Must we honor the promises we make in dreams?
The same moral aspects would pertain, it seems,
and fate would (if the rules of justice still apply),
a dream's blissful amorous rendezvous, deny.
Must I live my waking life bound by dream pledges?
It's too much to trim Scarlett Johannson's hedges.

I had that stone

I was looking at a dying man who was asking me for a stone I had in my pocket. He wanted it to survive, but he was a sinner—because a book said he made fun of people and abused them. I watched him grow pale and wondered: should I help him because of his situation, or let him die because of his deeds? Then I thought, why should I care? And I continued walking along the footpath.

(“Halves of a Whole”, 2019, original encaustic)

The Real Left/Right Divide

I consider myself a “classical liberal”
Which means I’m a freedom loving
‘Live and let live’ kind of guy.
And that puts me firmly on the Right.

It also marks me as a “conservative”
In today’s political world
Because live and let live doesn’t mean
Change for the sake of change to better the world.

But then I compare myself to someone like Mike Pence,
A known conservative, yet unlike me,
One of the Left, like progressive illiberals,
Because he is clearly a Big Government kind of guy.

It’s a confusing paradox
That in the real world today
You can have liberals and conservatives
On both the Right and Left!

What this shows is simply
The political spectrum of big and little government
Is not the same as the moral compass
Of traditional and progressive values.

What divides the Left and Right
What is embodied by big and little government
Is the difference between
Compulsion and freedom, tyranny and liberty.

Vindication's Dawn

Vindication’s Dawn

My soul does not crave the blade of vengeance,
Its fleeting sting, a hollow roar.
No, I seek the fire of vindication,
A truth that shakes the heavens’ core.

The universe, vast and woven tight,
Holds every tear, each whispered plea.
Its threads are bound by moral might,
A tapestry the Almighty sees.

No wrath of mine could right the wrong,
No mortal hand could mend the fray.
But God’s own justice, fierce and strong,
Will burn the shadows clean away.

I stand, unbowed, with heart ablaze,
Trusting the stars to sing His plan.
The righteous Judge, through endless days,
Will lift the truth where lies once ran.

Vindication comes, not soft, but bold,
A thunderclap to split the night.
The universe, in sacred mold,
Bends ever toward the eternal right.

With faith as steel, I wait, I trust,
The Almighty’s will shall not be swayed.
His moral fire consumes the dust,
And dawns the day truth’s debt is paid.

Sitting there watching from the corner of my eye
From my kitchen window, what did I see?
A leprechaun rolling his wheel barrow in his finery
Full of gold coins entering a black door
I looked around no one else was there
He shouted” give me my gold and I go”
“What gold” I shouted back
Or was he making it up, was I in debt to him
“No, no you got the wrong person” I shouted at him
“No just give me that gold ring on your finger, now you able to pay” he said
I shuddered went out the door and threw it at him
It vanished so did he.

INEVITABILITY AND MORAL RELATIVITY

They say war is inevitable, and will always, with us, be;
But this audacious, mendacious attitude is not for you and me:-
Dropping Satanic murderous bombs on babes can’t germinate peace;
Such Sodomon and Germoria demonic skewing must now cease:-

What we must ensure to be inevitably true, is the falling eggs of peace
from above;
Dropping and bursting all over the earth below as they are released
from God's dove:-
Time is coming when mankind here on this weary earth will soon face
true inevitability,
And will then realize the consuming digestive neutralization of mendacious
moral relativity:-

Premium Member Space Rock

The meteor was coming near
But little Robbie had no fear
His parents knew earth was DOA
But he tried to argue, to save the day.

He said, “Dear Space Rock, don’t I have rights
My life and liberty are in your sights
I like puppies and cats, and elephants too
You’re coming for me, but what did I do?”

Robbie’s Dad said "son, a rock can’t feel
There’s no moral part to which you can appeal
It doesn’t matter how nice you are
We’re at the mercy of a shooting star."

The meteor missed, the earth was fine
But still it was the end of the line
The ideologues came for Robbie’s Dad
He tried to argue, his naivete was sad.

The ideologues had a one-track mind
It was year one, time to leave the past behind
No freedom, no rights, that was the deal
They just laughed at Robbie's father's spiel

When criminals or ideologues, have you in their sights
Say goodbye to logic, and to your rights
Look around, the dominos fall
Can't argue with a rock, can't charge at a wall.

HUMAN BREAKDOWN

     Total freedom of expression
  that incites death, suicide,
     and destruction.
it is not freedom, but terrorism...,
      subservience
       and slavery...
it is not a thing of God...
  BUT RATHER A FAILURE...
   A HUMAN STUPIDITY!

Humanity collapse...

Impurity

Where is the solidity of purity?
Where is the moral of solidity?
And the conservatism of life?

What do I see on the train at night?
Almost naked very young women.
The world has turned upside down.

Spirituality has disappeared from life.
The flesh pursues the soul, and light.
Women are more magnetic in long skirts.

Premium Member Christian moral compass

If you don't want it to be taught how America brutalized the American Indian,
and you don't want it to be taught how America brutalized the enslaved black,
don't talk to me about your Christian moral compass,
because a Christian moral compass is something that you lack.

The Moral Of Life

Nothing in this world
That belong to all of us
Even this body
When we die, we must return
If only we could make up our minds
I accept every possibilities of life can
So when there's a chance for charity, do it
And when I leave, I can I accept it
Look at the truth
Born to die. Found. Separated.
Be the ordinary
Be ethical to accept defeat or success
This is the moral of life.

Moral Attributes

Every person has an attributes
That differentiate him from others
Some people are attributed by wisdom
Others are attributed by reason
And some people are attributed by honesty
But good morals bring together all good qualities
And you will leave an imprint
That will not disappear
Even after your departure
Hold on to your morals and you will rise.

Moral Indebtedness

Remember those people
Who help you in your nothingness
Who shield you in times of your storms
They're your true and precious friends
To have them, you're the most lucky and blessed.

Cherish every good moments
While you still here on earth
Smile and be good to each you meet
Life is a story and it should be a good one
For if we depart, we'll continue afterlife as we ought it should.

Don't lay up treasures here on earth
They're the cynosure to the evil eyes
Treasure here will rust, it will be stolen
It will make people proud and shrewd
Rather, gather treasures that will lead you to where heaven is.
