To restrain your anger is quite a challenging chore
When you're being mistreated in a way you abhor
If someone confronts you with a rude attitude
Chill. Stay cool. It's better than starting a feud
When a big mouth bully starts rattling your cage
Harness your temper without flying into a rage
Don't do anything that would make you lose control
Irritation's not worth the risk of damning your soul
Being patient will help you to keep your composure
Intimidating people should be kept in an enclosure
Stifle the inclination to launch a rampaging attack
Repress your tongue when they start talking smack
Be steadfast by not allowing them to pick a fight
Even when they lie about you with a nasty backbite
Button you lip, get a grip, and take the high road
Laugh at those trolls who like to taunt and goad
People who pick on others have a demented mind
They think they're cool, but are deaf, dumb and blind
Don't speak to them. A waste of time, talking to fools
who have the perverse disposition of stubborn mules

Never did I feel restrain,
For you were one easing my pain.
Never did I feel restrain,
For my expressions never were a bane.
Never did I feel restrain,
For you were one releasing me from a chain.
Never did I feel restrain,
For my feelings only happily over me reign.
Never did I feel restrain,
For you are a good friend I attain.
RESTRAIN
Why worry about things, while they can be under control,
Worry about yourself, because your the control,
Sorry won't help a bit, simply doesn't control,
Correct your mess and think of how you can get back in to control,
Otherwise you should worry about things, cause their about to blow,
For the fact that their not under control,
Restrain.?
Restrain this wandering heart of mine
And fasten it to yours.
Restrain mine eyes
To only gaze into yours.
Restrain my lips
Within the dewy sweetness of thine.
Restrain my thoughts
To a one-way lane that leads only to you.

Can’t because I can’t sleep – there…
Worn a wretched frown
Life is demanding
Making friends can be tricky
Think before you do
Think before you write –
I’ve learned that as a writer
Well, silence is bliss…
Don’t lecture me please
I’ve tried to take correction
Don’t ignore…just LISTEN!
Why am I angry?
Grateful that peace erases . . .
All violence observed.
I tried to belong
In & out of my house
At least I try…okay?
I made some mistakes
Some I’m not proud of, alright…?
Well, I’m human…right?
Short-tempered once more
Refrain from being a pain
Smiling hopefully… (serenity is in store, so worry no more)
Two souls bound together,
Withheld a world apart,
No leather strap or tether,
Yet, a single tear from the smart.
Two streams flowing to a river,
Gently trickling away,
Eroding with tantric shiver,
Silently cutting the glacier away.
Two clocks quietly ticking past,
Arms never in the same place,
Souls that bond, strengthening fast,
Fused closer still upon meeting face.
Two birds. One needs to take flight,
Rare songbird edges from stale nest,
Flightless avian forages at ground height,
Quietly chirping. Shall do my very best.
Two eyes gazing through the damp fog,
Endless smile that catches the sun,
Fearless avian emerges from log,
Curiosity. Need an assist Hun?
Two distant views of desired life,
Separate, yet each is the same,
Emptiness, torture, sorrow & strife,
Fates destiny on either plane.
Two voices echo through thick forest,
So many prints with curious clicks,
Drifting between, amour’s mist,
Restrained flight, wings clipped.
Two era-torn lovers cast into a spell,
Absence in time bonding stronger still,
Each plans to escape their own private hell,
Desire to restrain, at sublime free will.

I feel your passion
I feel your sting
running through my veins
I know I should run
but fine no restraint
What is this temptation
I know it's damnation
but I can't help myself
I know I should run
but feel so overcome
If I give in I know I will drown
but I can't seem to hold myself down
Why can't I tear myself away
as you rip apart my soul
and then throw it away
Your grasp is so strong
I feel I can't go on
Til I let you destroy me
I know you'll just toss me aside
without any place to abide
Why must you tear me apart
and play these games with my heart
I wish I could find another place to dwell
cuz this is a living hell
Oh how I wish I had another place to dwell
In the meantime I let your calous heart
continue to tear me apart
I wish I could empty all my veins
to get rid of all this pain
If only I could restrain....If only I could restrain
