Three and twenty years ago
Terror rang its awful bell
In the midst of New York City
The great and tall twin towers fell

Slammed by hijacked liners
Deviated from their flight
Took our independent nation
From the day into the night

Thousands died there on that day
At the Pentagon we lost
A field in Pennsylvania
Also added to the cost

There was no nation there to fight
These were terrorists with dough
Billionaires had funded them
What to do, we did not know

We went to war with countries
Targeted Iraq, Iran
To make it even better
We fought in Afghanistan

For over twenty years
We sent our soldiers over there
Many killed and wounded
And our fighting more than fair

Since we did not fight the country
But the terrorists within
We could not hurt the population
To damage them would be a sin

There was no way to win the war
We finally pulled out everyone
The terrorists took over
Now its worse than when begun

We are protectors of the world
Have been since World War Two
Give of ourselves to everyone
We should try out something new

Trillions of dollars is our debt
From giving everything away
We borrow bucks from China
Who may own us one fine day

Communism and democracy
Capitalism one and all
The ones who have the money
Will cause the other ones to fall

We've donated to our allies
Just to keep them as a friend
While our own go cold and hungry
Which has come to no good end

The USA's our country
Home of the brave and free
A promise land for citizens
That's including you and me

We welcome here most anyone
Who contributes to our way
Terrorists and criminals
Cannot be added to the fray

Our borders need protecting
Not to let the bad ones here
There's a qualifying process
For rejecting when they're near

We all need to pull together
Or we'll lose this once great land
Nine Eleven is still with us
We must address it hand in hand

Awaiting Rescue By Good Ole Extraterrestrial Homeboys

Upon surrendering this self
hypnotized faux yes ("FAKE") Earthing,
I noticed nothing amiss
(which temporary state of transcendent bliss
twice daily meditation strives to attain),
ah...before you dismiss
a non "FAKE" claim lemme juiced

apprise ye with a very brief hiss
tour re:, how this generally outlandish
(long gush fellow) doth wanna kiss
hippy, cheeky and buddy
UFO's (with chess
a mon bot of errant knightly -
je ne sais quois finesse,

Oh Henri Matisse -
yea artfully add a touch of Swiss
obviously predominantly
French laced politesse),
though up pawn occasion
this lousy manque non
rook key mutant doth miss

long disused subtle social cues, cuz I still
feel asper (in) a human aberration
always felt like an outcast in an alien nation
even though born on Mars,
(a distinct honorable station),

yet resided on third rock from the sun
what seems like forever damnation
yours truly experienced abolition
against supposed invaders from outer space,
and essentially targeted, kindled,

and bullied on par like an abomination,
no surprise while attempting
to escape being walled din,
and trumped "illegal" accusation
crackled, snapped, and popped with abjection,

your honor (forgot to mention
earlier got picked up mistaken as invitation
from outer space by a kid prized
as some sophisticated surveillance drone),
within a sketchy section

of town, and must avoid acquisition
by mad scientists (employed by NASA),
who will undoubtedly take immediate action
and disassemble me (carefully as if dismantling
Bono fide atomic bomb), hence activation

must be established pronto against administration,
sans powerful GMO firearm, emitting disinformation
(mine defense of last resort)
will definitely signal to nemesis
furthering my aggravation,
and Putin this webbed, whirled,
and wired woebegone wysiwyg at risk.

Sweet Victory

Take a step back and look what happened
13 years of crap they were yapping
Lived my worst fears life collapsed in
turned me ugly from attractive

I lost my job and social scene
I even quit the football team
Yet still they carried on so mean
actually wiping my whole life clean

I have nothing that I had then
Unemployed without a friend
I know I drive you around the bend
shouting victim over again

But people purposely targeted me
using job titles as authority
they were nasty shameless horrid
bomb my personal life now borrowed

They destroyed an actual being
characteristics I had diminished
years annoyed my head spinning
True Injustice refuse to finish

Never would i surrender
repressed visions
mental release
Breakdowns lift And I remember
Scenes I’d seen
with every piece

They lied to make me look bad
and hide through lies to save their ass
they were sacked but no one knows
and I can prove it I can show

They tell people I was sacked
but I wasn’t and that’s a fact
now we change up good and bad
they are stood where I always have

13 years of clear defeat
final whistle never blew
now I cheer as they are beat
it’s all over, I don’t lose

Now they are not a valid talker
no longer are they believed
stories causing friend to walk far
are friends that I will never need

A book of slander in my name
now life took this book away

Where We'Re At

Written By: D. Collins 5/7/20

If we sniff the wrong air,
We could leave away from here.
Venture from our crib, and
see how long we live.

Touching and hugging is obsolete.
If we see it coming, we'll cross the street.
Yeah! That's how we're living in 2020.
For those who don't know, that's the skinny.

The public ain't public, if you ask me.
No chairs in the park sitting under a tree.
It is detrimental if we walk outside.
We can only be tested, based on where we reside.

People of color somehow drew the short stick.
It makes you wonder if it was targeted.
This is where we're at in this point of time.
Trying to survive, but led by the blind.

The truth no one wants to hear

The world was built on lies and corruption,
Africa was the target of colonial destruction,
They targeted not because of genuinity,
But for the sole purpose of selfishness -
And greed bred from jealousy that it was never theirs to begin with

Secrets of brutality,
Hidden in the purgatory of the past,
theft the real cause of a power that is false,
Stolen from the people who deserve it the most -
It’s true owners - the black race,
Us, the beginners of everything -
The true leaders, those that invented power,
Turned into greatness

The fruits of our labour stolen by greedy hands,
Then profited off of our blood that built empires,
And improved economies
The savagery of the white man knows no bounds,
Tearing apart our ancestors families,
Stripping them from loved ones,
Murdering parents in front of children,
And enslaving generations

The only time they cared to touch -
Was when they stole, autonomy and spirit,
Using black women as breeding farms -
And a body to feed our children, despite
Their constant need to criticise them
Using black men to make examples of others,
By use of ‘buck-breaking’,
Not only stealing their manhood, but dignity too,
Replacing it with shame and humiliation

A history of brutal atrocities,
Mass genocides -
Irreversible traumas,
Under the guise of the stereotypes enforced upon us
The lies that were told, were the truths of the oppressors,
A history of deceit made for black to be criminalised,
And white victimised,
The truth of the white man's history of brutality,
Runs deeper than any government conspiracy

The truth no one wants to hear,
Becomes reparations for my people
The truth no one wants to hear,
Will be the sentencing of white people

Voluptuous Outlook

VOLUPTUOUS OUTLOOK
Have you ever seen?
the dark side of my face
If so, you would not aspire, my love
Take a different angle
and look inside through my tempting eyes
then you will see
My carnal desire concealed underneath

I am a voluptuous creature
My sense blends with deception, eroticism,
and evasive love
Be vigilant and make use
Your genius, brilliance
and act before flying the decisive moment
I am a genius of amorousness
fear, hate and protest
filled with selfish sex temptation
put up with your wisdom
and courageous will

If I were the only jackal
who targeted looting your virginity?
I am the lucky dog and I will not give up
this tremendous opportunity
I see disdain, fear, and hate
in your body language...
Although you are a charming flower
I don’t mind it
I see your body
as a sensuous lure
I cannot waste the chance
scanning your beauty

Your lustful lips and blooming breast
twittering like leaves in an autumn gale
the moaning sound of the inner throat of you
inspire my temptation
Before the thunder
silence waits out after lightning
If you stay looking for
care, justice, or sympathy
I will attain certainly my wish
Why don’t you fly away?
just like a she bee!

Chritmas Mosquitoes

Christmas Mosquitoes

Twas the night before Christmas
That would make it Christmas Eve
Squadrons of mosquitoes were following me
Outside on the lawn, no ice or snow
This is Florida don't you know
My spouse and I had just dunked our heads
In a vat of bug repellent and started to bed
We became surrounded and began to pray
The buzzing got closer anyway
Mosquitoes treat bug spray like marinade
They targeted us and began their parade
The Mrs. just finished her whiskey night cap
Staggered to bed without a road map
On the way she lit candles about the house
Though it was so dark and she had her doubts
We don't have candles, only TNT
Lets see if insects like to feed on these
Merry Christmas to all except the mosquito
We scratched their last itch and made it finito

I Did This To Myself

The days go by so faintly,
But the pain throbs in my heart.
I wish I could do this over,
And begin again from the start.
Words are scattered bullets,
That left my big mouthed gun.
They targeted my happiness,
And killed away the fun.
·
The echoes of the casings,
Still cling within my mind.
If I could touch Dali’s clock,
I’d repaint the hands of time.
To a time...when I was with you,
To restore all of my wrongs.
But this life replays to me,
Like a sad love song.
·
My actions are still hazy,
But the results are all too clear.
If I could cast some magic,
I’d snap my fingers to bring you here.
But life is not that easy,
We make things so hard.
What started out as easy,
Is signed with sorrow’s regards.
·
Man, I’m in a daze,
A dream I can’t wake from.
As the world moves around me,
My emotions are still numb.
As I achieve my accomplishments,
From all the things I do.
Believe me...they mean nothing,
If I can’t share them with you.
·
As you rest on your happy pillows,
I toss and turn on mine.
I have come to my conclusion,
That separation is divine.
Maybe one day you’ll return,
To color in this black and white sky.
Nothing I do...can reclaim you,
And only God knows why.
·
I’m speeding to get nowhere,
While staring in my rearview.
The road has gotten longer,
With still no signs of you.
My patience is on empty,
Burning fumes of creative wealth.
But when the rubber meets the road,
I did this to myself...

Blandishments Eroded Invaluable Necessary Treasured Alms

Blandishments eroded invaluable necessary treasured alms

Existential nihilism rent psyche asunder
courtesy unforeseen deadly bombs
lobbed by computer hacker and scammer
rolled into one nasty,
short and brutish lout,
whereby his aggrieved targeted victim
experiences absolutely zero qualms.

Though common horse sense
I generally applaud
within these lovely bones
an undersize fellow whose forehead broad
methinks perchance twenty first century
can witness remake of Exosquad

linkedin with mental, physical,
and spiritual fiasco fraud
no doubt grist for the cinematic mill
made for movie of the week,
where prominent product placement
of once iconic iPod,
but illustrious position
in Apple's product lineup
came to an end.

Apple finally killed the “iPod” brand,
just over twenty years
since original introduction in 2001
creating perfectly fitting
pièce de résistance jigsawed

replaced by smartphones,
such as the iPhone,
which can both store music
and access music streaming services
such as Spotify and Apple Music.

Nevertheless, and despite efforts
to exorcise mailer daemons
rage against the machine
that doth mauraud,
while a tempest blows
furious in my mind as well outside,
thus I gladly nod

acknowledgement toward Mother Nature
for natural timely spatial effects
bending boughs analogous to quad
of cheerleaders executing tricks
while accompanying color guards
exhibit purposeful antics done roughshod
for the benefit of mister Kite.

Distraction writing reasonable rhyme
temporarily offsets carbon footprint
to stomp furiously on account of cyber crime
wracking noggin how I could be lame
easily being conned, dogged,
goaded, hectored, kick/jump started, ...
now yours truly haint gotta dime
to his name, attributed to fool hardiness
poached, fried, embezzled...
oh that human slime
letting him manipulate me
as if he pointed gun -
which spelled "BANG"
when fired, now triggers
profound unnecessary anguish.
