Butterscotch morning
Sweet with anticipation
Awash in dew drops
Daffodils nod approval
Kiss of promise for today
Mary I reigned over the land
her approval was in demand.
Yet it's quite odd
that she was a fraud.
Too bad she wasn't entombed in sand.
several tries later
oriflamme by betsy ross
got approval nod
shes red white and blue
fifty stars in modern day
and subject to change
Here I am
Vulnerable and weak,
Hiding behind
The approval I seek.
Unimportant,
Not even a priority
I feel so much
Yet nothing at all.
lack of approval
unreasonable demands—
our children matter
seeds of encouragement sprout
clean, prune, cultivate, nurture

triplet soul snowman
living for two melted brothers
feeling their approval
singing Christmas carols
enticing joyful children
pulling their parents
A whale perches
next an isle
teeming with humanity
A little girl smiles and waves
the whale submerges
as the sun nods its approval
First class male receives stamp of approval… he’s posted abroad!

emerald clover
luxurious and verdant
a field of dreams
meadow lark trilling
approval from morning sky
our country living
verdant living clover trilling sky dreams
romantic stargazing ends with a smooch
nightjar rattles approval
watching crescent moon, charmed

As I walk on the road
my feet keep on
rising and falling
kicking the earth
and dangling hands
fight everything all the way
as head nodes in approval
of the aggressive conduct
Prove Guilt Of Trump
Prove guilt of Trump Senate did try;
Then on their approval we must rely,
And played part;
Search did start,
Trying to find all of the reasons why.

Joyce was the original queen of please yourself.
No man could ever park her on a laundry shelf.
She did not need approval from any other.
She had been raised by a super confident mother.
Stamped with God's approval for His praise
My faith's zeal* bears Christ's seal of grace!
*2Kings 10:16 ...Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD.

Power's out, sure hope it's fixed soon
Got poems in my beano just bursting to bloom
Some award winning stuff
Like Shakespeare in the rough
Stardom awaits but need power to resume
Power's gone out, sure hope it's fixed soon
Got poems in my beano just bursting to bloom
Some award winning stuff
Like Shakespeare in the rough
Stardom awaits but need approval to resume
Listen to poem:
take stock
your talents
your strengths
be true to yourself
stretch your wings
count only on yourself
for approval
dig deep
stand out
shine on

He's not real, that's how some people see me
Everyone's entitled to their opinions, they're free
Perhaps I don't seem real
But I just write what I feel
Not asking for 100% approval, just 103
Muslims and christians clashes, the worst sectarian violence!
Therefore I urge christians and muslim to readjust their neighbourliness,
and friendliness to receive reconcilliation approval from the powers above!
You've long since given up on me.
although you have never had faith in my abilities.
always a tad bit shy of your approval,
unworthy of your praise,
look at me now...
you must be proud of the winner you've raised
Once written,
no longer in need of defense
Once spoken,
no longer in need of repetition
Once embraced,
no longer in need of approval
Once answered
—no longer in need

Motion's mementoes --
babe's tiny fingers uncurl
centenarian's eyebrow raised
the sun darting behind clouds
an earthworm's tortuous wiggling
performers all, a broad panorama --
seeking approval
glimpses of meaning
Beethoven's Ode to Lims is heralded in these here parts
Starts with a symphonic chorus of ear shattering big farts
But odorous emissions
Require city permission
Must have legislative approval to exhibit such art
