My Habit

My Habit

You say I eat a lot—
But a lot eats me.
I got stress I can’t tame,
Hate that drives me insane.
So many therapists I can't name,
Yet still love you and can't cause you shame.

Before you judge me based on my order,
Saying I have an eating disorder—
Ask:
What the hell in this world is in order?

You don’t see the hate,
The anger,
The envy I swallow with my food.
You just say, “Nah, dude.”
You think I don’t already know
You’re ashamed of my belly?
But I don’t care lately,
'Cause food tells me: “Take it easy.”

It’s not that I can’t control my eating.
It’s just your drama,
Your perfect bodies—
They make me overthink.
And I hate that.
But I can’t scream...
So I overeat.

So next time you say,
"Here’s something small to eat,"
I’ll pass—
Because I overheat.

Look, sugar…
I love you.
But this?
This is better than a trillion tattoos.
'Cause you stress me out with everything you do.
I hope you understand if you love me too.
So what do you say...
A buffet for two?

I have eyes hands legs arms and a mouth to speak too oh and a brain

I paint stars until theyir lines are shine and bright.
At the end either way it's going to look like a banana
Haha
Hahaha
Hahahahahahahahah
Hahahahahshsh
And my fingers are overglued, I feel messy, but I like painting my face full of colors.
You know I liked calling them ,,my choice of pallett", because It looked like nothing right.
But every time you said: ,,beatiful", the brush paints me a Red nose.
It shines bright, but as brighter as it does, I don't want to show it.

Does it overheat your eyes?

I understand you love someone else,
but that doesn't mean that she is the only one who can draw stars.
I will can too.

Where To

When the clouds are high up in shape. My mind is high up in resolutional escape. When the sun is overhead, the soles of my feet overheat.

The more I walk, the more the ground I track blazes up and the clouds roll in a mob like they are running a marathon.
Where are they going to?
Why am I still walking? Should I join them?
Is time on their side ? Is it on my side?
Is it on your side?

Time ain't on anyone's side.Do that which you ought to do in this second, for in the next the cloud would have shifted and changed it's shape.

Industrial-Revolution

During the United States’ industrial revolution,
Eli Whitney invented interchangeable parts;
Identical components that could be substituted one for another.

This creation was made for machine—
weapons
cars
and other mechanical mysteries.
This isn't the case today.

Hips are interchangeable.
Legs are interchangeable.
Hands and fingers are interchangeable.
Hearts are interchangeable.
Now, not only with man,
but also with machine.

I can’t imagine it will be long before
software updates are reprogramming us,
instead of the devices we hold in our hands.
That we electrocute when wet,
and overheat when used for a long duration of time.
That we can recharge by cord
and turn on and off with the simple click of a button.

A small advancement, interchangeable parts were,
yet they contributed to further blurring the lines
between man and machine.

Premium MemberRevving Up

Wrinkled shirt in the sink
Cups in the bathtub -- clink, clink
Shoes in the freezer, under the meat
Stockings in the fridge -- not to overheat

Fruit jammed into a narrow cupboard
Veggies stuffed in a bureau, next to a sword
Drinks hurled into the fireplace, with a splash
Flung with requisite verve, smashing glass

Ah, yes, the Inspector General's back
  Revving up his tour-de-force attack
If only one could bring back the great Danny Kaye
Failing that, we'll settle for 'Mr. Groundhog' himself, Bill Murray

Premium MemberA Summer Dalliance

Oh, it was a beautiful cloudless sunny day,
as I wandered a meadow to make a bouquet;
all about butterflies were dancing a ballet,
and I was dazzled by the song of a blue jay !

To a rippling stream I went on hearing a song,
and there a man sang a tune beautiful and strong;
his heavenly voice mingled with each wild birdsong,
and I stayed with him just talking all that daylong !

It would be a summer dalliance dulcet sweet,
his ethereal kisses made me overheat;
on gossamer threads I floated to our heartbeat,
we were on a labyrinthine path bittersweet !

On the last day we found a lagoon secluded;
and wept murmurous whispers of love concluded !

Drama, Missed

How do you rattle an orchestra
I wonder
wandering the empty stage

No lights no go do this do that
Tell them all about it!

Its outrageous, over the top
not the big top bear you in mind
and no bears. please
no joke
no bear this year

nutcracker isn't here today
no prince and rats no jumping ships
Ha you think, no iceberg this
winter is no time to overheat

I'll be silent now
but not forever
while we always loudly sleep

Second Thoughts

Blessed indeed are those who have second thoughts,
Believe in second chances,
And bring second choices to the table,
Because first thoughts,
Belie the need for caution lest they,
Become seeds of destruction for the many.

The story of human existence,
Tells us how first thoughts,
Though not likely to overheat our brain,
Take us too often to the well,
To see a future without a second thought,
That might have given us a second chance.

Sorrow

When a gardener demands the fruits of those he planted,
When a maid compares her work with her wages,
When a King is thirsty in his golden throne,
When a bird misses a spring morning to sing,
When roses are not looked for their softness,
When sunshine-Sundays overheat a lushy field,
When nights are not equally appreciated as morning,
And when someone teases my prayers - I KNOW SORROW.

Shallows and Deep

7/9/17

Whether or not I ever find what I seek

You are what you eat

Bare foot or with shoes on your feet

You can try, but it'll do no good turning the other cheek

Nights of very little rest or a great sleep

Fields full of wheat
And beets

A rise of temperature causing lifeforms to overheat

You either still got or lost the receipt

Bouts of consecutive victories and defeat

On dirt roads and in the street

In the shallows and deep

On the move or taking a seat

Daily, monthly, yearly and every single week

Some foods that are spicy and sweet

The evidence was or wasn't concrete

Tasks didn't get finished or were complete

Many that just eat greens or meat

On either side of the creek

Far too many that are a fraud and a cheat

Towards them karma and havoc will wreak

Near and far from teak

Regardless of if the terrain is flat or steep

Information kept discrete or getting leaked

Resources that are rich or beginning to deplete

Youve Got Me Going

Well and it's just like you did
start up an old, old car now
you've got my motor running
bout to overheat, ‘bout to blow
a fuse, bout to throw a spark
you're driving me wild down
romance street oh yeah baby
YOU'VE GOT ME GOING
Well and just like flying a
World war 2 airplane
straight up into a big blue
sky oh and I'm about to
flip a gage, tripping on a high
oh yeah baby YOU'VE GOT
GOT ME GOING...
Well and just like an old
and forgotten steam engine
you've got my whistle blowin'
bout to jump track, bout to
blow my stack, rockin’ and
rollin' on down the railway of
love...
Well oh yeah baby YOU'VE
GOT ME GOING, YOU’VE GOT
ME GOING, GOING, GOING
GONE!

The Literature of Trepidation

Upon the paper the pen bleeds, casting its sullen gaze upon the ideals of its mere existence. Trying to unravel the mystery of its being. Uncovering the wisdom locked inside of its core, threatening to overheat and cause a meltdown the pen cannot overcome.
In times of raw emotional imbalance a window of understanding illuminates the veil of protection our ideals protect us from. Seeing its truth can undo the thin fabric of wisdom sought, making all for naught. Letting the art consume you until nothing remains.

Red Hot Moon

It's there.....
There .....in the sky
Looking like
A bowl of rhubarb and custard

The fiery glow it emits
Looking like a giant fireball.....
Ready...to descend to earth
the moon in all its glory.

What does it mean?
Denoting spring is on its way
Or goodbye winter ....
Here's hoping the sun will shine as brightly.

It is lighting up the earth
Capturing it ...saying I can do anything
Make you look so different ...
Make you overheat and fry.

Why is it so red?
Has it gathered up the volcanic dust
As it passes through the atmosphere .
Like a pearl in an oyster,...to release a round jewel

Brings a smile to our faces
A warmth to our hearts
A soul all aglow .....
The red moon captures all

Love Or Chocolate

Why would I want to be in love?
It makes you sweat, overheat,
And hyperventilate.
It creates major heart issues
That stay with you for years.
It costs too much money
When you try to keep it with you.

But why would I want to be in love
When I could have chocolate?

Why would I want chocolate?
It makes you feel wonderful
And stimulates happiness.
It creates an environment of relaxation
That will get you through the day.
It costs only one dollar and
Stays with you for as long as you want.

So, why would I want to be in love,
When I could have chocolate?
