Omniscience

An internal prophecy, fulfilled
Confirming disbelief in myself
You’ve always been tactless
Condemning me to live knowing
I am omniscient

God

God

blessing.
Hypocrites
judging
hate
gossip
venomous.
Fleeing to dark
condemning
worthless
God?
Jesus.
I forgive.
New life.
Light.
Healing.

Condemn

damage to the
what if this
what if that-
complete & utter
loss.
blood runs;
the sauce
of sin
beckoning,
condemning indulgence
to continuance,
wearing out those
wicked wants.

Condemning

condemning
positive strides
denouncing
steps forwards
rebuking
changes made
reprimanding
efforts made
scolding
present version
of the self for
mistakes made
by the old version
of the self

Night Curse

When
Is
Heard the
Screeching sound
At the midnight hour
Is the death messenger calling
Horrorizing the errant souls without destiny
Condemning the victims to a fate of living dead alive through the eternit

Ardent Eeriness

Mysterious light That lies outside my dwelling Is a black candle With an ardent eeriness A skull plastered on the face It reads fear exists Written right on the candle Condemning all those Who might try to enter here Ward to keep evil at bay

Conceived Faculty

conceived faculty
surreal improbable
image of perfection
created within a land
of fantasy
placed you
up atop a
high pedestal
were you would
loom over
the land irrational
demands
casting down
the lay of the
land
condemning
all that were
quilty of breaking
the pet-peeve-laws

I Talk To the Trees

I talk to the trees because they never talk back. Such gracious confidants they are, so non-judgmental; never condemning or criticizing. Of course, I do realize they talk among themselves; still they keep my secrets. That’s one of the many duties of trees. Trees in a forest; Silent sentinels never Betraying one’s trust.

Deicide

'cause some of us have had enough of this hell
some search heaven for redemption
and she too
but more for being disgusted
and when she up there arrived
stabbed to death the deity
and on the way down she smiles
in the ecstasy of having avenged
the human race and all its offspring
condemning to finitude
who has not condemned us to eternity.

Swim

If you say I'm drowning
and I think you are drowning,
we cannot save each other.
Stop fearing death and swim.

On the flip side
of religion's coin
The preacher and your
family will be the ones
condemning you at your
funeral just to save someone
they don't even know.

When it comes to me
just say I swam like
I was drowning
God bless his soul.

Mind Games

Let the mind games begin
Turning facts into fallacies, urgh! What a mule
Good deeds? With evil grins
Ousting an honest man, and condemning his sins?
Bright minds unbecoming, using the press as a tool
Deceiving the masses, presuming we are fools
And yet you still go on, thinking you can win
Well then my friend,
Bring it on!
And let the mind games begin

Address To the Devil

Auld Clootie of corruption fame,
how smooth your fork-ed hiss,
deceiving hearts and tickling ears
with your sweet, seductive kiss.

Oh, master of enticement
how fragrant is your breath,
while whispering temptation,
condemning souls to death.

And in this wicked world we're
bound by your irreverent reign
'til heaven strikes a fatal blow
to your unhallowed name.

Who Are We

Who Are We
By Nate Spears

Who are we to cast stones?
As if we're perfect
No one’s perfect
But we all are worth it

Everyone's been wrong
At some point of life
Am I right?
So stop condemning
And start rebuilding

This is the vulture like mentality of the world
Casting stones at others
As if we’ve never been wrong
Lord behold somebody casts a stone at you
Then all hell will break loose!

Perception.

She reclines on the banks of a quiet pond
Naked as a new born babe
Revealing gifts nature bestowed on her
 without guile or shame.

Behind the hedges, trees and shrubs
Eyes bulge at the sight with disgust
condemning her this immoral wench, a loose woman.

Yet sin is not with her in that innocent pose
but in the eyes of the beholder
reflecting the lust within his own heart.

The Hollow Tree

The old tree
couldn't stand upright anymore.

Age, winds, and storms made it fold,
condemning it to stay close to
the ground.

Its hollow trunk,
a pitiful sight one may think,
but it
the history of the forest, unceasingly
recites.

Oh,
how many things Man could learn
if only
he was willing to listen to its story!

Upside Down Court

Their will be a trail of suffering bodies
broken inside blinded by the deepest guilt
where chaos is coming soon with despair
trying to snatch little unloved children
inside their mother's darkness fire of suffering burns
giving birth to Babylon's demon lilith filled with wickedness
which will crush every good deed as evil judgemental
for condemning murder stands to judge illegally

A Villain

I know every story needs a villain
But I promise you I don’t fit the part.
Villains are strong, mean, callous and cold.
I only built walls to protect my heart from your hurt,
Stopped wasting my words on your deaf ears
And turned my back on your condemning gaze.
Though these things looked the same to you,
They are not in my heart.
I wasn’t mean, I was surviving.
I needed love, not ostracising.

Hearts

when we hear this word
what do we think?
Love, Joy, Laughter?
Sorrow, Sadness, Grief?

How about the odd things?
The things that we leave out.
Selfishness, Condemning, Grateful!
Generous, Invisible, Cruel.

Are our hearts good?
Do they work evil?
Do they rejoice in truth?
Or laugh in the condemnation of others?

Many names... many faces.
but who molds them?
HeArtS...
Our Hearts.

Touch My Heart

Touch My Heart
I pray every day, I sink when I think
Of my troubles
and bubbles of emotion.
For sure I’m not pure, my desire is a fire
Of hope, to be
Better tomorrow.
Then I remember the plan, of the One who was man
Who knows me, each self-condemning part.
Then how I smile at his name, the spirit, the same
In my joy, He touches my heart!

Caught in Its Act

A grumpy day once came my way
      sat down beside me, moping
    Conjuring my best smile
I asked it, ‘Where is hoping’

    It fired its poison arrows
      condemning all that’s good
    I took my leave, graciously
      I knew I really should...

The day sat still a second
      then stumbled to its feet
    Shouting, ‘Yes, yes, I confess
      Life on earth's too sweet'
