Zoo
Rare animals to see;
that's the bait that draws me.

Back then, musket shots in glens
Parades now -- amusing attractions

Like Halloween and candy.
We agonize ‘bout what to buy,
Then shop and shop and shop;
And when each listed name’s checked off,
We finally can stop.
I wish I could sit out this game –
I’ve had it to the hilt;
But if I didn’t get each gift,
I would be wrapped in guilt....
