“Rest Easy, Captain”
Christopher Plummer, Captain, friend
You’ve heard the final curtain call.
Gracefully, fade to black, the end
Rest easy ‘neath your burial pall.

Tip your hat to Plummer, his well-deserved claim to fame,
Gracing us with class acts in more than seven decades.
"Captain", I insist, among your "clean, bright" accolades
The Sound of Music's Edelweiss echoes with your name.

Christopher Plummer, an icon of silver screen,
most elegant of actors there has ever been,
be it the Sound of music or King Lear on stage,
Your exceptional acting defied time and age.

In here lies
Christopher Plummer
Known for as
‘ Captain von Trapp
in The Sound Of Music'
Or was not Edelweiss for him.

Flitting's like floating
only with
the least amount
and most
ineffectual
intention.
Intention
without
clarity
without
conviction
without
direction
without
without.
Each waft
a contravention.
Somersault of
summer
butterflies,
but better:
butterflits...
Plummer salts
of Winter,
snowfalls
but better:
snowflits...
Though flitting's
altogether fitting
if near-enough
to Surrender
is your kind of
Splendor.

the evergreen has started to darken as our lips meet
beauty overcomes us while we watch the flames devour the forests
yet nothing burns, only the passion i feel for you
fires end has come once more i see her eyes, all else is collected of their beauty
we cannot compare to her eyes while the flame dies
this stranger stares at me smiling
she says "i am autumn come with me, we are meant to be"
the evergreen starts to darken as our lips meet while we are devoured by the flames
none can compare to her beauty

~time is the ultimate teacher, unfortunately i kills all of its students~
my footprints indent the sand as i hike towards the structure, darkened by the neglect of human care and the love of the ocean waves that lap against it, but she stands tall for it is her time to leave, and as my footprints indented in the soft sand are greeted by those loving, caring waves they disappear, i look back for her and all is new and the waves begins to embrace the church once more

Dad not all should be called by this name, for it is an honor and a duty. Some call us
father, some say daddy and some just call us pop...no matter how you say it? If you fail
to do any of these assignments, you failed not just your child, but everyone.
I'm a chef, a maid, a parent, a teacher, a lawyer, carpenter, Plummer, painter, doctor,
trash man, chauffer, guard, friend, enemy, Sheppard, defender and daddy. I get days off
sometime… but my real pay comes when I teach my children correctly, I work some nights
and sometimes even on my day off when needed or when called, I only get off
when sick but always still on guard...This is not a job but an assignment from God... and God
knows... that we all will suffer if I should fail any part of my assignment, but when I get it
right? Angels rejoice and God smiles!
