As if it never left

As if it never left

And though your love has departed
and drifts further away with the passing years,
in dreams it remains ever close to you—
as if it were never absent.
In dreams, the past returns;
within the embrace of absence,
the heartbeat echoes more powerfully—
love’s most beautiful resonance,
as if it never fell silent.
And if your love should one day return,
changed by the years spent apart,
never speak to it of your dream—
as if it never left.

Michaela Renee 's World

Creative, Visionary...Welcome to Michaela

Renee's World,

Where truth endures raw, where the margins

Swirl,

Where life don't maneuver in a straight-

Line scene-

It arches, it snaps, it flips between.

Twist and turns in every gist, Rhymatic

Beats cut keen-edge and gleaming.

This ain't just poetry- it's pulse and momentum,

It's breath grasped tight in a crowded space.

Life talks blaring in the path you choose, opt

Some wayside break, some on the roads

Bruise.

But you walk powerfully built through every

Curve, Spoken word solid with grit and nerve.

Storms impact hard but you don't fold, you

Revise pain into bars you hold.

Every setback flickers a line you acquires,

Every information taught flips into a zigzag

Flow in your pulse and pace,

Truth in your voice, fire in your territory,

This world is yours- You set the locality,

Michaela Renee...

You carve your path, turning thriving chaos

Into spoken-world flame.

Untamed Waves

Surges of inspiration
come over me,
naturally and powerfully,
like a tidal wave
washing over a pirate's ship
on a stormy cloudy day;

it cannot be stopped,
nor tamed,
since it belongs
to the universal flow.

Premium Member Lynching in the Name of Love

Bad people tend to drift along in their own current
Often against the prevailing current
Like a hurt animal just needing a place to hide
While the good flow in the mainstream
Powerfully self-righteous.

The bad do bad things
Wreaking their anti-social havoc and chaos
While the good maintain the order
By whatever means.

And it is this power of order and righteousness
That leads to the greatest evil;
Carpet bombed civilizations
Systemic corruption and fraud
Neighbors lynching neighbors
Because, you know, it can be done
To assuage the fear of the unknown
To harness the power of the crowd
To spread the love of the righteous
All for the Greater Good.

God is able to take care of your future in 2026

He is able
This is in the Bible
God can do what you cannot
The dream is possible
God answers clearly, miraculously, and powerfully!
Suddenly, inexplicably, amazingly
God can do what you cannot
God is able because we are His workmanship.

Tides change
But we can rearrange our paths and
We can bathe ourselves with forgiveness
We can reach our dreams
We can go beyond the brokenness

The dream is possible because God is Able
We should not let people run our dreams
The realm of possibility exists for us
We need to persist
Because our dreams will comprise different levels of trials!
We should allow our problems to push us to the reality of the truth
Where we look deep inside ourselves and
Raise our heads to the beauty of fulfillment.

The dream is possible because God is Able
The dream is the vision that we saw in the future
Which we are pulling toward the present!
The dream is possible because God is able through Jesus Christ!

Rise

Rise for there is a stirring and a calling in the air
Feeling Divinely touched in a moment real and rare
Flooding holiness making every heart and soul aware
Proclaiming to all that this is an answer to prayer

Rise for the Spirit is declaring it is time to wake
Slumbering no more for the battlefield is ours to take
Anointing poured out so thick every soul quivers and quakes
Rallying we march out for the enemy’s camp to break

Rise for Jesus the Christ is standing at the right hand throne
Singing fills the air in a powerfully joyful tone
Forcing the foes to flee as the banner of love is flown
Pushing ever forward for to us victory is known

Rise for God the father is calling to take it all back
Rescuing from the pit those whose heart and soul have turned black
Restoring all whose faith have fallen to despair and lack
Establishing his kingdom as the final great love act

Ode to the Ocean

All-encompassing, a vast blue might,
Billions of droplets, reflecting light.
Coral castles, where sea creatures roam,
Deepest trenches, a mysterious home.
Ever-moving, with rhythmic sway,
Fresh ocean breezes, greet each new day.
Glistening surface, a mirror so clear,
Haunting echoes, for all who draw near.
Immense and ancient, full of lore,
Joyful dolphins, leap from the shore.
Kelping forests, where life can thrive,
Luminous plankton, keeping dreams alive.
Mysteries hidden, in depths unknown,
Nature's grandeur, beautifully shown.
Onward currents, tirelessly flow,
Pristine waters, a mesmerizing glow.
Quiet whispers, from waves on the sand,
Rich biodiversity, across every land.
Salty essence, a taste of the wild,
Tidal surges, powerfully compiled.
Underwater wonders, a breathtaking sight,
Vast and vital, shining so bright.
Wild and free, where horizons extend,
Xenial waters, where life entwines.
Yearning spirits, forever it calls,
Zephyrs dancing, as each wave falls.

Childhood Summers

I loved my childhood summers
In the mountains, where we stayed
In a small, one-bedroom bungalow
Where memories were made.

We didn’t mind the lack of space;
Outside were fields of grass
With lots of friends to hang with -
Oh, how quickly time did pass!

In day camp we had arts and crafts;
We swam and ran around
And played on teams in every sport
Where balls or nets were found.

Specifics now have vanished
From the cells inside my brain,
But the happy feelings overall
Still powerfully remain.

We had such freedom then as kids;
Our days belonged to us.
So when our moms yelled, “Suppertime!”
We bounded home, no fuss.

The youth today, on hearing this,
Would not know what I mean,
For summers now are supervised
Or spent before a screen.

ECHOES OF HER

"Echoes of Her"

I miss her luscious lips, the way they’d part,
Whispering love, then silencing my heart.
Tantalizing kisses, like fire and wine,
Left a burn on my soul — sweet and divine.

The fragrance of her perfume haunts the air,
Like ghosted memories tangled in despair.
Each breath I take, it aches like a crime —
A scent that holds me captive in time.

Her shampoo’s scent still lives on my skin,
Soft floral echoes of where we’ve been.
It clings like hope I cannot shed,
A trace of heaven where angels once tread.

Her hugs — oh, those powerfully warm tides,
A storm of passion where safety hides.
Wrapped in her arms, I could forget the world,
As love in spirals and sparks unfurled.

But what I miss most, what tears me apart,
Is the beat of her heart against my heart.
A rhythm now silent, cruelly displaced,
By an emptiness only her love can replace.

Premium Member Say What

It’s raining cats and dogs
Do you know why
Us young kids shout
Devil is beating his wife

What crazy superstitions
We had in North Carolina
A woman’s intuition
Was powerfully finer

Step on a crack
Break your mother’s back
Why would you do that
It’d make her very sad

My muse has had a few
Forgive my inconsistency
The more writing I do
The less my muse screams

It’s thundering and lightning
God’s moving His furniture
Must be so elegant exciting
Watching the world turning Sir

Last night I had sweet dreams
The sandman was nice to me
A lullaby the angels sing
Soft as their fluffy white wings
