MEDITATION

Meditation, is a medication for the soul
Catapulting you into realms of serenity
Giving clarity, to act in any situation
Meditation yields calmness
The remedy for a disrupt mind
Connects you with the divine
Enhancing a communion with the Almighty
Sanitizing your thoughts and emotions.

Calmness is prior
The sharpener of thoughts
Helps to make a decision
Improving your emotional regulation
Always enhancing your focus
Reducing your stress and anxiety
Making you bold and whole not old.

Meditation leads to calmness
Birthing self awareness
Eliminating all that no longer serve you
Aligning you with the present
Dissolving all negative thoughts and emotions
Making you patient and solid
Meditation is a medication for all spirituality.

Premium MemberEveryone's Next Marriage

We came together looking
For a forever going nowhere.
Her loss, my loss
Same loss: true love.
We came together smoking
In pipes and filters
Making love through stares
Into each other's eyes..
Making adjustments
Drinking coffee, living
In exhausted work weeks
That seemed like forty years.
We worked on our home
Our shanty, our one step
At a time.
Pretending a marriage,
But nodding and winking,
Each the other's substitute.
We came together dripping
Our sex on each other's
Brain, rubbers and gloves.
Sanitizing our souls
From really falling in love.
Because that would be cheating
On our true love.
Gone away, a million miles
From here, just a text
From our hearts,
Outcast and an hour
Down the oh well,
Of what might have been.
We come together,
Not so often anymore,
We can only learn so much
About the art of acting
That we are in love.

Premium MemberChildren Deserve a Turn

The pandemic has changed how we think.
We cannot touch hands without consequences.
We cannot do hand up, pair up, share up at school.
We cannot play duck duck goose or ring around the rosie
Or London Bridge or any of the normal games.
We cannot play chess or Chinese checkers or Chutes and Ladders
We would be so busy sanitizing the pieces, we would not get a turn.
I am tired of our kids “not getting a turn”.
Why can’t people do what they need to do
So we can safely return to normal?

Premium MemberMessage To the Media

News media’s job is to report what happened
Tell me
 			WHO
     			WHAT
          		WHEN
               		WHERE!

Please refrain from editorializing
     and, certainly, from undue sanitizing
We do not need a lot of commentary
from folks who want us to believe the contrary

        	FROM THE LEFT,
               		FROM THE MIDDLE,
                    			FROM THE RIGHT!

Scrupulously tell us the truth, I say.
If I want a journalist’s opinion, for goodness sakes,
I will read the editorial page.
Or, skim through the pages of USA Today.
Hey, I am not stupid.
I heard what was said.
I can figure out the WHY!

Shrine of Immunity

Our immune system fights viruses and all foreign bodies.
antibodies that protect the lymphatic office.
Immunological memory is the ability to recognize,
previously initiated the anti device.
Healthy microbes essential from cradle to grave,
mothers fungus touch and milk to survive.
The use of antibiotics killing those microbes,
sterile environment for the body that disrobes.
Smell, taste and recognition of individuality,
crucial role in and out of body decomposing reality.
Sanitizing will weaken the immune system procured,
called the hygienic hypothesis for rest assured.
Caught in legal procedure enforced to act,
given your body from shop to shop some poison in fact.
The psychological terror not to mention,
being prosecuted in scientific polluted detention.
Riding the donkey of hope as expensive load,
endurance of the profiteers that you owed.

Premium MemberRestless, Am I, In the Usa

Restless and unhappy,am I!
To be so desirous to live totally free, under blue skies.
Not living one day more, behind closed doors.
So fed up with sanitizing floors and doors.
People in masks look totally ridiculous.
Perhaps some love this fear-carousel,so totally incredulous!

Created by none other than that beast, Satan in hell!
His green eyes glow with your utter fascination.
That you are upset that you cannot get that vaccination.
We have God's power to make things right!
Those children without real schooling are in a humanitarian blight!
Lock downed states have more deaths, a surrealistic blight.
Not in Florida, where you can live free and take a breath.
I ask again....Is it really only me?
Who wants back my full American dignity and liberty?

Past, Present, Unknown

We had another lockdown,
Just a month that time,
Now on a tier system are you 1, 2 or 3?
Guidelines were the same as before ..... mostly,
Did people follow them? Or just ignore them?
Some rules twisted to suit.

Christmas is not far away,
We have been given 5 days and a three household mix,
That's to long and to many I see more becoming ill,
Still people on oxygen in ICU some dying,
It's so alarming I'm scared are you?
Keep washing hands, sanitizing and wearing a mask,
Stay at home as much as you can,
It's not hard to follow,

The furlough was extended to march,
What do they know,
Will there be another lockdown?
I see next year been much of the same,
Do you?

And They Will

and, they will continue
swindling slightly,
as they will pretend,
that they are right,
they do like to be
well-recognized,
but will never recognize
the other,
who was said to them
in church to be their brother.
and, it doesn't matter,
for how long
you've been teaching,
how and where-
please, believe me:
they don't care,
as they have their certificates,
and, think it's fair
to dare
to proclaim the rights
and to let down someone
from just-somewhere,
who, once, even hold a chair.
well, the virus situation makes us sad,
as the floors and surfaces could
have been bad,
so completely covered with the virus,
that for those in classes,
they are minus,
but, for those in offices-
the plus,
that are nicely granted
to all us.
nothing can be said,
as it's not rare,
that more equal still will stare
at the honest,
as at a small hare
hardly greeting,
just tongue beating
the light winds
and the transparent air,
but we love them,
as they do seem human,
be he just a man
or a just woman,
only- no harassment
or abuse!
well, forget that!
buy a new pair of shoes.

Yet another Coronavirus poem...

Songwriters are composing original tunes.
Poets are writing to cope with the gloom.
Masks on our faces.
Dread in our hearts.
Please don’t slip up and go back to the start.

Germaphobes can laugh and shake their heads.
Knowing all along they were right instead.
Egg on our faces.
Feet in our mouths.
Regretting every germ-joke ever allowed.

Politicians caring for hours on air.
News celebrities asking the questions that care.
CDC alerts that change by the day.
So much to do, and so much to say.

Subways and buses are so clean they squeak.
Tarmacs for airplanes are on a clean-streak.
Medical people checking fevers and such
You won’t pass through if your temp is too much.

The invisible monster wafts through the air.
It settles in victims and does not care
That it hurts humans. It’s really quite fair
Spreading drama equally and ignoring prayer.

People worry when they go to a store.
What will greet them as they walk in the door?
The whole world is worried.
The whole world is scared.
And those who are not are common-sense bare.

Sally Smith and COVID

Sally Smith has lost her once radiant smile.
She won't even eat or traverse outside her door.
She was once cordial and had a joyous personal style,
Sally is so smitten with news about said virus, that I totally abhor.

People die everyday from accidents, and multiple fatal diseases.
But Sally is brainwashed by unfounded media fears they love to spread.
There are days I want to hug the fear out of her with multiple squeezes.
But there Sally is, lying in bed, counting cases, which,do not at all mean, dead.

Negative thinking to me is a choice, ruins your body, hastens an early death.
Sally keeps sanitizing with ferocity, everything she sees, removing her wedding ring,
She doesn't know anymore if she is alive or has any warm breath.
For Sally is but one of billions  who think this pandemic is the plague and ever so proud of it, do daily, so erroneously sing!

Premium MemberOf Allegorical Wrinkling

Once again we’re wedged in a wrinkle
of time in our lives; a wrinkle that can’t
be so easily ironed out and pressed away.
Yet the ironing board of solutions remain up
and challenging steam continues to gush out;
however, conflicting political sizing complicates
the strained ironing out process…stalling progress.

Those of us familiar with social distance look on
in curious awe at the pandemonium of the social elite
sanitizing and quarantining themselves from each other.

Meanwhile, let us not be remiss nor dismayed by the
present dilemma; let us give it inherent attention; for
before modernity, our ancestors—the help—the hidden
numbers—laid out and taught us ingenious methods
of smoothing out nagging wrinkles inhibiting our progress.

Thus, let us not forget to remember those under the mattress
techniques designed to keep us healthy and strong in our journey
along the wrinkling road towards all-inclusiveness in this nation’s
pursuit of happiness through social, economical and political equality.

Coronality Part 2

CORONALITY (2)

The world speaks in mournful tone,
The times keeps me up on it's own
Leading to crash but thought beckons,
The blueprint to pay for many tomorrows.
I swirl spoon in watery calamitious broth, tasteless,
Sit speechless, government powerless,
Aviation wingless, travel-ban endless,
Many activities motionless,
Our once trusted hands have become prohibition,
Toilet paper, nose mask and sanitation,
Just like liquid bleach sanitizing humanity,
Have become most sort after commodity.
Tupac predicted it when our health was alil better,
That Corona will emanate from China.
Eschanton apocalyptic reign.
Covid-19 pandemic now the world's stain,
Every breath you take may implicate you
But healing waters will benevolently flow through
To relieve the world's pain,
To commemorate the slain
And wipe off CORONALITY from mother Earth.
This, most definitely, I can bet.

Morning Thoughts On Fear
Written: by Miracle Man
3/18/2020

Can being overly precautious lead to fear,
stifling our thinking, making us seem robotic.
Anxiety is the birth and its premier,
and apprehension makes life become chaotic.

Indecisiveness and stagnation fear has caused,
the media fuels negative emotions.
To defeat this virus that has current life paused,
we must quickly move past sanitizing lotions.

People cannot cope when filled with indecision,
being constantly in fear or reactive state.
The crisis we're facing we did not envision,
is prophecy fulfilling and our hour grown late?

Fear is spawned by the unknown
While unrecognized faith is living payday to payday
never giving thought to whether your job might end
and where your next meal might come from.

Coronavirus Let Us Pray Please Do Not Panic

THIS CORONAVIRUS IS IN MANY MANY PLACES
STATES, AND DIFFERENT PLACES
LET US PRAY
FROM DAY TO DAY
PLEASE DO NOT PANIC
TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS AS NEEDED
AS WERE TOLD
WASHING OF HANDS
SANITIZING THEM TOO
LOOKING OUT FOR OTHERS, AS FOR YOU TOO
STAYING PROTECTED
NOT BEING NEGLECTED
A SURVIVAL MODE
MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE ONES THAT WE LOST
WE MUST TRUST IN GOD
THE WORLD IS IN A TURNAROUND
NOTHING TO HARD FOR GOD
MY PRAYERS FOR ALL
DAY BY DAY, MY PRAYERS THAT GOD WILL MAKE A WAY
THE DAILY NEWS SPREADS WIDE ABROAD
COME TOGETHER MORE AND LOVE ONE ANOTHER
MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS.

EACH OTHER WE HELP
COMING TOGETHER
IN POVERTY OR MIDDLE-CLASS, OR IN RICHES AND WEALTH
THE WORLD, WITH LOTS OF BOYS AND GIRLS
BABIES, LADIES, AND GENTLEMEN
IN THE PUBLIC WE ALL COME TOGETHER IN UNITY.

LET US CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE BETTER.

In Depth

Whatever happened to in depth analysis?
Whatever happened to in depth discussion?
Whatever happened to in depth research?
Whatever happened to in depth investigation?

Are we doomed to a life in the shallows for millennia to come?
Are we doomed to a life inside, with our blinds drawn?
Are we doomed to a life with no more full-length movies?
Are we doomed to a life without the need to get our feet wet?
Are we doomed to a life that will never be deep?

Have we lost our ability to concentrate?
Have we lost our ability to swim against the tide?
Have we lost our ability to read the full report?
Have we lost our ability to search out the facts?
Have we lost our ability to dig deeper?

Or could it be that our brains have been washed too many times,
Or could it be that we have used too much sanitizing lotion,
Or could it be that the virtual world now holds more sway,
Or could it be that we are too busy taking selfies to notice,
Or could it be that we are losing all our in depth reporters.
