Where We'Re At

If we sniff the wrong air,
We could leave away from here.
Venture from our crib, and
see how long we live.
Touching and hugging is obsolete.
If we see it coming, we'll cross the street.
Yeah! That's how we're living in 2020.
For those who don't know, that's the skinny.
The public ain't public, if you ask me.
No chairs in the park sitting under a tree.
It is detrimental if we walk outside.
We can only be tested, based on where we reside.
People of color somehow drew the short stick.
It makes you wonder if it was targeted.
This is where we're at in this point of time.
Trying to survive, but led by the blind.
