A mode of transportation
By which low class pair
Does feel so raised in status
Reserved to deem it
For queeny Love, fit!
Waist coated, by one handled
Grandly debonair.
Open carriaged, a route a-float!
As smooth, sweet praise-strewed
Lily-avenued!

The Garden of Eden had a snake
That slithered around when on the make
It found that Eve
Fit like a sleeve
'til Adam's apple snagged the mistake
Once upon a time,
There was a mysterious kingdom,
Full of green vegetation,
Rich treasures and exotic animals.
People traded gold, ebony,
Ivory and frankincense,
With ancient Egypt.
It was a prosperous land,
Thousands of years ago.
But then something may have happened!
In that faraway land,
To that incredible civilization.
Nobody knows,
IT VANISHED!
tarn featured delicate swan so exquisite and rare,
I stood in silt and gave a soul-seeker-stare.
smack of cold lake water lapped past my socked toes
grit of teeth helped me glide punt with gentle smooth flows
taste of salted pate still lingered from quickly eaten lunch
shorn from mouth with tongue, without a conscious hunch.
I bade my strength to clasp the wet, slippery, elusive rope,
Dealing with warts and all, but lots of heartfelt hope.
Seductively sassy swan dipped her feathered wing into the lake.
I gave her a smile, for communication with nature and gentle beast’s sake.
This memory from many years ago, is today much more than a bunt,
One of many wonderful bits of nostalgia I created with my sweet punt.
In baseball, a player may bunt
In football, a player may punt
But in bedroom sports
A lady cavorts
In a frantic search for a runt
