Gap

Loud hollow shell
Glorious silent vacuum
Quiet echo bell

Invoke impartial gloom
Atomic detonation bomb
Renovate the tomb

Appease the qualm
Placate to quell
After noise, calm

Detonation In the Field of Love

tears for the breakfast
music of blood in their vessels
you are an enigmatic
ocean
red fruits on the green trees
grey limps  with broken heart
of the bubbling youth
detonation in the field
of love

Premium Member The Drugstore

I stole a garden hid it from flames,
to try and keep just one thing alive;
Collateral carnage of war games,
a single bloom of evolution won't thrive;

Detonation of everything but peace,
so careless is the nature of war;
Decimated there's nothing to seize
save P.T.S.D flooding the drugstore.

Another Detonation

The explosion was loud,
it rattled panes,
created worried crowds,
darkened clouds,
falling rain,
acid, but rain just the same,
pigeons reeling into the sky,
flying high,
by the millions as they try
to escape the aftermath,
another detonation
could destroy the nation,
God’s creation,
salvation.

Veiled Minions

Shards of rag
Torn from the reapers cloak
Tattered and blowing upon dead branches
I wearily cross underneath
Far below definition
Whilst dark eyes follow
My silent steppings
Glaring down obsidian bills
The tree erupts
A formless black detonation
Of ravens wailing their curses
At my approach
For disturbing their ritual of dusk

Society's Weeping

Children shout to drown out society's weeping ---
What kind of future is there for our Youth? ---
Nuclear detonation is close at hand ---
Like a first time mother,
with her newborn infant ---
Don't try to analyze the purpose of
this maze we call life ---
Finding the exit only means death ---
But is that sweet euphoria or
eternal damnation?

Premium Member You Save All Your Love Songs For Me

They may say you are playing to the crowd
trying to maximize all of those tips;
That well could be the actuality
as you come down and mellow out the sound;
Just right like a perfectly timed eclipse,
one note with an absolute guarantee
fits into the set right where it belongs;
Soft detonation as it leave your lips
at that moment what's inside is set free;
You save all of your beautiful love songs
                 for me.

Black and white rainbow with tornado eyes
spinning spotting hard on a lightning bolt;
Such electricity in a slow dance;
Rhythm picks up with the darkening skies
lingering on finger tip’s gentle jolt;
Detonation of pomp and circumstance
but really it’s merely a soft whisper;
Beginning with a lock of the deadbolt
you rendered me immobile with a chance
to feel our heart’s race watching the thunder
                         advance.

Spaceship

As I drift along the cosmos
taking eons for my thoughts to osmos.
Here’s an idea that might sound ALIEN,
just show some MOON to keep from failin.
Originating from a place called Ur-anus,
not a PLANET but designed to contain us.
Try converting your STUN GUN
to ignite the methane for fun.
You’re destined to be a galactic STAR,
by keeping those cheeks ajar.
If you try this poetic dictum
don’t explode or you’ll become a victim.
You need to arrive sans detonation
uncharred by self-immolation.
