Many If's of Life and Dancing

Many If's of Life and Dancing

If you think you can make yourself look so delicious and attractive
Yet at times frills and puffs can enhance your curly locks with delight;

If you entice you’re loving eyes: make your arms well defined and active
Then your tender delicate manners will not lose graces of your lovely sight;

If you practice dancing moves, like Fred Astaire dancing the mighty Ritz
Try playing and giving into a timely visual light up-beat song and hold,

Enjoy all that life has to offer with your friends and romancing into a fritz
Make friendliness your tender and inviting a firm grip of purest gold,

If you can speak and master the French, Irish and even speak Latin
And find out you have to acquire, a well-refined mind and not be so mien,

If you can feel the lavish scent of my long dress of silky satin
Can you not feel like calico as I dance the Ritz so I may reign?

If you play the piano and use your well-gloved hand and jam
Can you not hear the tempo of the beat and not have to pretend?

When you’re out and dancing in rhythm while you're out on a lamb
If we keep dancing neath the chandelier I know we're true friends,

Can you sing the tune" Fly me to the moon" as we dance beneath the stars
If you can play the piano bars and string along to a song as you must,

Then you'll be dancing with me under-Neath the glistening stars by far
While we keep feeling our earnest bodies dancing and loving as we just,

If sometimes you can hold me as tenderly as we dance in unison tempo
In this mighty gifted tranquil place as we're both putting on the Ritz,

While we're enraptured and enshrined like harmonies sweet kiss even though
If you place your soft hands in mine while they're playing our songs of hits,

And if we're still together as the stillness of the night lingers on
Till we both dance to our true love song till the early morning dawn.

Breathing For a Reason

Newfound faith is like my life’s lathe to shape me up and behave or erase all hate and praise Jesus he’s to amaze/
No if’s, and’s or but’s he’ll raise more ways to create craze or phase my mental maze with rays/
That gray cloud decays as I’m adding days/
He’ll gladden whatever’s there to sadden/
what he’s done for me I can't fathom/
Never again will I succumb to become a heathen/
I’m still breathing for a reason/
No longer glum I’ll just be admiring all gloaming occurring/
With my pulley in operation it’s a life revise as the old Kyle Gee is in deprivation and despise/
I’m now free with that separation while God amplifies rhyming as my chow, it satisfies/
This decree is rectification of sod where people prod and are prone to criticize/
I don’t know where the motivation drives/
I just know lies provides those demonic eyes a glimmer of a prize/
No more ties to sin no longer a sinner just a monger to prosper/
Never an imposter to a preacher/
God was the motivator for better posture/
My heavenly father no more pother to bother my ideas to ponder/
With the math after the crash maneuver it turned my life to assumed sewer/
As I grew older I can assure you it was the best blessing ever/
Right down to the liver there was to severely sever/
I became one with God and his son/
I felt like I was carrying a ton but I’ve begun to let go and let God’s work be spun/
I won't string along what I’ve strung out too long or hang onto what’s hung me out to dry/
I’m surrendering and rending this addiction it’s no fun/
The sun season is any season we’re breathing even if it’s thundering lightning and raining/
It’s a mental painting we create the creation/
I’m not teasing that would be a treason/
These words to me are so pleasing as I’m still breathing for a reason/
I bruised my own heart but it’s recovering and still beating.

Cyber-Love

On life’s rebound mere months ago
caught head to toe in throes of woe
the youngest in my fam’ly crew
with insight to my rescue flew
she wrote me in, the caring mite
as member of a friendship site

From every place under the sun
new friends I gathered by the ton
the world itself got shrunk in size
merged lands and seas and mounts and skies
awed by the vast, new cyberspace
my throes of woe took second place

Good friends I raked in by tenfold
discarded some, if truth be told
a few I merely string along
the rest held dear in friendship strong
a wholesome blended potpourri
my cyber-spatial fam'ly tree

My best friend must remain unnamed
in his own world a man of fame
with ease he glided into mine
this angel of the human kind
who decades long has shared his life
with one he proudly calls “my wife”

Then Cyber-Cupid after drinks
with glint in eye played me a jinx
it hiccuped once, aimed arrow straight
I stepped aside but way too late
the arrow struck with practiced ease
pierced center-heart and bucked my knees

My cyber-love slid in my heart
distance despite, no inch apart
through emails sweet, fine poetry
we formed a bond unholy be
by gentle eyes, soft hazel-brown
turned inside-out and upside-down

The pastime which had woe replaced
ate hours at unwieldy pace
once-daily chats became our creed
though soon to two, then three increased
my loved one’s with me of like mind
(quite oft in chats we pen same lines)

My conscience pricks: he can’t be mine
though fine he’s loved by one as fine
in tri-love games there’s naught to gain
except but cause the good wife pain
in state of flux I chant my plight:
succumb or let my love take flight?

Me and the Zimmer Man - Continued

Anyways, this fella an’ me, we were on a rhyme-spree.

“Bob, ” I asked, “to what now do you aspire?”

To which he replied, in a drawl slow as a wet week,

”A spire? A place no man can dwell”.

This was going to be a long ride, I could tell.

“No, Bob,” said I, wanting to make myself quite clear,

“what I mean to say is: where do you go from here? And

Not just in the geographical sense,

Though in that I have an interest as well.”

To which he replied most cryptically

“Interest compounds! Fate confounds!”

- a pronouncement with which I could not argue.

Not understanding its import in the least,

I just nodded as if to concur with this profundity

and once again ventured to elicit

an intelligible response to my enquiry, to wit:

what it was indeed that drove him onwards.

“What I mean to ask, Bob,

What it is I am seeking

Is simply to know where it is

You’re intending to go from here?”

To which he replied quite stridently

“I ain’t goin’ anywheres that I know of,

But you are surely welcome to string along.”

At this point I could not but help from thinking

That he was thinking this was a song.

“That I would very much like to do, Bob,

“And try to be good company.”

Straightaway I regretted my presumption

That I could be a welcomed

 traveling companion of his.

“There’s no good company anymore,” he opined,

Pressing hard down on the throttle,

“we passed the last one way back a-piece –

Now kindly do pass me that bottle.”

Incomplete Love

Sometime, someone somewhere was so passionate about someone!!!!

They met- it was fortune!
They liked- it was fantasy!
They loved- it was destiny!
They separated- it was tragedy!

How could she let him go?
How could she say him no?

His magic was mesmerizing,
His voice was mellowing,

His soul was serene,
His heart was clean,

His words were mollifying
His mind was classifying,

His love was very intense,
But he could never commence,

He never shared his heart out,
So for her it was beyond doubt,

That someone thinks of her madly
Which she would have accepted gladly,

But she kept waiting for quite long,
That one day they would string along,

He did not say out of his shyness,
He used to address her as highness,

The time passed,
Days! Months! Years!

But still same story prevailed,
He had as yet not unveiled,

She could not carry the precious but unspecified relation forward
So spoke to him about it very straight forward,

The response was expected,
She knew she was selected,

But his nervousness in committing,
Compelled her actually for quitting,

Both weren’t ready to be apart,
Weren’t even prepared for a fresh start,

But
Life doesn’t always give a second chance,
One needs to be clear in advance,

This is what it turned out to be,
One who was at fault was – he,

Their relation is still a mystery,
He can’t forget her in his life history

Still someone is longing for someone somewhere!

Halloween Night

Halloween Night 8/25/12

Night is coming fast,
I really want this night to last,
Halloween...Halloween,

Ghost, ghouls, muppets, angels,
Little witches practicing their spells,
Halloween...Halloween,

Graveyards appear off roads,
Cobwebs string along lumpy toads,
Halloween, Halloween,

Fog comes from no where,
Frankenstein and Dracula want your blood,
What, are you scared?
It's Halloween, the dead emerge, runnnnnnnn

Amy Winehouse and Jack Daniels come hand in hand,
The show with Ray Charles with Zombie Winehouse in high demand,
Audience drinks mugs of tropical blood,
Werewolf from Paris flies in to make life undone,
Dario Argento takes notes for cool effects,
He sits away from the demons, of all, he knows them best.

For those stuck at home,
Pass out candy to a few drones,
Tinkerbell blesses you with glitter,
Mary Poppins has to mark this moment on twitter,
Jason would rather just cut your throat,
So be nice, give him the basket, try not to choke,
The Crazy 88s are Halloween neighborhood watch,
Looks like Andre the Giant just kicked one in the crotch,

It's midnight now, the carriage now a pumpkin,
Prince is mad, no kiss tonight, skins a lump again,
Concert was a success,
Candy is gone, no more stress,
Scared to sleep now, the best comes during rest....

If

if but and also
all ran down a street
whose cousin’s mother’s sister
legalized love’s distant dream

with in on and beyond
following closely after
a key hole of time’s future now
spooked bejesus out of bounds

when shoes string along
black wholes green with envy turn
worms come out of closets
knots know not to sing a song

who’s to tell this from that
when clocks ring hollow
and all gods feel sorry
for four score is no more

the measure of all that entails
enshrined within without’s about
debts delinquent devout doubt
morrow’s mourning mewing moss

cons an injunction positively plain
predating position’s posture to fame
signing is a song’s sad dismay
crossing is a road without delay

as gold to ash dust turneth brown
merely’s mostly mitigating moves
shakes the earth’s shivering please
bordering boundless broken bones

if the sun’s heart skips a beat
then your turn will ours become
and if water cries life’s complete
put it down thou will be done

tomorrow is a stranger’s rising night
yesterday’s rose incites my light
love plays dangerous games
whose rules bend time and blesses names

the quill of now rests in peace
also how never more then ever
is not who is once was was
trolls never words were whether

I Met You In The Spring

It Was Spring When I Met You.

I met you in the spring,
When blue birds gather and sing,
With butterflies' wings fluttering,
Stirring above flower petals.

Our whole life's beings, in joy,
In full swing, of living things,
Amonst slices of green leaves,
Deep dreams risen, in morning sun.

I met you in the spring,
Bee's humming, fairy ring, highland fling,
Picket fences, honeysuckle vines clinged,
Cardinal sings, in glorious tunes of joy.

Seen them through your eyes,
Our hearts sang in union.
With love bloom of stars bright,
And now, how love turns to ice.

Here I sit alone, in the quiet of the night
Staring out at stardusts in dark sky,
Basking under sparkles of moonlight,
Dreaming of days gone by,
String along, sad songs, out of style.

My eyes drawning in tears,
Glistering smear as dew drops,
On top of rose petals,
Fresh from spring rainfalls.

Wind blows through my hair,
Warm air caressing my face,
Bright sun shines on my body,
The sage scented is swell.

Of wildflowers smell, pale and sweet,
My heart beats with memories of love,
Of you, spring, so far away in time,
In time of magical, passing thoughts,

It was LAST SPRING, when I met you.

Premium Member I run the risk

in order to have bliss i run the risk
on the high-flying disk there is no resistance
my dreams need no practical means to reason
now that i have been given into this musing

two magnets touched by two different polarities
round and round the Karma card
Venus and Jupiter dancing in a figure 8
now that you've made the sun flip

giving and receiving are not different actions
said Metatron and Kali to the sugar-coated tongue
tasting the sweetflag and sweet cinnamon
now pacing with me one foxtrot step at a time

dancing in the end zone cheers and jeers
abundance lies in the heart that allows
if one can't see through the door, why bother?
now that your pride goeth before destruction

direct hard truth flexible with too quick to act
stars shine on both sides
you deserve better when hope is restored
now that there is no you at the head of the table

sleight of mouth que voulez-vous faire?
the sun is not a balloon you can string along
the offing is a vertical horizon
now that you have reincarnated yourself

there is a light that never goes out

Ulster in Eire, has a legend in song' a son of honour
Who has struck the gong!
Gave it out true, cause he's long on strong!
Other greats have covered his songs!
I'm talking bout Van- Morrison.' sync and method
Decades long, yet new as green grass, I hear he's
Called to court; by a Mr Swan,.? maybe in politics?
Or perhaps I'm wrong? A truth denier? Let's string along
Is there graphene in them jabs; sodium chlorate? or anti-freeze? Is this
All real or just a wheeze? Has your freedom been curtailed?
Do you know of people. Gone off the rails? are there suicides From Sars cov 2 ? Are businesses suffering are doctors on
Phones too? How many people have died alone? Texas has no
Mask task line, I think as a guide ? they're doing fine.' The
Weather's different (now there's the rub) that's why on UK's
Hottest days they advised shut the pubs' they say there's a Learning curve with covid 19 it's full makeup is still unseen!
And Yet a jab for ( it )is here.! don't all that seem rather *****?
But bring it on swan' I'll bet armies of folk; back Van - Morrison.'
