Did not finish school
Don't use big words
Want ALL people to understand
Use simple , normal, English words
Other people did not receive highest level of education
Some say they're stupid
Abnormal
Less educated
Need help
Other people think, unimportant
Ugly
Looser
Apologetic
I am ignorant
I remember when the little buggers
hit the elementary school -
the apologetic tone
of the school nurse
as she informed me by phone,
And the hate I felt
when I went to pick my daughter up
and the teacher said,
“Take her home, clean her up, and have her back in the morning.”
… and she wasn’t even dirty.
No!! Don’t pity me!!!
I don’t need your sympathy!!
Challenges are for those who have the spine
No, I’m not saying that all is fine
I cannot move my legs
But I don’t have to beg
I can still use my brain
Learn some new skills and train
Don’t feel apologetic
I am a paraplegic
Who has found in life a new magic
I bought her flowers today,
an attempt to beg her to stay.
Out of stock, is my luck,
the gents placed bets
with the last buck.

As the cold winds blow
I’ll love you eternal
We’ve always been one
In separating ways

Anticipating my demise

And say what I couldn’t

Like Fallin in love all over again
you have been very gentle and apologetic
you have been so thoughtful and mildly romantic
could it be you have learned my hearts language and began to read my mind
when you fall in love i hope it's forever
i hope loves touch to your skin awakens you from deep within
i hope you return that touch with just as much intensity
I am your nurse
I like Southpark
I am a closet Southpark liker
I like a $400 bank overdraft protection
especially during this recession that does not exist
I wonder if can live without tangerines and chapstick
I like Vets
I like to hear what they say
I am comforted by the comfort I give
I am tender, business like, funny, professional, apologetic
I am lucky to be a nurse

sun sprinkles streak over the top of the water
giving it a happiness it did not have at six a.m.
the sun is waking up! a shrill voice says
I turn and see a boy of about four walking the beach
his following mother gives me an apologetic look
“Hi!” I say, waving at her. "Come have some coffee."
I had brought a cup for my husband but he is sleeping.
we drink in silence listening to her joyful son.
Somebody said i am better than this
but the truth is i am not
laughter turns to misery with hints of agony
sleep with chance to never wake
the voice inside no longer answers my pleas
words are embroidered into a papyrus shawl
that hides me from apologetic sneers
living in the darkest lines
searching for the sadness
notes that release stolen tears
Searching for a sadness
that stops all feeling
Got sand on my eyes
I couldn’t see my mistake
I walked like a trouble
I’m unacceptably different
Back before the old times
Back when were young and wild
We used to play games
Memories are still alive
I wrote everything in mind
The pieces of memories
But don’t get me wrong
I never throw anything
The will to say sorry
I’m telling to the world
This sincerest apology
Can we restart all over?
Turning back
The pages of time
How the years
Have slipped away
It was like yesterday
Or maybe a whole life away
When the world
Was in its prime
Was it really that long ago
The inside not changed
But the shell unrecognizable

That cannot be liquefied by

that people will always do what they want
But shards always remain and the

Her hands are paralyzed
Anxiety keeps the fire alive
Don’t wait up for me
I’m uninvited you see
My poems are unjustified
Soundful melodies dances effortlessly
For I am nobody
For the blind to see
Because of poetry, I am summoned
Write bluntly upon my radiant imperfections
I am not apologetic
Hide from society with no regret
Time can be persuasive
Poems wait for me in the dark
For all we've been through, you deserve more.
Forgive this fool!
I wish I could take everything back
But be angry with me, I'll bear
I know I acted most dumb
Probably my brain froze and went dumb
My silly acts won't you forgive?
My tears I shed, love, to you ill always give
My Jewell of life! ??
You live in my sight,
I can't let you go!
I said betrayal I can't forgive. Today,
I need forgiveness. Irony!
APOLOGETIC
A young musician who played the blues
Was told he had to pay his dues
So he went to a synagogue with his pay
And thought that he could pay that way.
The rabbi said “you silly fool
What you’re doing isn’t cool
Instead of paying Jews
You’re supposed to pay your dues”.
The young musician was quite apologetic
As the rabbi bordered on the apoplectic
Never again will he make this mistake
Or was it all just a piss-take?
