Overpopulated Poems | Examples

Today Class

Educational systematic analysis idiocy,
cogs to craft humans into mice chasing cheese.
Stand sit raise hand or don’t speak,
and we decide your level of stupidity.

Shake your head as I curl thy lips,
you were crafted in the same assembly.
Oh please tell me your thoughts,
on government,
homosexuality,
color,
or whatever irrelevant tarnish thy ship anchor.
Pathetic excuse for a husk,
I care not what you squeak rodents.
Learn to earn lest be scorned thy cheddar,
ignorant overpopulated demographic.
Pour out your clown cars,
circus gets better and better,
wonder why you need anti depressants.
I don’t hahaha.

Once Upon a Time On a Day Unlike Any Other

the sun bakes me
there is no shade in sight
time is going by very slowly
all i have in my name is me
the insects hunting in the grass and in the air are better off than me
there are no hiding places anymore
nevertheless i find a corner to myself in this overcrowded world

the rain awakes me
there is no shelter to remedy my plight
my inner feelings are very lowly
all i have in my name is me
the overpopulated squirrels and the stray cats roaming are better off than me
there are no friendly faces anymore
nevertheless i find a small crevice to myself where i can become dry and unfurled

Obsession

Obsession with "O's"

Oh, obsession’s obfuscating oligarchy
Oceans of oblivion
Outrage in ostentatious obsession
Overrun in hurricanes named obdurate and obstinate
Overtures of oxidized compulsive orchestration in
Obbligatos overflowing obituaries -
Overbearing octaves of the obsequious –
Orations of overt objections
Objectivity overpopulated by opportunistic obtuse –
Obsession outweighing optimist’s objectives –
Openness offspring overrun by
Ominous hunters of sweet oblations ordained
Oscillating between logic and obsession unchallenged
Orthodoxy obscures opportunity
Officially ostracizes open-mindedness –
Original the outsider - occupied the outlier -
Observes only obstructive operations
Obedience to the one-track offertory
Of overstocked outdated ordinances,
Offshoots of outmoded operatic ornaments
Odious opium overdose of the obscene
Onyx odors overpowering odes
Offered on the altar of originality -
Obliterating oligarchy of obsession

Premium MemberOur Future

I wonder how we would act, I wonder what we would do?
Imagine if our way of life was suddenly all through.
What if our technology crashed and our communications were cut?
Would we see the fall of civilization with mankind stuck in a rut?

What happens when the oil is gone and our gas pumps all run dry?
Can you even imagine, would you even want to try?
There are far too many hungry, our old and even our youth.
This world is overpopulated and that’s the simple truth.

The fuel that runs our planet is depleting and this is true.
Once it’s gone it’s gone and can never be renewed.
Our brightest minds are on it trying to formulate a plan.
Maybe we shouldn’t worry, just enjoy it while we can.

Think of our future children as they suffer and they cry.
They will live with the disappointment that we didn’t even try.
I’m not sure what the answer is, I know we can’t pretend.
I hope we figure it out and don’t let this be our end.

Premium MemberRisky Opportunity

Viral rabidity
dark depression closes in
egocentric
and economic
claustrophobic feelings
against overpopulated sick inhumanity,
competing ravenous clans
overwhelming individual rights
opportunities
health
autonomously-held capital wealth.

And then violently
politically explodes
internally devouring,
pregnancy rates collapsing,
eating
and extracting
and divesting,
abusing and neglecting
our young
and old,
disabled
and vulnerably weak.

Global climate health crises
close in ego-sequestration
rumination
recusing ourselves from communication,
away from cooperative investment,
sharing touch and breath,
remembering what makes our hearts race
and slowly grow too quiet

And then non-violently explode
restoring peace of ease,
setting aside retributive justice against disease
as a secondary effect
of ecological healthy relationships
predicting unprecedented theological wealthy compassion
for Earth's global interdependent analogical climates
optimizing resilient organic wealth
of Earth's most resonant health.

Premium MemberDoes Anyone Care

Does anybody truly care
that the world is falling apart?
And kids are shot and killed in schools
by other children, toting guns.

Politicians are liars, yet
does anybody truly care?
And yet, climate change ravages our
overpopulated planet.

While human interactions wane,
kids connect on the World Wide Web.
Does anybody truly care
that social skills aren't progressing?

The future forecasts droughts and plagues
yet, no one seems to be concerned.
And if humanity dies off;
does anybody truly care?

Assigned Seats

I feel through senses
You feel common sense
I avoid the fences
You embrace the suspense

It wasn’t a choice
To follow the leader
I too, want a voice
Not just a repeater

But we have assigned seats
In this overpopulated class
I can look, but not touch
I’ll always be last

paint me this…

blindfolded,
off-centered,
she saintly
stands…

heavy
is the load
injustice heaps
upon the just

shrouded—
invisible
her purpose
is no more…

murder
roams unchecked—
plentiful prized prey
in overpopulated streets

bigotry
has no shame
caring no apathy—
concern does no sigh…

crying,
this poem sheds no tears
just inked words
in search of a canvas…

Georgia's New Age Stonehenge

I've never seen them before,
but know they're in Elbert County, Georgia
put there by a mysterious man
by the name of R.C. Christian,
who put them on display
in dixieland, 1980 circa,
They have 10 new age rules,
which are occultic in my view,
stating that he is a tree hugger,
and wants billions of people to perish,
thinking in his view,
were nothing more than cannon fodder,
he thinks the planet is too overpopulated,
and that nature must be "balanced,"
his religion being pantheism or polytheism,
of which one I'm not quite sure which,
All's I know is that this mystery man
worships the sun, moon and the stars,
mother nature in general,
rather than our Heavenly Father
which is new age bizarre,
and that when Charlie Daniels
wrote his hit country pop song,
he must have known about all this,
when he came out with his
"the devil came down to Georgia" hit.

Addendum: They are actually called the "Georgia Guidestones" with 10
New Age commandments written on them.

To the Stars

Humanity spread across the expanse of space
Into the unknown, as if a race
Starship after starship spread the seed
After that first step, we were finally freed
From the cradle, the branches were spread
As if glass roof was lifted from overhead
Billions of people chose to escape the mundane
They flew willingly into unfamiliar terrain
Faster and bigger ships were constructed
Go forth and multiply they were instructed
So humanity spread out into the solar system
From there, the stars, like a living organism
Star after star, galaxy after galaxy
There where wars on the universes tapestry
Wonders where seen, new life forms detected
Love and death and other human traits reflected
This was a dream I had one day
Humanity needs to go, for here we cannot stay
We have overpopulated the earth, we are now forsaken
It is guaranteed to happen, once that first step is taken
It’s our only choice in order for civilisation to survive
One small planet is too small for so many to thrive
Stop wasting money on wars and guns
Instead explore the universe, and its infinite suns

Premium MemberArena of the Brave

Characterized by the early settlement
of the San Bushmen of the Kalahari.
Its patriotic sentiments of profound bravery
echos the nation’s long struggle for independence
well articulated and expressed in the psalm of Axali Doeseb.

This second to the least overpopulated territory
is home to the continent’s tallest elephants
and the endangered black rhino.
It houses the world’s oldest desert
with a display of the globe’s highest sand-dunes.

Quadruple medals from Frankie Fredericks,
remarkable atmospheric space for astronomers and star gazers,
spectacular deserts in the Kalahari and Namib
and the emanating awe from the Namib-Naukluft park
are national prides fixed into global glories.

Next after the Grand canyon is the Fish river counterpart
but the Dragon’s breath stands tall in the globe’s underground lakes.
Populates the most in free-roaming Cheetahs,
accepts nature’s curse of the historic Northern coast
and the sun’s blessing in over three hundred days every year.
‘peace be still’ is the definition of its pride
but still not exempted from the painful whip
afflicted by the demon enslaving its mother- region.

Not Enslaving of Whom We Are

Not Enslaving of Whom We Are

Seems like we all the people with our supreme knowledge
Has manufactured a superior intelligence on our overpopulated earth
Our bounteous persona of this world is on destruction's edge,
When altogether the mainstream of mankind has lost all his worth.

Man can be a visionary and pertaining as to what he can see
The great of greed and evil corruption forever instills the zeal of kills
Long ago, man has lost the meaning of sight to what was meant to be
Into the vast of retrogression, this has brought us all many ills.

Many of our values were diluted, all that was wrong should be made right
Untold, unknown perversions are and can temperately made acceptable
For all our precious children are confused, at the further distance there is no light
In our evolving world it is truthfully filled with a courteous decayed people.

Into the internal care of our souls let’s not forfeit
Nor into any unknown force on earth can warp or mar
For unto our transgression of freedom, our laws we fight to keep
Into one knowledgeable statement, no one can enslave us of whom we are.

Truth

The world is overpopulated and the population will double in the next hundred years. That is the truth.
We are seeing the signs of global warming. That is the truth.
The planet has been finely balanced for millions of years. That is the truth.
We are raping the planet and soon it will come to haunt us.That is the truth.
Women and children and being slaughtered every single minute of every single day. That is the truth.
Religion plays a major part in that. That is the truth.
I think another world war is coming. That is the truth.
If we carry on cutting down trees we will start choking on the air we breath. That is the truth.
More and more species are becoming extinct everyday. That is the truth.
We are raping our oceans and poisoning them. That is the truth.
Our brains have evolved to ignore all the problems above. And that my friend's,is the truth.
