She sat beneath a shady tree
Pretty, Pert and sweet was she
Until a soft breeze lifted her skirt
Showing her knees which were full of dirt.

Shabby shoes and smelly socks
looked odd with lovely Golden locks
The sweet-faced girl appeared serene.
Sad her feet and legs weren't clean.

To An Odious Orange One

To An Odious Orange One:

Oh enfant terrible, tiny hands clutching at the flag,
Weaned from Mother's nipple too soon,
The nurse fed you caviar with a long silver spoon,
Saw your Father and the butler together, dancing in drag,
Confused, now you look to Kim and Vlad, for the approval
you never really had. Or did you have it , served on ice?
There's an empty abyss you've tried to fill with a golden shovel,
And no one dare say No to the very Stable Genius,
Unless they are willing to pay the price,
Heaved into the abyss, screwed, but not kissed.
And if she were not his daughter, he'd be all over her,
He and the late Jeff Epstein, pulling it together.
Well, the great golden Canary, now in the coal mine,
In November will tell us if there's gas, or all is fine.
Some will drink the Fool Aid, some will decline.

So will the Stars and Stripes rally and wave, or curl and sag?
Vote, vote, vote, and vote, and oust the fat gas bag!

Mask

Enclave or enormous but pretty king mask
Brick per brick Rome's whack on an iron task

A shield to that tactful lions roar
His safe I'm saved from an odious boa

En masse we feed and stucked with 'cheese'!
On a flax we seat, soft like a fleece

See many at our domain, our blue means love
Cheers and welcoming we did, pure like a dove

Fierce sharks and hawks out like safari park
En bloc we sleep, no careless peep to the dark

Nevertheless, they horse around, we're free from attack
Relief, wow to our mask for the shield attach.

The Odious Oyster

There are few foods in this world that I hate
But there is one gnarly and nasty invertebrate
Against which I most assiduously discriminate
And I absolutely can not in any way tolerate

If forced to eat it I would surely asphyxiate
If compelled to consume, I would first self-immolate
Let me be clear for I don't want to obfuscate
If told to ingest it I would violently retaliate

The oyster is something that won't grace my plate
That bilious bivalve should be banished as bait
That odious oyster is fetid incarnate
I can honestly say it's the worst thing I've ate

The Odious Shopping Cart

The Odious Shopping Cart

By Elton Camp

I circle through the parking lot
Then an empty space I spot

I’m just about to pull in
A cart’s blocking it again

Though the corral is nearby
To put it away, they didn’t try

Once I get into the store
There’s a struggle I abhor

All the carts are stuck tight
To separate one is a fight

When I try to roll ahead
“Let’s go right,” it said

Finally I get to the aisle
There to have another trial

Woman and cart in the way
It’s in the middle she’ll stay

Ingredients to slowly read
Gives to others no heed

Finally, back to the parking lot
There, what shock I got

On my car there’s a deep dent
Where a run-away cart went

Those odious carts I again curse
To them, I am much averse

Odious Guise

Sustainability needs guidance
with pesticides and terminator seeds:
disease on demand by death's command.
Their cabal must trample your needs
until all gets tangled
by souls already mangled.

The plight of this flight
shall serve as a blight
on all human imagination
until only consternation
prods fatal conservation
to cloak life's giving light
in the serpent curtain of night.

Such a game serves to blame
ages of prophets who came
to understand and enlighten
souls yearning to heighten
energies burning to brighten
with heaven's promising flame
lifeforces impossible to tame.

Odious

An unloved woman
Is married to a mean ghost
She sees not nor feels.

Terrorizing her
And haunting another house,
He is like the wind.

Earth reels with tremblings
As his spirit takes a maid;
It can not bear it.

Now so repugnant,
She wonders in mystery
And is supplanted.

What predicaments
Caused spurn and frequent visits
Of horrific love?
