It’s better to trust the birds,
That the unapproachable principal,
That to the neighbor who turns in circles,
That to the too strict tobacconist,
It’s better to trust the birds,
It’s better to think sometimes
Better than believe Saint Matthew,
Or to think we are Ponce Pilate,
It’s better to trust the birds,
That marrying a poet,
How to remove water lilies,
Better than thinking we’re Mozart,
It’s better to trust the birds.

a subtle but effective aromatic depth
a floral a bright, a citrusy, accent
consistent and smooth
each compliments the other
blending the sweet ripe taste
of both cherry and strawberries
Bing Chelan and Sweet Kiss,
Mara des Bois stands out as favorites

The Triple Crown stands out front
to provide flavor to the full richness of a blend
A creation of a product to be marveled
the world abroad. The felt jacket
may not have been a great choice
as it collected everything
from pet fur and hair.

Once again mankind hopes and gathers
Looking towards sunlight after the worse of days
But now released mankind laughs and sings
The young dance
The old with crinkling wrinkles smile
Yet sleep does not come easily
For the old have seen during the years
Uncertainty created by unstable minds
They have seen the craving of evil men
How they stay quiet and wait ready
To ponce during the dancing days
Living for the bitter coldness of gold
The people who care, hope and love
Those with joy, and hear the future calling
Exalt children, the earth, the expansion of life
They are watching resting quietly
Their funds kept safe as they sit on the sidelines
Check their computers and the news
Watching while the young celebrate
Learn, dream, love, and grow
For they know that evil always survives
And hides in the alleys during the quiet dark
Jealous of joy, resentful of our reveling
Ready to cause pain and deception
And though we may rest, we are ready to
Open our eyes cry out beware and battle again

Looking past the mirror,
My mind's reflection adored a youthful smile seen ;
Your warmth remembers me,
Just the way it used to BE.....
~~~^¿^~~~
I look into the mirror, now in my later years, and I see an image, an illusion of self.
An illusion because of it's temporality. Also because it's not a true reflection of my mind.
I view the image now at over 60 years old, knowing the image can't shoot the jump shot I once did at 16, nor swing the bat I once did in my youth ; but my mind still believes it can.
The adventurer, Ponce de Leon, once journeyed in search of the "Fountain of Youth" in the America's. Little did he know, the true journey is an inner exploration, needing only the proper compass and map to guide one's self.
I love the me in my mind's reflection.
The me that has grown to understand and know,
The me that has gotten closer to my true self, also closer to my God within'.
The me, getting closer to the Likeness and preparing to shed the Image, the illusion,
like the chrysalis, eventually casting off it's old self, and becoming a butterfly.
From the illusion of the Image, too the trueness of the Likeness,
How truly great it is To BE...
Serenity enters upon her hem
Toting attentions like needful puppies
Eager to submit every breath
Ponce' bathes in her fountain
Halcyon depths purifying his soul
Isolated pristine - Qing porcelain
Simmering sensuality produces
Admired luster of a Kashmir sapphire
Genuflected I yearn to become
Obsequious of all necessities and
Desires of her bestowed repertoire
Delving into her aura coaxing
Effervescent essence pour over mine
Songstress serenade inner de Bergerac
Siren silently saturate mine self
growing up
with this
plant
yet
never knowing
what with this
plant
i
could have been
doing all along
medicinally
magically
so now i find by
happenstance
a bird that
ate a
berry that flew by
my house and
that at that
very
moment pooped out
a seed and from
that grew
a now eight foot tall
plant that now
i'm starting
to try to
understand and unlike
my once Ponce de
Leon fountain of
youth
i will try to drink
with grail in
hand that
which is
knowledge
Always What Is Inside Counts
What is inside we know always counts;
Even after measuring all of the amounts;
With disdain;
Such a strain,
And on Trump will ponce ounce by ounce.
Miserable Form Letters
What we will need is a completely INDEPENDENT
9/11 LIKE COMMISSION CONVENED HELL BENT
TO INVESTIGATE DONALD TRUMP AND HIS
CAMPAIGN ASSOCIATES AND NONE MISS.
THIS COMMITTEE SHOULD BE NONPARTISAN
DEVOID OF MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND NEXT OF KIN.
THE COUNTRY IS DEEPLY DEVIDED AND DISTRUSTFUL
OF PARTISAN POLITICS NOT FITTING THE BILL.
This is the only way to get a truthful resolution
To the antics of Trump administration and munition;
DO NOT SEND ME A FORM LETTER RESPONSE;
Shall destroy completely after on it I do ponce.
Will cut to quick and then avoid the suspense,
THERE VERY PRESENCE INSULTS MY INTELLIGENCE;
Condescending responses only people anger,
And to this seems like we are no stranger.
We gladly want to become directly involved;
To do this reinforces what we have resolved;
We are educated adults who homework do,
Not idiots and bumpkins like you we view.
