Terrified I cowered deep in closet.
He was coming.
My panic increased with each passing second.

The door opened!!
His words became audible.
"Gotcha!"

"Perfume!"
"A DEAD give away."

Green found faith

Yellow demanded a new jury

Grey smiled… if you only knew

Pink suffered

Blue saw sadness

White lost its mind

Red was the new favorite of hate

Black cowered in fear of an old God

Brown realized the truth

What about you?...

Farce

A man who is
Afraid of his own words,
In his eyes, nothing but
The timidity of a rat;
Without guards and
Bulletproof motorcades,
A wasteful wife;
He would pee in his pants:
Crazy he cowered us with violence,
Wasted our lives;
Finger on cheek,
Like a thoughtful statesman,
What a farce!

I have cowered I have crawled I have begged and I have survived
Honor is something that those that do no battle speak of
Shame is something dictated by those who have not survived
I have felt a shame in that which I have done
but also a love in those I have fought beside
a knowing and an understanding that
if you do not stand beside me
you will never be allowed to judge me...

Santa's reindeer went down with the flu
He panicked thinking what can I do
So he used all his charm
Borrowed cows from a farm
Not the answer but they'd have to do...

Folks out walking all watched him fly by
Saw no reindeer and they wondered why
But they started to cheer
Then all cowered in fear
As cow pats splattered down from the sky.

Stock Response Sorry New York
My sincere apologies
Sorry New York
May God stand beside you

Stock Response

To any Atrocity
Terrorist attack

We will not be cowered
They will never defeat us

But they already have
Victim's have been taken
Someone's loved one's
Are Dead

Let me be the 1st to say
I do not pretend to know what the answer is

But for me personally
This does not cut it
God only knows
What the Dead
Think...

The Creature
Creeping and crawling through the miry bog
Disguising itself through the thick swampy fog
The creature it stalks its unfortunate prey
So it can gnaw on their bones all night and all day
Many a traveler has the creature devoured
Feasting on them as they laid down and cowered
The creatures relentless in its desire for blood
As it overtakes you like an oncoming flood
If you do travel go round the way for if you enter
You’ll end up its prey....

My Marionette
It was getting harder and harder to fake.
To put on a false grin that killed me
with each of the face muscles that lifted.
The devilish fiend cowered over me
as strings were tied below me with draining force
rather than above me with movement.

My life's purpose trickled down from below me
 in a never-ending cascade.
Even if he is silent and rarely insightful,
the most abysmal flesh-eating virus to ever consume you
will lead you to the darkness....

Insomniac Deteste
A cacophonic silence,
A mere blanch of a catastrophic faliure,
A maroon in a sickening mirage,
'tis a shade one more,
As a ray one less,
Fairing smiles adiue,
Requiem of a chastised face,
Lay a bed,
O'er wond'rous, to waste.

Where'n freshen lie fast in his daze,
Merry may go his hour,
Time shroud.
However vivid,
a weary slumber ,
Is but man's sorry tire,
Weeping sore,
Once dreaded in languishment,
Once cowered behind the stars.

Not an eye unopened,
Nor a God that sleeps....
