Rest Your Faith And Resign It But Test Your Faith And Find It

If God is hateful
explain where love comes from.
If God is your equal,
define the body
and how each piece flows as one,
and recreate it.
If God is betrayal
convince me your life is done,
that you're not just undone,
but unfinished.
If God is pure punishment
explain replenishment,
recuperation
and recovery.
Your discovery of God is not set in stone
and neither is mine.
So give Him some time to show you these rhymes
are more than mere poetry,
not solely words on a page.
Go on and gauge what the 'h' this means for yourself

Dont Whine Resign

We’ve all got reasons our job has flaws.
But their security can entrap like claws.
So I’ll hold on to them until things sour.
To be unexpectedly cut in the final hour.

But this time I took control and the power.
Walking the path to climb the career tower.
Nailed my interviews and upgraded the offer.
To get more cash and reach in their coffer.

Said farewell to the peeps it’s hard to leave.
Left on my terms, rather than await the heave.
Fresh start with a big company hits my nerves.
Want to hit aces to them with all my serves.

So Monday will decide how the start goes.
If I get hits on the pitches of their throws.
Never know how the game will be played.
But I’ll take the gamble to be better paid.

I Resign Myself To This Abyss

Poem Date - 16.08.19
Throwing down this vodka, as if there would be no tomorrow, Tears rolling down my cheeks, as I stand consumed by sorrow.
No one to make the small talk, they’re all out dancing, having fun…And once again, sat in isolation, like the bystander I’ve become.
So scared of my own shadow, and locked inside this shell. I never realised I could feel so lost yet find myself, in such a living hell.
Staring at the bottom of this bottle, knowing I shouldn’t want more. If I had the motivation, but I can’t pick myself up from the floor.
The tv’s screens all blurry, the rooms spinning like a merry go round. The phone’s a poor companion, as I scream devoid of sound.
No more coke left in the fridge and staring at the bottom of this glass…I realise I’m actually rock bottom, seriously really on my ass.
No one here to make the small talk, No one to wipe these tears. No one here to wrap an arm around me, to scare away my fears.
Throwing down the last of the vodka, I sink into this precipice. Shrouded in this darkness, I resign myself to this abyss.

Resign

A hardback novel
color thou art can't be of other
leave, resign from this mastered shelter
I can't tell what my heart acquire
only a tempting scale a lonely wire
shall i even think of a plan
or maybe not I better hide, I can
that smooth groove remain
an some other undesired fain
thou will is yet all i long to touch
nary i know I'll never.

Everyday Routine Resign

Everyday, I wake up listening a voice,
'Today isn't the world of yesterday
Don't ask why.You aren't a solution.
Sorry, you are nobody choice.
Don't worry, girl.Dream again!
Everyday's world is made of words.
Much ado about nothing.
Everyday's human is made of dreams,
Dream again, dream about nothing.
Waiting for the hero of today,
living the dream of yesterday.
Your resign from world affects nobody.'

Premium MemberNever Resign

Sometimes, you have to face lessons
that never are forgotten.
Illnesses, treacheries, setbacks and
losses are some of them.
Leaving a bittersweet feeling.

Since the past cannot be changed,
close that chapter in your life.
Move on, embrace the present.
Look forward for the future.
