O’ burning bush, where should I look?
Your fires burn infinite;
Those ambers a blaze;
Yet in the cinders golden haze;
You sparkle, always…

Beneath the Paint Just Blank
Crackle lacquered faceless form
in our head a family warms
as child shivers mothers bones
above her shambles love
eyes are drawn to ambers glow
as steam forms clouds
in blue azure
Hope lost or found
which do you see
for it is lost in me...

I cry
Tears flow

I laugh
You joke

Inside
I try

Star eye
I see

Imagine
Been free

Solo

Counting
Believe

Growing as

Burning
Fire rise

Counted ambers

Ambers of Love
The ambers in my heart are still burning
Though the fire itself has been diminished
Doused by tears of painful unfaithfulness
Of a love I thought to last

Clinging still to the hope of love
That no man will ever extinguish
There will always be ambers burning
To burst into flames again...

Oleander
White or red it doesn't matter
You are poison
Dripping in my veins
Breaking my tender heart
Leaving me to die

Warning ambers I should see
But I only feel your shade
Your beautiful petals hypnotize me
I never see your stinger
You kill the innocent ones who walk in your poetic Garden...

PREFACE TO A JAMAICA FAREWELL

When I’m gone
remember me in tamarind season
reflecting the bitter
sweet of life we shared

Raise eyes
to the ambers
and blues of Caribbean skies

Listen to the thunder
and hear my soul
soaring

In the searching winds of time
look for me in the ebb and flow
of the tides:

Frothing the shores
with salted memories....

Unravelling
It was a sex attack
in burning clairvoyance.

You cannot catch me
in catastrophic moment.

A hard core porn has
the piety for a lone wolf.

Unclothed, a courier
walks into a shower of bullets.

A hospital waits for the
wounded god returning home.

On the scrubland you place at the
end a coffined prophet, smiling.

Sleepless, sleeping on ambers
you recite a blind epitaph.

The Shadow
Artistic ovation so eloquently delivered
Scantly clad ambers of happiness
Explosion of animosity
Despair spoils the spectacular decadence
Brazen Amethysts delight
But darkened geodes decays my lullaby
And Leaves a angry corpse
The ghost of yesterday is the entity of tomorrow
It follows behind me and masquerades as my friend
But the foe seeps out and reveals himself
Deadly clout, I am powerless....

Premium Member A Green Rose I Send To Thee
A green rose I send to thee
on the wings of a bird set free.

With it comes my deepest desires,
that burn in the midnight moon on radiant fires.

Your secret mole, hidden from the public eye
flashes in my memory, dancing on ambers as if suspended on wires.

My drunken leprechaun, you intoxicate me with your lies.
You only want to amuse yourself while I take a green wee.

Paradise

Pure serenity that touches the soul,
Ambers of desires when tranquil into goal,
Reminisce all good, better and kind,
And to miseries, pretend being blind,
Death ultimately will triumph over life,
Immense suffering that ends in afterlife,
Savour nectar of the inside garden,
Eternal treasures await His pardon.

Footprints Left Behind
footprints left behind

The soul of which
within its nature lends
lets its force remake us
from what’s here rekindled
through the right of man

Eternal living action
breathed from living breath
becomes that which never rests

Constant motion within the moving tides
takes on forms of transformation
within its dying ambers
existence strives to last
eternal in its living
leave footprints in its paths
for travelers come to past...

from afar, leaves like uncounted catatonic fires
huddled close
pinned to the chill air

a pointillist’s love affair with a hundred shades of red

the ground is a fresh wound, edgeless

a breeze worries the boughs
stokes the hanging flames into quivering
crimsons
scarlets
vermilions
renegade ambers

a slow burn resumes

accompanied by a susurrus of sighs
a dirge for a season

and the summer sky, now turned slate,
is cremated...

Love Letter From the Soul Lxii
M, Her eyes see through me past my musk barrel chest toasted and aged spawned from ambers of grain into makings of a soul marked by the slit of her knife blood trailed into oblivion seducing death at the foot of my heart black and burnt begging to be let out it lies but doesn't lie as chambers call for her truth she sees through me and I see her looking into the swirl of the night fading closer than the moon

My Undying
The sunlight shines down,
and the beams fall upon your hair.
In your eyes the ambers light,
and beautifully our eyes meet.

The wind whispers our names.
A smile then begins to form across your face.
As our hands meet,
and our fingers intertwine.

The memories of our time together flash into my mind.
I remember once again why I fell in love with you,
why I still love you.
Why my heart is yours,
and yours alone.

To you I confess my undying love....

Premium Member The Music of Autumn Leaves
Upon the final strains of Summer's swansong,
Autumn makes her appearance,
singing a harmonious hymn of hues
with scarlets, ambers, golds and russets,
the trees resplendent in their festive finery.

In the still pleasant air
the foliage falls as feathers, slow dancing;
an emerging carpet, chattering in the breeze,
sending sweet sounds of a susurrus symphony.

The music of autumn leaves
is a serenade for the senses...
a paean to Gaia: soft, soothing, serene....

If i exist
I would write of tears
that pulled down walls
Of love in seconds glance
Of new born parents
with matching gloop stains
Of darkness that swims between
the blood and skin
Of strutted sex
that smoulders ember ambers
Of blades of grass
that twirl balletic
in moistening summer wind
