The dying civilization
When they blocked a UN resolution condemning the illegal war,
When they blamed the victim for starting the war,
When they dispensed with even crocodile tears for
The Minab victims,
When they kept silent on hospital atrocities,
And seized Iran's ship of medicine, and ignored
The ecological disaster,
Nothing but ashes remained of western civilization,
Disappeared like bruises on history.
