My family is my everything..
My world, universe and soul.
Without them I am mere human..
They make me complete and whole.
I have the same personality traits..
Mostly good and yes some bad.
But I wouldnt change a thing..
I'm a genetic product of Mum and Dad.
So let's put the genetics aside..
Because character is what makes us unique.
Its nurtured and developed through childhood..
Credit to my parents, so to speak.
It's our morals and ethics that define us..
Looking out for one another with care.
Never forget your true family..
Because when others fail you, your family is there.
Families are so sacred and precious..
Without them we would be lost.
Its a gift of unconditional love..
And that can't be bought at any cost.
They say blood is thicker than water..
Well that is absolutley true.
When the going gets tough, others leave you..
But your family will stand by you!
Yes I've been through the mill
but stronger for it...happier too.
Though I forgave... but cant forget
I remember the lessons I learned so well.
Think of others before yourself.
Give to others from the little you have
share a smile..wish others well
extend love to everyone.
Pain and hardsip were my fare
for many a day ...many a year
but time... that soothing balm
heals the heart...touches the spirit with a gentle hand,
while Angels loving and kind
strengthen us in difficult times.
The body may suffer..the heart tremble,
may be pierced by thorns and thistle
which in the end ....burn and shrivel.
God sees ....He knows and
walks beside us thwarting evil.
Do not worry..have no fear
He is always near.
He knows not time....but He's in charge.
The tests he sends us.....
Make us stronger...and tougher
helps us view each day
from a new perspective.
Thank you Father,
I'll do whatever you say
and never .....never will I question Your way.
Petunia is the plain little sister
who gets overlooked and passed over.
She’s not the pretty one,
always quiet and reserved,
not classy, fancy or graceful.
She takes backstage at every turn.
No games, no false pretenses.
She’s frumpy, floppy and flimsy.
Her scent is unrefined,
not confused with real perfumes.
She’s somewhat of an ugly duckling
but when the going gets tough,
we can’t help but admire
her tenacity when facing adversity.
Slow and steady wins the race.
She’s low maintenance, demure and bashful.
So reliable is her performance,
she’s been known to outshine competition.
Unpretentious and free from vanity
Yet, fact not known… surprise ~

Passion or Desire is not pure potential seeking manifestation.
It is the manifestation of Life's flaming sword, runic capital letter of the sacred word.
A spark that has been sparked,
the flint that struck it's mark.
A self illuminated Ray of light piercing the dark.
Of nothingness, it appears or so it seems, but the problem with that is you don't get something from nothing.
So what lifts on it's wing?
Is it the designation retracing its flight?
The deja Vu wizard at the crossroad,
that fights the good fight.
Against Apathy, to help the lost at sea.
Like a lighthouse at night?
Nonetheless, it is indeed of the light
visions designation, interestingly enough, taking flight, as
both path and destination.
The calling, calling the bluff
with no hesitation.
For when the going gets tough.
It is the drastic measures of the spirits measure plumblined sublime.
Subliminally flashing divine coat of arms of a kind.
Adventurer- nurturer- divulger of the sepulchre.
An endless quest fore-treasured as Holy Grail and counted by the heart's ledger like Braille is for the blind.
Of the heart's quill unquelled, determination at its behest, unquenchable fire.
That never fails the test.
Of time and
the germination of seed, against backdrop of dusts.
The Will's litmus test against need.
Activation or bust.
See. It is not potential anything.
It IS everything.
At least it's the best.

CHALLENGES

He faced a challenge
That forced him to use all his abilities
But doubt clouded his judgement
Caution gave way to uncertainty.
Needing help
He recalled these words:
1. Believe in yourself
Never bend your head
Hold it high
And look the world straight in the eye.
2. Smell the coffee.
3. Stand on your own two legs.
4. Life is in front of you.
5. Seize the day.
6. Get up and get moving.
7. Work smarter, not harder.
8. Save for a rainy day.
9. The tough get going when the going gets tough.
10. K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.
11. Put a glide in your stride and a pep in your step.
12. Let’s get moving, we’re burning daylight.
13. Don’t deter from the main effort.
14. Every strike brings you closer to the next home run.
15. It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.
16. Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb. That’s where the fruit is.

Wishing a stranger happy holidays, an apology
A reassuring smile, a wink, a good deed done
For someone, with no strings attached
A thoughtful gesture that lets the recipient
Know you care, such as a random act of kindness
A get well soon card to the sick, a recognition
A pat on the back for a job well done, saying thank you
A word of encouragement to keep up the good work
To keep soldiering on when the going gets tough
It's always the little things
That makes all the difference in the world

Life has taught me many lessons, some moments of bliss, but some of depressions; Each day a new challenge, each day a new test, but I count my blessings and strive for my best.
The greatest love I have known is from Jesus Christ, Who gave His life to offer us eternal life; I cling to His promises when the going gets tough, and I thank Him for His mercies that are more than enough.
Each battle that I have fought has shaped me into who I am, made me resilient, courageous, and strong; Though hard times are painful, I wouldn’t change a thing, for they have refined my character and pushed me to keep on moving on.
So bring on the struggles, let the challenges arise, for I know that God is with me, He hears my cries; I will keep counting my blessings and living with gratitude, and trust that every lesson life teaches is part of God’s eternal plan which has made me Brand new.
A journey of a thousand miles
Begins with a single step
A challenge of great magnitude
Requires determination to accept.
The heart must be strong and brave
The mind must be focused and clear
For when the going gets tough
You must persevere to the end.
The courage to stay the course
And never give up the fight
No matter how hard the struggle
You must stand tall with all your might.
When the odds are stacked against you
And the road is long and hard
You must keep your eyes on the prize
And never let your spirit be marred.
For determination is the key
To unlock any door
It will help you reach the summit
And you'll never feel unsure.
The Flower Head
I see a flower floating down the middle of the stream
It causes me to stop in my walk.
Why a flower floating alone, what a strange scene
The petals all tight, just the flower head, and no stalk.
Did it drop or was it cast just, like the proverbial bread?
It bobbed up and down disappeared and then returned
I saw some petals had separated from the head.
They started to drift from the flower as it churned.
And the gap grew wider and wider
Soon it was so wide it couldn’t be closed, the water a real divider.
It made me think was it me as the flower head spun in the stream
Was I the head were my petals my friends?
We stick together through life’s rich pattern and schemes
I watch for a while but the stream bends
When the going gets tough and the water gets rough
Some petals break away and drift off
But some stick on the head and the water they tread
They will stick with the head, and at life’s troubles they scoff.
I asked some so called friends for help.
They did not respond.
I prayed and asked God for help.
He did not respond.
And then one day God came to me in a dream and said
The plans you have for you, are quite often not the plans I have for you.
Sometimes we have to trust God's plans.
Yet God's Plan or not,
Heroes are reluctant to give up or give in when the going gets tough or rough.
Heroes/Champions never just lay down and die, or Succumb and cry.
They tend to their wounds an press on.
When Heroes Fight with Tenacity and True Courage, Strength and Determination,
Someimes maybe Even God changes His mind.
One must still strive hard to fulfill one's dreams or ambitions or desires.
And sometimes It Is simply just God's will
That You Must srtruggle for what you want or need.
So Still Be Prepared not to just lie down and die,
And Pretend that that is God's Plan or Will.
You Must Understand That certain things in Life are Your Calling.
And How does one know that God did not intend for you to fail maybe even many times
Before Success?
Just Try to live your life through Positive Operations,
In Spite Of All. In Spite of whatever setbacks.
In Spite of all The Negatives.
And Keep Believing In Yourself. Be Positive Always.
Have a positive outlook or prospective.
And always try to realise your true and full potential without sentiment, without regret.
Without regret for the pains and difficulties along the way.
