perform life’s feat?
Zip line scares!
hanging like sheet…

need a drink
Indecisiveness not option
pushed to brink

flying over cedar
Parrots on repeat
guide’s my cheerleader

Congratulations on your winning work. Way to go. I think I have waited too late in life to do a zip line even though it looks like fun. LOL.. Sara K

For me, I wouldn’t call it fun, but an accomplishment. My favorite was zipping to the beach though the height I had to jump off of was scary but zipping over the ocean was not.

It sounds like fun. I like the free, wild, energetic style of your poem. I'll put zip line on my wish list.

I did it three times. It was never on my wish list but my husband wanted to do it. On two of them I broke out in tears. My first time was in Antigua, a brand new zip line. On my last one I just had to have courage to leap from the topmost point then zipped over the beach. Once I stepped off I loved it, got lower and lower…no worries. Hope you try ~ Kim <3

Kim, I feel like I am on a wire while reading this. Very realistic feeling and sentiments. How many situations do we find ourselves in that trigger these feelings?

Truly! I guess the remembrance that we survived could help us when the proverbial bottom drops out.
