“choosing here and now to exit stupor
in silence connecting to realms upper”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ceasing striving, let us rest in silence
Bringing to a halt, effort of ego
Detached from outcomes, in playful parlance
In tranquil stillness, we feel the bliss glow
Spacial heart being the epicentre
Devoid of resistance, we gently flow
Once door of heart is open, joy enters
Taking no time to gather momentum
The child within, in joyfulness canters
Devoid then of ego residuum
Vibrant ecstatic bliss continuum
Word Assurance
Word in words logically scraping speech
Word of words unlock hardened heart as priest preach
Word by word's exposition gain ground as sounds beseech
Word for word's daring compliment duly change to teach
Divided in divisions attentively awaiting wide open gate
Divide to divide confusion aiming to get hearts bait
Divide by dividing queries lured into an unending debate
Divide for divisions to be silent and no longer dictate
Born to burn boredom caressing darkness
Born to burn darkness' borne without prior awareness
Born of birth beyond scientific's cleverness
Born new birth- a magic yet amazing craziness
Light in fireworks beeping loosely creativity
Light lighting calm minds out of captivity
Light enlighten strangers' feet cum selectivity
Light lightening end afar when gold kisses negativity
Cool in cooler calming hotness foaming to burn tongues
Cool by cooler good at its usage correcting wrongs
Cool to cooling feet climbing life's ladder on open rungs
Cool for cool voices singing solemnly new hope songs
Freeze in frozen minds embracing caution to trap temptations
Freeze by free birds not returning for mothers' invitations
Freeze up freeman growing wings beyond limitations
Freeze out free Israelites wandering around manipulations
Hear tell ears of peace to pieces arrogance and ego
Hear from air blowing hot and cold to choose where to go
Hear about seer ranting of rest to all workers by will sow
Hear of spear piercing others cum eon's toast fondling woe
Tear apart tears inner eyes soaked in burning delight
Tear pairing code leading grace prospects into fright
Tear cheers growing solid cheeks hurting plight
Tear wears inviting comfort to blind eyes seeing flight
Full of fools open to wide gate of sulphur's flame burning spring
Full of rules that guides legs against commands of the mighty King
Full of truth to energize night of unknown songs morning sing
Full of tools rectifying faulty connections disobedience bring
Sent to sentence saint into everlasting  cell never dreamed
Sent to sentence joy overflow through grace highly esteemed
Sent to sense need for change to shame end as deemed
Sent to see how blissful saints live having been redeemed
What I Have Seen
What I Have Seen
Chubby fingers, chubby toes;
Clear blue eyes and turned up nose.
Everything's so bright and new,
Little Baby I love you.
Hop scotch, Barbies, long brown curls,
We thank you God for little girls.
Baseball diamonds, lots of toys;
Tonka trucks for little boys.
School days, Proms, and lots of friends.
Soon the boys are full grown men.
Girls go shopping, Brides Boutique.
Because of promises we keep.
Life rolls on an unending line;
Quickly toll the bells of time.
The Soldier who must find his way;
Was just a baby Yesterday.
I've watched it roll as here I roam.
On my peculiar Journey home.
Somehow it all fits in God's plan;
This is our life, the lot of man.
My heart, so filled with wonder
Because I’ve met a King,
One who created the thunder
Causing raindrops to sing…
My heart, so amazed by this King
Because He silenced all of my fear
You may find my soul worshiping
It is Jesus who wiped away each tear
My heart, so sure that I’ve found love
Because of the King and His gifts
Faith like this comes from God above
Assuring my soul His light uplifts
My heart, so completed by this light
Because God sent His only Son,
The subject of my muse when I write
Poetry from a heart this King has won
My heart, so in awe of the King
Because He gives more than we know
He is the Savoir that makes me sing
About the blood, the unending flow
My heart, so encouraged by this grace
Because I never need feel the shame
That would be mine without the embrace
Of Jesus, the One who took the blame
My heart, so lost without this King
Because if I didn’t know in my soul
This love so alive, love to which I cling
Love that stirs in me, making me whole
Exile In Ptolemy's House
Safe, at long last,
behind closed, locked doors and windows,
behind heavy, hanging, purple drapery:
plush, pellucid, subterranean refuge.
Far from the proverbial maddening crowd,
out of sight: a dimly lit room, bathed in
soft, golden reflections.  In the centre of
the room: a single, solitary candle burning,
its flame rising, dancing, serpentine;
all around, panoramic, rustic mosaics
quiver and leap across the walls:
towering stags, drunken centaurs, gladiators, spiteful, leering gods;
the ghost of sound echoes,
bouncing through ceramic, glass, and stone hills:
Motion in Rest,
the eye of the hurricane,
the calm before the storm.
At the end of the day,
people still holy,
w/ rites still sacred,
secret, hidden eyes.
Ones "deep-dark", to be sure,
but decidedly not "dreamless".
All around: reassuring, but oddly unending smiles,
ones perpetual, fixed, but only seemingly uninhabited,
ones laid among polished scales and in tough, gleaming skin.
In a room filled with playful, reeling, ecstatic confusion and revelation
reigning supreme, the supplicants' legs fail on what seems to be a
swaying, rocking floor.  Mesmerizingly bright sedan chairs invitingly blaze by the walls.  Draped in luxurious purple, the divans are infinite, are more desirable, more coveted than any treasure trove, any silver gold.
A bottomless, almost overwhelming calm descends.
Outside itself, and if only  for "a brief shining moment",
the Mind, in all Its glory, seems infinitely deeper, farther
reaching, more focused, but free.
The axe can no longer fall.
It’s not like we failed
when we went into the lab,
offering the world a new life –
the heart and soul, would they be?
It’s not like we knew
when we began this journey,
a trembling truth pouring forth,
remember, its just a story?
It’s not like we grew
when we heard the first breath
of a darkness writing its story
on the light we were meant to protect?
It’s not like we cared
when God Himself said –
listen to the still, small voice
don’t make the intellectual choice…
Playing God, where we stood
when we brought the life back, proving
we don’t know the way, the truth, the life
that comes to those who see – it’s His sacrifice
that reveals the right, the way
to make it through the darkest pain,
the way to see the glory beyond the grave,
the way to forget the shadows, seeing the grace.
Playing God, almost like the evil one
the one who seeks to devour the world
with his bloody hand – do we understand?
It is the enemy who leads us to forget the way…
It’s time to pray, to the eternal One
who makes a way – with faith, I’ll say
never let pride stand in the way,
just give it to Him, who is against all sin.
Believe in the love that can’t be brought back to life –
It is the love that comes from above, that intercedes for us,
That brings relief to us, a constant hope – unending grace,
Freeing us to know the meaning of it all…
It is love, and once understood, it is love
That will keep us from thinking we can pretend
To be little gods in this land,
Where God created everything with His hand,
Where God brought us beyond the doubts,
to the joy of always knowing – He is everlasting
He brings life eternal and that is beyond our dreams
of creating anyone or anything!
Premium Member In an ancient and silent night, deep within my dream
In an ancient and silent night, deep within my dream,
I heard the echo of forgotten wisdom, whispering among the shadows,
That there is only one inborn error, one primordial mistake,
And that is the illusion that we exist to be happy...
In a world of broken mirrors, where hopes are fragments
Of a dream scattered by the cold winds of reality,
We cling to optimism like an anchor in the turbulent sea,
But the waves envelop us, tossing us into dark depths.
And in the unending quest for happiness, we become prisoners
Of our own expectations, captives in a labyrinth of desires,
Where each corner hides a locked door, a shattered promise,
And we lose ourselves in this play of shadows and lights.
Oh, if we could free ourselves from this burden,
To see the world not as a field of contradictions,
But as an eternal dance of ephemeral moments,
A symphony of pain and joy, harmonized in cosmic silence.
Yet we are caught in this perpetual birth of illusions,
Seeking happiness like a falling star in the endless night,
And in each smile, we find a promise, in each tear, a story,
But the truth remains hidden, beneath the thin veil of appearances.
So let us remember that we are not here to be happy,
But to live, to feel each heartbeat,
To embrace both the light and the shadow,
And to dance in this sublime chaos, until we find peace within ourselves.
In a world of broken mirrors, let us see our reflections
Not as contradictions, but as parts of the whole,
And embrace our wounded souls, with all their vulnerability,
For in our imperfection, we find the true beauty of existence.
The Chopper Cyclone
The Chopper Cyclone
Oh Wild Wind!  Why so rude?
Oh Dear God! Why no mercy?
Waited for rains; what we got is rage
Nursed hopes; only horror remains
December last, unbridled floods,
December this year, the Wild Wind
Gory events; misfortune manifested
With none to stop; our life is on hold
Oh Wild Wind! Why the dance of death?
Felling thousands of trees, we loved
All cables and power lines snapping to halt
Through howling cries; all passed away en-mass
A moment of mayhem, wrought havoc untold
The tall trees all, massacred, maimed
The wild aerobics; snuffing out the breathe,
Mauled and mangled the city is left mourning
Those that escaped wrath, some flora exist
Battered and bruised, broken and bent,
Twisted and tampered; crippled they lie
Centuries old, veterans, in ruins, they cry
Revival; may take a hundred years,
Alas, many of us will be gone by then,
Our companions, all through they were,
On a mad noon act; all vanished to nowhere
Ten thousand trees lost; is the count we have
As the city lies barren without, the green it wore
Family of trees lay victims; in parks and on pavements
While every road and compound added to the lore
Yes we waited for our reservoirs to fill
For flora, fauna and fields to survive
In turn; only received tears in our eyes
Only numbness remains, all hearts bleed
Last year water; this year the storm
Call it what you like; but curse is same
All elements that we presumed were allies
Turned a foe; that tale, God alone can tell
In a moment of madness; hate let loose
The ghost wind, showed rage unending
The fierce storm, hell bound it stood
Decimated everything in its path
Relenting only after revenge; extracted
As everyone around was in sheer disbelief
Dazed and shattered and shocked were we
Too numbed to think and too dumb to act
Yet the calamity will soon be forgotten;
As History’s bosom has many such stories
But both the scars will remain for decades,
The World has its dark side too!
Eternal Love
Eternal love, unending grace
Compassion rich and free
Are found upon the Savior’s face
Are found at Calvary
For there they mocked, and there He cried
Forsaken and alone
For there He bled and there He died
To take me as His own
Oh, I am mortal and undone
A sinner, yet I see
He sent for me His only Son
What love He has for me!
A love so great and infinite
He heard my desperate cry
A love so deep and passionate
He rather chose to die
And give up all His majesty
His palace in the sky
And live among such misery
Than see me justly die
For I deserved the awful death
But He was there instead
He finished all, gave up His breath
And lay among the dead
The grave could never hold him down
Nor can it conquer me
For when He rose to claim His crown
I rose for all to see
Yeshua conquered, grace to give
What joy–He set me free!
He paid the price for me to live
What love He has for me!
A love that chose to rescue me
When I had gone astray
Although I sinned so stubbornly
He led me to His way
A love that reads my heart and mind
Yet sees beyond my sin
He opened heaven’s gates to find
My soul and let me in
A love beyond my hopes or dreams
No other love compares
Like never-ending cleansing streams
That take away my cares
A love that daily bears with me
And helps me learn and grow
A love that clears my eyes to see
And guides me as I go
A love that always cares for me
A love that knows no end
My righteous King has come to be
My Father and my Friend
A love that faithfully forgives
Whatever I have done
He loves me with the love He gives
His Son, the Righteous One!
This love is why I live today
This love is how I cope
And in the darkest pit or fray
This love is still my hope
Eternal love, unending grace
Compassion rich and free
Are found upon the Savior’s face
What love He has for me!
Reflected in the heart
Are joys, hopes and thoughts
Vibrant lights so beautiful
They fill up the soul’s core
With trembling dreams
Liquid love pouring, emptying
Life of its doubt, its dread
Darkness that never
Expects to be slaughtered
By wonders so brilliant
They light up the world
Echoed in the silence
Are smiles and laughter
Striking kindness
Making the mind recall
All the pleasure personified
In memories of affection
Brought to life in one
Who believes and sees
Expressions of grace
Raining down from God
Coloring the moments
In precious pearls
Of wisdom and warmth
Assuring us all
That faith will overcome
Replicated in the light
Soft clouds of insight
Breathtaking moments, praise
Shining, weightless
Capturing the heart’s desire
In a flame, a blazing fire
Miracles of love
Grow to combine the thrill
With the unending smiles
Exposed by the Son
The One who knows this life
Despite being full of strife
Trains our souls, our minds
To listen to His voice
Knowing we have a choice
But promising hearts
That He will indeed save
Mirrored by sweet love
Sent down from God above
A still, small voice
Securing us and our purpose
With faith that pours
His blood over our soul
Covering with His redemptive
Plan, glory falling all around
Abiding in the love
That glows with grace
Calms the craziness
Reawakens the heart to praise
With knowing, the word
To relieve our aches
Destroy our doubts, our dread
With evidences of grace
His never ending deliverance
As He saves us from the past
The pain, remorse and regret
The shame that longs to reject
The darkness and torment
He saves… completely,
To the uttermost
With salvation that opens the gates
Into heaven and eternity!
