it took
an ant
two hours
to take
a seed
from point A
to point B
it took
me two
hours to
watch
him
do it
Form:
spending less in the summer
for the winter,
Mrs little ant protects herself and
avoid hunger
in cold weather
Poison dripping down,
Countless invisible screams,
The subjects are dead,
The Queens tomb unmarked unnamed,
Her Empire is no more.
With his body
towards the evening sun
warm as blood
one single ant
is rushing towards his home
to guard a spruce
in the wood
sick and tired of regimentation ~ then why’d you join my army ants
said the queen to a pretender ~ who wanted to get inside her pants
Winter's kitchen Ants
in dead of winter
saw an ant in the kitchen
also why's he here

I saw an ant
Tangled in a spider's web
My heart gave a lurch
As to the ant I said,
“I am trapped like you,
And soon I might die too.”
Unbearable sun
Ant granaries set hoarding
Beach-side, a haven
Scorching July heat
Camel's skin and fat melted
Yet your love intact
Ant
Growing
In the line
Of Discipline
To earn the life's goal
Hard work in time
Judge the worth
Of each

Ant
Creepy, tingly
Sneaking, pinching, biting
Woods, garden, floral shop, corsage
Delighting, thrilling, exuding
Dainty welcomed
Flower
we just passing thur
so you do what you do
let the born
carry on
the seeks you plant
be like a ant
be a part of life art
MAKE YOUR MARK
an ant scales my flank
sun rays waltz on my belly
my heart skips a beat
the penny begins to drop
this is my personal bliss
Amazing creature,
Tiny weight trainer, never
Doubts his own power.
He’s a tiny master of
A great, herculean task.
an ant on a leaf
floating drifting in water
known life's unknown trip
An ant tried to leave the pack
Cuz, they said his work was slack
But he worked all day
Had no time to play
But still ended up being a snack
there once was an aardvark with quite a tongue
he has used it well since he was young
zip it here
and zap it there
many a poor ant has been stung
An ant
Stumbling on a soft dish towel
Overlooking a vast area
Rugh and bumpy
Behold
What a vastness!
Says the ant
I just can’t reach the end
Mission, purpose, focus, Direction
determined, persistent
herky-jerky, near-frantic
driven underground
Buried by season's first Snow
Go, vacuum cleaner, howl and shout.
Yes, point at me your sucking snout.
I'll turn your stomach bag inside out
'Til all your dust and crumbs come out.
I
Do not let your words die inside
That advice makes me a teacher-poet
Don't judge me, we both have the right
To write: death comes before we know it
The Ant.
The Ant bit the Elephant
Elephant laid down,O'no,
Exclaimed! the Ant ,I didn't mean........
Form:
If I can watch an ant untroubledly
Bear a load many times his
Weight,
Then, i must learn to endeavor towards
My aim, despite the menace of the
Strait.
Hope
he sits
on the corner
waits patiently
intent on an ant
carrying dinner home.
someday
she will come
carry him home
lovingly
as he remembers.
