Take a deep breath and wake up grateful

I let clouds hang on
to soften the right and wrong—
with blur of maybes
tinting decisions with gray
letting light, shade interplay.
Thoughts flock like soft mists
refusing to pass away
drift half-seen, half-known—
in between seen and unseen
as truths partially revealed.
When clarity fades
I blur the edges to gray—
squint out-of-focus
to brush on some in-between
to learn what analog streams.
Sunlight beams are straight
broken clouds direct their blaze
like searchlights panning
the ground for something missing
in ordered partial reveals.
One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Mind’s silent now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Open eyes
Grass
Fabric
Tree
Bird
Sour
Grounded now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Try again tomorrow.
When mind is in the moment, thoughtlessness prevails"

Keep your mind away from thoughts that rebound
Hear the mesmerizing melodic music of surround
Bask in the bewitching beauteous objects that astound
Sense all the sensations you skin has sensed around
Inhale the myriad magnetic fragrances floating around
Experience boundless bounteous bliss of God abound
Mindfulness leads to cessation
Of thoughts, the causation
Of our miseries, our vexation
Mindfulness makes us aware of creation
Leading to captivation
Then to our admiration
And acclamation
Of love of God flowing without cessation
When thoughts end
Vibrations ascend
We transcend
The body
Situated in Samadhi
experiences bliss eternal
Sees soul internal
Attains salvation
Instant elation
To final destination
If we can mind our mind, in fact if we don't mind our mind, ignore it for wandering mindlessly to non-existent places, we would be able to mindfully mind our mind and mindfully do our task, we would have perfectly perfected mindfulness.
Mind will mind if we don't mind about mind but we have to still stop mind from minding, ignore mind for mindfull blissful moments.
Mind should be mindfuly managed by mindfulness.
I wish people minded their own mind before minding others mind.

Hamlet Place, ACT
From the vines of a broken family I arose.
Too much time on my hands.
The smell of revenge on my clothes.
The friends I once counted abundantly,
Turned to foes.
And the shallow sense
Of emptiness confronted me.
A hallway of temptation lay
Right in front of me.
Each room to portray a blurry memory
That still haunted me.
Locked away deep inside my mind.
Dreaming of my daughter or son-to-be.
Imagining the day - my old friends,
Would come back and run with me.
My relationship with reality ended
Suddenly.
The gap between me and myself became
Too large to wedge.
Although vibrant in flesh,
I was emotionally dead.
Wrote off, and soulfully misled..
Into a black market lifestyle where only cheaters
Get ahead.
And anyone who was anybody, fled.
This is my world- living inside my head.
Notes nurture name
Seek sublime same
Be beyond blame
Calm choice charms cheer
Nature niche near
Fright freeze-frames fear
Meet mindful maze
Dream deeper daze
Crash cuddles craze
Weary words while
Sweet silence styles
Such succinct smiles
Move mental mist
Glimpse gracious gist
Live laughter lists
Feel flaming fire
Sad story sires
Poignant prompt pyre
Joy jump starts jest
Feisty frame fest
Zone zooming zest
Live lovely lot
Pick pretty plots
Thrill tensile thought
Brace blooming beach

The quiet of the late afternoon sun
Is all that I wanted to hear.
The rays casting shadows in the room
Is all that I wanted to see.
Watching the daylight move around the walls
Eased the tension and stress in me.
A few moments to gather my thoughts
Time, so precious, so dear.
Comfortably sitting here
Relaxation drains me of life's fears
Just a few minutes of time for me
To sit in peace watching nature perform
Makes me feel good and smile for the beauty of life.
Recharges my mind to face more.
Start with your heart
Peace paints sure art
Seek to know play
Tact aligns say
Come to know flow
In light that shows
Stillness firms cheer
Fond love draws near
