
It pays for nothing
Shadows God, lurking in the dark
Takes the last tear
Takes the last drop
Devils and demons hate humanity
Pain and void is their choice for us
Death is the final currency dished out
Takes the soul to nowhere friendly
It gives no lollipops
Only a tombstone and cold hard box
With dirt on top...

1990
Owned a “Cebicheria”.
Dished out
Fresh catch of the day
Prepared on the spot.
A customer ordered Trout,
Ate it all
Later complained
The fish wasn’t Trout.
Once asked Señor Torres
To buy two pounds of Octopus.
The Chef came back,
Tricked me with one pound mollusk
Stuffed with a rock inside
Its head to weigh up….
…These days I only cook at home....

Good news Zoe, charges dropped drongo
Coppers had to stop, rules aren't laws
Wrongs just that..Love you darl; thats where
I'm at, you did Ballarat an honour.' By being
True against the bother, you took issue.' with
The lies they dished on you, in the very same
old town; where our miners faced some other
 clowns
Ballarat awaken now..' And back up Zoe
Who showed you how.!...

Lekker Thoughts
Lekker Thoughts

To live a lekker life
One must set aside
Discord and strife

To have a lekker day
One should be ready
To learn how to play

A lekker attitude
Will bid you well
Dished with gratitude

A woodpecker Is not lekker
When boring holes at dawn

Have a LEKKER day !!

Premium Member How Long Does Now Last
Listen to poem:
Does the clock tick over nows
as snap-shots of present passing?
Like an old movie made by flicking through images.
Scientists say now is not a timeless instant,
but lasts 2 to 3 seconds.
Surely you can make it last longer than that?
Most of my time is future or past, but I live in the present
no matter how momentary or fleeting it be.
For now, I'll savor mindfully,
each skerrick of time dished up
one at a time on flash cards.
Now what is here, after all?...
