Drove all her suitors barmy

Bacon Butty
That crispy bacon sarnie
The taste just drives you barmy
That dripping salty bacon fat
For the crumbs my dogs are sat
Sorry lads as I lick my fingers
From the kitchen the fragrance lingers
At my age why should I bother
Sod it all, I'll have another Hmmmmm !!!!...

Premium Member A Pant-Less Lady
A pant-less lady
liked to go places
she was rather bawdy
and liked to loosen her laces

she was spied by a grandee
he pulled up his braces
then gave her lots of brandy
alas he could not undo his breeches

A pant-less lady
liked to go places
one has to admit she is barmy
as her wares she discloses...

Premium Member Heart As Home
Like sun rays on my pallid face,
like silence after storm is still,
like barmy water's warm embrace,
like blanket for a winter chill.

The presence of the Lord alone
brings comfort to each humbled heart
when faith brings him to heart as home
from where he won't depart.

Cynical
What is poetry
Is it merely a soft scented rose on a blissful summers day
Someone telling you, Better to have loved than lost
Or rather a delve into reality
Where the pretty appear gritty
And the point of relevant
No 1 can write
Because the words are all blurred
Who is going to listen
To poems without roses
And barmy summers days
In these cynical times...

Racism and Hitler
If you are racist, unpleasant and nasty,
you're thought of like Hitler and just like a Nazi,
cus they believed mankind had race hierachy,
even when Jesse Owens crashed the party.

That's how people look at you when you are racist,
half flipping barmy topped with irrational hatred
poor judgement alone defeated those fascists,
segregating themselves until exterminated....

Tongue Twister Time
Billys bald bonce brought barmy thoughts
It's getting cold Billy your skin is all white
What will I do, with what, to stop the withering look
Brave Billy bought a buffalo hat to keep warm
Mightily minging* my many thoughts conveyed
Big furry ears sure as heck did the trick
Billy’s bald bonce is balmy ok, bright puce in colour
Hmm why are the hungry hounds hounding him all day?

* dirty and smelly

Environment
A tidal wave of waste is going to our seas
An avalanche of machinery cutting down our trees
Why do we do this to the place we call our world
This mass of eco destruction is getting quite unfurled!
How can we stop it?
Give Mother Nature her beauty back
Instead of this constant attack
We need a super mass army
To stop the world going barmy!
Soon they'll be no countryside
Maybe then we'll all get wise!
We need to sort it now...

Ten pigeons. Rowing race then. Rather be in a jar of jam than a mash. Dusting a distinguished mirror is personal. Barmy burgers beating buses. Oh how wonderful.winking smiling winking smiley. Twirling emoji on a fruit loop. Hop hop hop. The time of the ancient cricket to rise is nigh. All hail the buttered daffodil. Brake then a buttered toast at 8 miles an hour. Oh great.
