Some say, 'There is no such thing
as coincidence,'
but I beg to differ,
for it has been my experience,
several I know have been seen,
and need no persuasion,
at the same place and time as me,
randomly, on more than one occasion.
Tossing a coin,
or rolling the dice,
the results may/may not
be identical twice.
Call it what you will; 'fate',
'serendipity' or 'happenstance',
but, whomsoever wrote the script,
is of the most significance.

Orange poppy crucibles
Canyons cradle lavender lupine
Flowers paint deserts
Serendipity
Summer epiphany
Met you when I least expected,
Breezed past me like a breath of fresh air.
At the time, I didn't pay heed;
Now I drown in despair.
Sent to me just before my dark times,
The light that preceded my darkness.
The light in my life, encompassed by hate—
For myself alone, I must state.
Elegant in stature, I continue to pursue.
I have to give praise where it is due.
Don't choose me.
Don't consider it.
I'll only bring sadness.
I'll only bring boredom.
I truly eclipse your character.
Hate for myself I must endure.
No choice in the matter; I'm simply a flaw.
Cursed by the standards of society,
Failed to comply with the criteria of the world.
Who am I to search for happiness?
Truly a troubled soul.
What I called accident
keeps arranging my ruin
into something like light
Serendipity!
That we have met each other
Shares much in common
So nice Serendipity!
What a good fortune, good luck!
diner waitress does not know
her brief touch and smile ...
stopped me from ending
prime fortune not rare
when we remain unbarred true
praying mantis lands ~
a long lost treasure
found in a small rusted box~
my heart raced in joy
minus the wrong words
it's simple to find what's right
if you work backward
wrong turn off the road
and a sweet discovery . . .
berries growing free
serendipity
down an unknown twisted street . . .
an old bookstore found
faint fall in a race
sparked sweet smiles from stranger`s face~
love`s soft shining grace.
my first love appeared ~
serene serendipity
while dragging dull days••••
midst life's twists and turns
accidents create breakthroughs~~~
faith* works miracles
