I couldnt talk about it so I wrote a poem
One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Mind’s silent now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Open eyes
Grass
Fabric
Tree
Bird
Sour
Grounded now.
One, two, three, four, five.
Close eyes
Deep breath
Try again tomorrow.
