How's your old ball-point pen Is it still flowing through to the end Does it stay rigid Or is it a floppy digit Heard there's a new version that bends

Their Marval Comic Super Hero, Payday

Step right up unto the latest craze
Doe bank baby trying to escape
Big buck's double digit haze ?
A phenom horned in sound
Sweeping across its banks
Her plastic hobo clowns.

a digit shifts
conjuring hope
sans our resolve
so we raise a toast
to the powers that be
without any clarity
on what we seek
for we know not
who we are

Trump Tried To Fidget

Trump Tried To Fidget

Around Trump always tried to fidget,
While he even made fun of a midget;
Took a gamble;
Destroyed preamble;
Intelligence seemed to be single digit.

Number Four

It takes one to know one, I'm sure you'd agree
As it takes two to tango on a grand ballroom floor
I've heard it's a crowd when the digit hits three
So you really must go now, as your number is four!

A Hammer

A hammer is just a wonderful tool
That can be used by an expert or a fool
For an object's construction
or for its destruction
But with it,
should the hammer strike a digit,
it would be cursed with a shout
by even those who are morally stout.

Digit-Her

Tell me you 8 me,
Please, don't you d-9.
Tell me to 1- der away,
That you're 2 bad for me.
Tell me of your 5 star escapades
With your Slay Queen 6-ters.
Tell me you're a 3-ickster
And your heart isn't meant 4 love.
Tell me, so I'd 0 my mind.

Tale of a Tail

TALE OF A TAIL

Had a cat, name was Brigitte,
Always with her tail would fidget:
How to stop her moving digit?
Tie it? Hitch it? Maybe stitch it?
Maybe someday lock-in-fridge it?
Or in frozen river pitch it?
Then Brigitte’s frigid digit’s rigid.

Already Taken

Five fingers on a hand that I have touched
Each digit loved;
hint soft lust,
by my
hand...

Eyes
wanted,
but hands took
those small full lips
and guided them to a mouth so hungry

Will
keep strength
I cannot
hide my sad need
Of someone that is already taken...

My Milkmaid

.

I took her by her fine
       callused hand

I lead her to the stream
    fifty yards below

     I undressed her
 and not with my eyes

     with each digit

  Her gestured poise
  I wanted intensely

  I did beseech her
              to
           bathe

Shadow River

Beneath the bright, white, flight of the water finger-bones stir mud. Each digit a buried metaphor for lovers that had once written on clear skies. There in the turgid dark they create words from shadows, dark slow swirls, an arcane scrolling only dead-fish may interpret.

On The Wall - A nod to Omar Khayyam 1048-1131

If it is written, so be it, but who'll admit to writing what was writ when the fan is hit? And, if, having inscribed, the finger does proceed, whose digit was it when the words were decreed? Yet, carved in stone, or etched on glass, who'll confess to pouring such concrete when it comes to pass?

How Why and When

How could Bridget
Watching A midget
On one hand denied a digit
Continue to fidget?

Why would A paranoid,
Last year, with a fibroid,
Often getting her annoyed,
Now turn schizoid?

When do angles become trapezoid
And mind of soundness void?

How, why and when?
For I want Bridget ‘Now’
Taken back to ‘Then’…
Medically, right now?

Gloria, Gloria,
don’t mean to annoy ya;
you seem a voluptuous lass.
Glad that I met ya,
look up ‘metanoia’,
And so thanks, but that’s a hard pass.

Strange phenomenon: profiles with < babe-name >< 8-digit-number > handle have been sending twitter friend requests - of course they are bots, I just wonder who adds these folks...

Teaching Time

The little hand, the big hand,
The numbers all o'clock;
The way the seconds move
With every tick and every tock.

Explaining the positions
Showing 30 on its face,
A knowledge that no digit-flashing
Timepiece can replace.

I guess it's as old-fashioned
As when teaching kids to spell,
But there's value in those lessons,
Least as far as I can tell.

Premium Member Summer

Triple digit
temperatures
bake the
atmosphere while
wet blanket
humidity
embraces all
who venture out
on a Florida
summer's day.
A refreshing
dip in a cold
creek, lake or pool,
with a tall
glass of iced
tea or lemonade,
(perhaps even
 a nice cold beer)
to quench a
powerful thirst,
are treats to
be savored.
This is
summer.

After Three Before Five

What’s in a number besides it being the mathematical object used to count, the number that comes after three but before five a sequence of numbers most commonly starting with one and ending with ten. What’s in a number the difference between a number and a digit a single numerical symbol or a string of one or more digits. Is it a even or a odd number. Ask yourself what’s in a number?

I'M Doing Just Fine Counting To Nine

I'm no expert mathematician
Can't do algebraic addition
And solving quadratic equations
are way beyond my expectations
Both hands counting as some people teach
even number ten is beyond reach
A sharp blade took a finger digit
But I thinking I'm doing just fine
I can add five with four equals nine

Trance Gin Dear

aka

           HALLO WEENIE!

Police say a woman named Gidget
Took a fancy to a man's digit
She knew it would grow
But you ought to know
His digit now hangs on a midget!

Added by Belle Bellevue:

The midget was proud of his digit
He wondered just how Gidget did it
It hung to his knees
And swung in the breeze
Witch Gidget was wetting her britches
