To Pain I Must Abide

TO PAIN I MUST ABIDE

When the sun is up to her best
My hope is to have my scars justified
And when darkness arrives in haste
My hope is to thrust the pain aside

But if all that I confide in fail to provide the tide way
When I am floating with tide,
My zeal becomes stultified
And I realize to pain;
I MUST ABIDE

I bite the bullet every time my scars get wide
And I strive to pryde
The misery from my inside
But in agony column I ride
Yet every time I try to wrest the pain from every side
I collide with the truth that to pain;
I MUST ABIDE

Tale of the Demon Eater

In a fog invested swamp a witch call on hell.
The natural rhythm of the swamp is silenced.
A demon has appeared.
Moving shadows and unnatural light encloses
the small home in an unholy bubble.
Moaning wood announces the creature's invasion.
The witch's heavy breath.
Her breath is visible despite the heat.

The devious beast's sickly color eyes watch the
escaped slave.
Surely revenge is what she seeks, and it is willing
to make a deal.
A trick is played and the demon passes out.
Becoming alert, the demon finds the slave
over it with a magical knife.

The witch slices flesh from bone,
Pouring clean water onto the table,
Washing away sour-smelling blood.
Its mouth sealed closed with thread soaked
in anointment oil.
Slices of flesh marinate in red wine.
The wine is purging the demons stench.

Eyes full of sickly fury, the demon questions
the slave with forced upon silence.
The witch smiles and plucks out its eyes.
It knows it is mostly bones now.

"You'll be the ninth demon I've eaten;
As I am Pryde, the demon eater."
The demon is turned into gumbo.

Kitty Pryde

One of the girl comic book characters I like is Kitty Pride

There are so many cool characters and some even hide,

Kitty Pride can walk through walls and what ever she wants

She even has a cute purple dragon that some times grunts,

Being a fantasy comic book character is very neat

Her purple dragon even has fire he blows to defeat,

Kitty Pride and her cute little dragon are buddies for sure

When they team up the enemy becomes a blur,

In the fantasy world I could be kitty pride

But, in the real world it is not that easy to hide.
