Premium Member The Raging Battle

High up on the mountain's slopes
I sit and try not to let the cold beat me
Rather, I sit and try to vanquish it
Why, the winds pierce through my bones
Causing my blood to freeze
And my heart to stop beating!
But I concentrate hard on the stars
Letting their warmth reach into the core of my soul
While allowing their songs to invade all of my senses!

Transfixed, I hardly know of what am I doing
Will the cold winds emerge winsome
Or will the mystical warmth have the last word?

While the battle rages on,
Subtly, my guardian spirit flies over to me
In the guise of golden clouds
To whisper in my ears
"Of what use is battling with forces you can handle not?"

Jolted, my pulse quickens and I gape open mouthed
At nothing in particular
Pray, what I am trying to show to myself
By having the winds battling with existence's mysticism
Better it is
To carry a light heart
While letting myself flow there where stars bid me to
By pushing across me, winds, to which my intuition
Shall submissively follow!

The mountains' slopes I choose to leave
Knowing that I am not left on my own
For, the stars shall be there to accompany me
As long as I would breathe!

Flag Day 2022 Tuesday June 14

Indoctrination courtesy pledge of allegiance
occurred every morning soon after I arrived
at grade school, a little boy namely Matthew
Scott Harris remembers obligatory recitation
mindful to keep right hand over left breast to
experience the beating heart, not knowing re:
son nor rhyme, neither giving a fig, but meekly,
passively, and submissively heeding parochial
ideology, fidelity, civility to an abstract principle
to honor symbolic representation of life, liberty,
and pursuit of happiness and though grateful
to live in a country with intimations of democracy,
I now recognize absolute zero equality (one

hundred percent hypocrisy – admitted hyperbole)
prevails concerning, kickstarting, underscoring
inalienable rights towards marginalized people:
such as those of color (endowed by their creator
because their melanocytes produce different
amount and kinds of melanin), differently abled
people (once again gifted courtesy procreative
powers) favored by chance distribution of genetic
traits to acquire aptitudes, dispositions, headstrong
manifestations, skills, (albeit academic, anarchistic,
artistic, atavistic, athletic, autistic...), and those
individuals defying gender stereotypes, (which
generalizations mainly long foster discrimination.

Premium Member The Magic of the Night Air

The night air pulses with the tunes of my anguish
Remember, whispers it to my sulking face,
Remember of the romance meant to be lived
In eternity!

Remember of the cause of your fall
Remember of the divine guidance!

The night air pulses and the chilly winds prick me,
Bidding me to open the pores of my senses,
So receptive to the wills of my own fate!

Keeping my faced turned up to the hovering moon
I clasp my arms tight around myself
Letting the tears flow as painfully as they wish
Letting the hurt engulf my whole essence
Letting the agony of my fate coil and uncoil itself
Around me, as much as it wishes to
Taking no account of anything else!

Pray, submission fills up my love ponds
Weary and tired of life,
I have simply turned to love,
Submissively,
Wishing to bloom in between its arms
Or to die at its hands
Whichever shall it will
As long as the night air shall keep pulsating
With the tunes of my anguish!

After all, my story originates from the time
When Creation did not exist yet
It shall have to keep on being alive,
As such is what the bearers of Existence
Have willed for me!

"Upon my lap it's safe garden pleasance,
deep in its soul a rumbling purr."
Quote by poet

Dulcet golden summer light lay upon
her long feline fur of chocolate mousse.
She sensual moves soundlessly through loose
half written poetry sheets, then she's gone.

Warmth of deep and passionate emotion,
on her paws nears, with grace hugs with her tail,
as she sits submissively. With big pale
green eyes, purrs, and stares up with devotion.

Soothed by her radiant gentle presence
and dawning affection, looking cozy,
but in Pandora's box being nosey.
Do not rein her private garden pleasance.

The Joke of the Hoax

Believing Covid has to be
a plan hatched by humanity
hoaxing a deadly disease
To which we've no immunity

One to see our freedoms cease
or fraud shaping economies
controlling all within a peace
One rule for all in all countries

Means you think it is mans creation
A vast fictitious fabrication
toward desired destination
benefiting every nation

A theory of simplicity
controlling all submissively
abiding voluntarily
united in a unity

But in its practicality
A paradox of boundaries
to have planned actualities
Bound for eventualities

This simplistic conspiracy
 a variable complex mystery
Which in all probability
 a near impossibility

Covid's true seems much more likely
when conspiracies weigh lightly
and the truth shines logic brightly
whilst conspiracies end blindly

Stretching and lowering their head submissively
Two tiger cubs in a fun frolic play and kittens yowl
Actively under trees, limbs, and leaf brushes passivity
Hugs, scratches, bites, and tiger growls

Along comes a black heart face gibbon
Swinging from branch to branch in high-speed
No tail, arms as long as his body like ribbons
Teasing he joins in “You can’t catch me! Yes indeed!”

Swinging from branch to branch in high- speed
Reaching for the cubs as fast as he could
He pulls their ears and pulls their tail to take heed
Can't seem to get enough of play since he began

The cubs jump and stretch and extended their claws
With all their efforts falling back to the ground with no avail
They suck and draw breath playing hide-seek to get their jaws
on the gibbon. From behind, the gibbon stood on the ground and pulled their tails

They turned and chased as fast as they could and failed
Worn out conveying a lack of interest they walked away

Swinging from branch to branch in high-speed he stopped and inhaled
“Where are you going?he wailed.I’m not done playing? Come back to play another day. “

Lady With the Pink Fuzzy Floppy Hat

If you ever espy a latitudinally
and longitudinally challenged
older yet shopping savvy woman,
(wedded to yours truly
for almost twenty six years),
who stands approximately
four feet and ten inches
a strong hunch that gal
stacks up as mine missus,
she dons costumed headwear
to avoid station identification,

whenever she steps out
into the public limelight
anywhere outside these four walls
of our one bedroom apartment
here within bucolic Schwenksville,
the town that town forgot,
and the decades could not improve,
where all the women good looking,
the men strong, and the children
wise to the ways of technology.

When this logophile
quite a few pounds lighter
ever since I first became acquainted
with unnamed aforementioned woman,
she adopted predilection to don apparel
allowing, enabling, and providing
modus operandi to present herself incognito.

Ofttimes said spouse of mine
upon returning from
grocery shopping spree
(ever price conscious of various
and sundry commestibles -
with a knick knack paddy whack
give this doggone husband
a plant based NON GMO bone),
she can rattle off the prices
of targeted items on her mental rolodex
how much food cost at:
ALDI, GIANT, LIDL, WEGMANS...

While scurrying to and fro
hither and yon,
a stranger might unexpectedly
pay a compliment to iterated getup,
which bobbin noggin makes her
easy to identify, when yours truly
tags along, (but despite
being considerably taller
by almost twelve inches),
these spindleshanks of one
sentient, ship shaped,
shanghaied, salubrious,

slithering, snakish, stuttering,
sluggish, smashface scarred,
sober, solitary, sangfroid
skidamarink singing, Shamokin
speaking scrivener, scuzzy,
spunky, starved, submissively
suicidal, sunburned, senseless
salaried shuffling senescent
snoutish soundcloud shutterflying
snapchatting schnorrer
find impossible mission
to keep pace with the wife.

Premium Member Lord God, You Are My Covenant Maker

February 19 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Deuteronomy 5-9

Key Verse– Deuteronomy 5:2-3 The LORD our God made a covenant with us in Horeb. The LORD.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY COVENANT MAKER

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who brought me out from Satan’s bondage powerfully
Thank You for keeping me in Your sanctification daily…
Please forgive me for taking Your name in vain deceitfully
I now bow down to You with sincerity willingly.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who prolongs my days graciously
Thank You for leading me to walk in all Your ways conscientiously…
Please forgive me for neglecting Your commandments deliberately
I should hear You speak to me compassionately.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who teaches me Your Word constantly
Thank You for preserving me in Your righteousness ceaselessly…
Please forgive me for showing You my shallow commitment obviously
I indeed fear You reverentially.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who delivers me from worldliness to stay in Your will joyously
Thank You for causing me to desire You and Your presence delightfully…
Please forgive me for serving You half-heartedly
I ought to obey You with fervent love ardently.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who proves me with Your perfection circumspectly
Thank You for establishing me in Your Scriptures steadfastly…
Please forgive me for forgetting to apply Your principles wisely
I truly live for You earnestly.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who fences me around Your standards securely
Thank You for pardoning me of my sins I confess honestly…
Please forgive me for indulging in filthiness You hate sternly
I need to follow You submissively.

Lord God, You are my covenant Maker
Who hearkens to my prayers attentively
Thank You for enclosing me inside Your arms mercifully…
Please forgive me for minimizing Your granted inheritance ignorantly
I must believe You with full trust faithfully.

Premium Member With Love's Purity

With love’s purity
you offered me with sincerity
assurance toward “till death do us part” certainty
of joyous "one-flesh"* security...
confident to receive my affirmative surety.

Decades ago, you’re hopeful of our altar date
upon your insistence midst persistent prayer-state…
yet, knowing that with steadfast faith against jesting fate
the Sovereign’s answer is never late...
courageously, you accepted that I'm not meant to be your lifetime mate.

Beholding you with your happy family now
while delighting in my special home, ministry can only allow
I’m rejoicing that each of us kept our steadfast vow
to be in the center of God’s will; to Him we submissively bow
since He knows what’s best for us…including every why any how.

Midst agape love binding mine with your heart...
from our blissful memories we can’t depart
you and I never got away from what we did start
to please the Lord, through His entrusted course-chart
vanquishing selfishness and its fatal dart.

*Matthew 19:6 Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

I Awkwardly, Ineptly, and Submissively Fumbled Thru Life

I awkwardly, ineptly, and submissively fumbled thru life...,
whereat purposefulness rarely gained traction

Fatherhood (half my life time ago)
bolstered reasonable rhyme
manifesting itself before
these myopic bespectacled eyes.

Infancy, babyhood, and Childhood
evidenced, noticed, and witnessed
adequate basic provisions,
and no shortage of food
engendered dynamic cohesion
allowed, enabled, and provided
"mama's boy" imbued,
and attempted to compensate
being socially withdrawn
posting and answering

personal classified advertisements,
(while marital vows
long since pledged),
now in hindsight such risqué
communiqués juvenile and lewd
sense and sensibility
of healthy emotional, mental
and physical natural maturation
social withdrawal did occlude
invariably classmates found
lack of responsiveness rude.

Additionally, yours truly
never field tested
self reliance skill sets,
but rather overstayed his welcome
livingsocial with parents
at 324 Level Road,
whose patience he sorely tested

ofttimes giving rise
since hashtagged as
dad's infamous midnight lectures
heavily referencing expletives
which vituperative ultimatums
extemporaneously delivered courtesy
paternal linkedin progenitor of mine

when the doomsday clock struck twelve
allowing, enabling, providing
standing room only
promising colorful denunciatory epithets
assaulting, cannonading, firing...
exploding character assassination
verbal thermonuclear bombs squarely
lobbed at unemployed sole son,
his/him offspring afflicted then (three
plus decades ago and now)
with debilitating anxiety/
social panic, palmar hyperhidrosis,
body dysmorphia, and
irritable bowel for starters.

I (a rather meek individual)
stood still as a statue
silently weathering such
blistering, calumniating, excoriating,
fulminating, haranguing brickbats
upon a rather docile doodler with words,
who essentially internalized
torturous barrage vacuous warnings

to shape up or ship out,
which mother and father dearest
doled out their version
of abusive traumatic boot camp
survival mode qualified
as invisible contusions, fractures,
infarctions, lesions, obstructions
and ruinations upon psyche.
