I am a cheerleader for life
For living breathing enthusiastic loving
For saying hello to strangers
For meeting new ideas with a zing and a sizzle
For jumping around whirling
Many is the night you held me, to calm my fears.
One person who will not hurt me
Tough when it counts
Helping, healing gentle hands
Ever the cheerleader
Regal beauty and wise
Pompoms
October game
America’s football
An extension of cheerleaders
Happily, gleefully thrown into air
Captivating the crowd’s magic
These fluttering streamers
Landing in piles
Pompoms
perform life’s feat?
Zip line scares!
hanging like sheet…
need a drink
Indecisiveness not option
pushed to brink
flying over cedar
Parrots on repeat
guide’s my cheerleader
A crowd-pleasing, cheerleading, stunt building,
Short-skirt wearin', toe touching, hand-clapping, big smilin'
Kick @$$ Cheer Leader!
A happiness breeder
Tried out but it was dangerous my physique was too beguiling
Time Is the Fire in Which We All Burn
By Elton Camp
One day, Sue gave an anguished scream
How it all happened, she couldn’t dream
Hair unruly, breasts did sag
Her dress was a rag
“I once was on the cheerleader team!”

My paintings
Have a certain theme
Julie looked like a worn out ragamuffin
rolled out from under an alley garbage dumpster
her hair was dirty, her teeth reeked of tobacco
her clothes were unkempt and unfitted
there were holes in her shoes
all pride was gone
drugs had turned her
from a cheerleader into a guttersnipe
POEM 19 MY FANTASY
MY FANTASY DRESSED TO FULFILL MY FANTASY.
AS A CHEERLEADER, NURSE, SCHOOL GIRL & MUCH MORE OF ANYTHING.
MY FANTASY WHAT EVER YOU LIKE ME TO BE.
MY FANTASY YOU SURPRISE ME AT THE DOOR WITH MY FANTASY.

Freshman high school cheerleader,
long hair the color of the summer berry,
heights of strawberry flight.
Lithe athlete with sky-hued eyes,
smile of a garden fairy.
Teenage enthusiasm,
flier,
storming the sidelines.
Crowd with alumni roaring,
celebratory September night,
heights of strawberry flight.
In the backyard I built a penguin feeder
In the hopes of becoming a breeder
But I have yet to spot
A penguin on my lot
So I hired an aquatic cheerleader
At first she attracted a duck and a wren
So I quickly built a large penguin pen
But after ten days
I sent her away
When she only drew in, fishy smelling men
you are my wind, my sun, my oak, my willow
you are my lungs, my heart, my mind, my pores
you are as much a part of me as….
my breathing, my emotions, my arms and legs.
you are my comfort, my companion, my creativity.
you are my essence, my enthusiasm, my excitement.
you are my hero, my champion, my cheerleader.
You are my Joe.
joyful
enthusiastic, childlike
twirling, cartwheeling, playing
delight, cheerleader, grump, complainer
stewing, pouting, frowning
downtrodden cynical
depressed
Own best cheerleader I can be
To fight off insanity!
Have to travel down the road
Or get squashed like a toad!
Have an area of being calm
Soothes the aching like a balm
Sometimes stay just down-to-earth
To keep up a sense of worth
Focus on God; focus on life
To kick out the inner strife
Up and up and up you go
To the stars tally-ho!

You don't think yourself a hero,
'Cause heroes usually don't.
You don't talk about the things you do,
'Cause heroes simply won't;
But you are someone's cheerleader,
A coach, a champion.
You're someone's anchor, comfort, friend,
You're someone's number one.
That's what heroes do, you know.
They make a difference too.
You make a difference every day,
Just by being YOU.
Our favorite reindeer, Donner was way too old to fly
He had arthritis in his ankles, his knees and his thigh
The rest of us reindeer built him a contraption to fly.
Now we take him along, and some ask us why.
He cheers us up and inspires us with barely a try.
He spurs us to do our best, and won’t let us cry.
We cannot give up, for he is our cheerleader guy.
Donner makes the trip pleasant, said new reindeer, Cy.

flick that switch in my brain
put on my best smile
jump up
show enthusiasm
arms wide open
projecting love and harmony
turn on my high energy
boost the sparkle feature
launch my dreams
attracting upbeat people
live today with a sense of passion
dial it up a notch
giving voice to that bubbly
cheerleader in my head

For those who said I am a nobody,
you truly don't know me.
I am a somebody.
I am a teacher, mentor, and a cheerleader.
I am not a nobody.
I am a person who has feelings.
I am a person who is a somebody.
Who are you to say otherwise.
I am powerful, and strong.
How can that be wrong?
For those who said,
I was dumb and stupid.
You were wrong. I am strong, entrepreneur, teacher, mentor, and a cheerleader!
Thank you!
I am a caterpillar with butterfly dreams
Aspiring to become beautiful with wings
Never was the tallest rose in the flower bed
And when asked to pose face turns ruby red
Wasn’t a cheerleader nor voted prom queen
Was in the church choir not the worst to sing
But there was one gift that set me apart
I used words to lift and inspire heart spark
I’m like a book worm a caterpillar that dreams
As long as I keep my stride I can fly I esteem
I am a Victor not a victim
I am not defenceless
I am a champion not a cheerleader
Heaven is my domain, is my realm
I am on the earth to dethrone my
perennial enemy
Satan and all the demons of hell.
The reign of my father who sent me
to represent Him
In full ambassadorial capacity
My mission, my mandate this year
is to bring down heaven to Earth.
All the powers of my Father are given
to me execute
The mandate written therein.
I've done it all,as far as women go
I've been the knight in shining armor riding in to save the day.
paying the rent
paying bills
feeding there kids
took them every where
was the listener
the cheerleader
the clown
eventually the fool.
It's never enough,all that's left is betrayal.
I wish I had all the money back I spent on them
I wish I had the time back I wasted on them
NO MORE,I'm done,I've learned my lesson
so please just go away.
Just look at him now!
Look how far he's come
From the bottom rung
Of the corporate ladder
To the very top, at last!
The world, at his feet
He owes a debt of gratitude
To his supportive wife
She was his cheerleader
Unwaveringly behind him
All the way. The catalyst
That lit a fire under his belly
A fire that used to be...
Only a smoke
