The Runway

Run away plane
One hand
In the window pane
Touch me
Run away plane

A one way flight
You and I
The distance between us
I told you I’d hold you
Don’t you run away plane

Why don’t you hug me
Why don’t you reach for me
Maybe there’s a breeze
And you can touch me
Just one last time

I burn fear
A candle unlit
As you lay your thoughts
Across an empty seat

On a runaway plane
One hand
In the window pane
Touch me
Run away plane

A one way flight
You and I
The distance between us
I told you I’d hold you
Don’t you run away plane

Distractions
Aren’t the worst thing
Usually
It’s the scenes that change
Through the windows
Chasing the air you left

Champagne, no ice
I want to live this night
Seattle winds
DC Bound
The only one
In the airport lounge
Don’t wash away

Rolling

When things get to rolling
You’ll know exactly
How I’ve been holding
On, through all these days

And I know, I’ve been away
For how long, I can’t say
And I’ll make tomorrow
Just by surviving this day

When things get to rolling
You’ll know exactly
How I’ve been holding
On, through all these days

Along with change
Becomes a seasons delay
And I know now
Though you wish me here
That I can’t stay
Days are keeping me away

When things get to rolling
You’ll know exactly
How I’ve been holding
On, through all these days

And though you see
The things
That I’ve become
You touch me still
And it won’t be long
Until I’m all wrong

And though you see
All these things
That I’ve become
You touch me still
And it won’t be long
Until I’m all wrong

When things get to rolling
You’ll know exactly
How I’ve been holding
On, through all these days
And all these nights

Hesitation Has Cost Me Much Joy

Hesitation has cost me much joy,
sweet moments I didn't share,
it wasn't either greed or insecurity...
I preferred look away and not care.

If this guilt had not been there
to control my sense of extreme humility:
a laugh, a kiss, a touch or gesture
wouldn't have been missed by me.

Some wonder why they didn't dare,
why they wouldn't dream of what was already there,
not to explore all the wonders and delights of desire...
being reluctant to show the tender side.
.

Wished my decisions hadn't been too premature,
making me prone to mistakes, that in turn
turned out to be a disaster rather than a failure...
watching everything I built quickly burn.

Hesitation has cost me much joy,
the tender feel of willing and passionate lips,
to assure those eruptions of internal passions...
now, what I desire is deluding me.

Unfairness and Repudiation

My rebellion is based
on ufairness and repudiation,
I'm not blame and won't say a word...
you've fed your fantasy on illusion.

You have put a price on love,
and it's not my fault for the wrong assumption;
this heart of gold gave you enough, if not more...
you still accuse me of cheating with foul intention.

Make me swear, and still truth will shine,
make me go and you'll lose everything you possess;
I will show no shame in defending my innocence...
but giving you another chance wouldn't be my desire.

Beat your angry hands against my chest,
it will not hurt; and although I will withstand any madness,
don't fling any accusations to get quick explanations...
you have no proof I've done such things in the past.

When Your World Falls Down

In all my days I worry
I have nothing to offer you
Yet in such little time
You became the only person
That meant so much to me

When you’re all out of charming things to say
To where do the moments disappear
Try not to stand out so much
The things you learn as the days dismiss

When the music can no longer hold me
And your prayers can no longer lift me up
This piano shields my ugly voice
And when I fall asleep at night
I can still see you there

You should let me see the sun
And if something should happen to me
Well, I brought my hat and keys
In loving memory of
The voice of the ghost singing me asleep

When your world comes falling down
And you’re all out of charming things to say
To where do the moments disappear
Try not to stand out so much
The things you learn as the days dismiss

Undone

I’ve been tarnished
On an empty floor
She said
“You just can’t keep me still”
I could squeal
If you forced your will

So far have we come along
Breathing in touch of just
You’re right
And I could be wrong
I can speak and you can not
Or could it just be my song

And we don’t like to think
About the little things we do
The worst of our moments
Consuming me and you

What is it that you want
You don’t know
And I don’t long to, anymore
She’s feeding her child
She spreads her legs
But she resists his smile

But we don’t like to think
About the little things we do
The worst of our moments
Consuming me and you

My Feelings For My Friends

Even though time have surely changed
It's your names I can't forget
Childhood memories abound
Engraved inside my heart and mind

Even though you are not around
A thought of you and you're right there
My friends nothing has changed
There is nothing for you to say

Cause I'll always love you
As a friend through the end of time
It's the laughter we once shared
A precious moment in my mind
I will always remember you
And the crazy ways you made me feel
You opened a door within my heart
I could never close that on you

Even though years have passed us by
Recognizing the times and what they were
I noticed that you have changed your hair
But it's those eyes I can't forget

The sound and memory of your voice
It's all coming back to me again
The funny way we were back then
For me nothing has really changed

Cause I'll always love you
As a friend through the end of time
It's the laughter we once shared
A precious moment in my mind
I'll always love what we had
And the crazy ways you made me feel
You opened that door within my heart
I could never close that on you

Even though the years have passed on by
Recognizing the times and how they've changed
The memories flash of you and I
My feelings for you remain the same.

For Yours Truly

There’s no sense
In me loving you now
For the most of many days
I’m right here with you

I know you think I’m doing well
But I can barely breathe
Autumns tugging at your sleeves
And I don’t really want to leave

Between you and my last steps
There’s so much distance in your eyes
If this is truly who you are
I won’t disturb you anymore
My hearts felt the floor

There’s no need
In you loving me now
For the most of many days
You were right here with me

As my nights awaken I lie dimly
Sun rise and I toss and turn
Coffee mourns my name
Terribly sad, I cannot do the same

Just wanted to see how you were keeping
Open your curtains and peer into the day
Eyes wide, nothing ever appeared so clearly
I’m nearly gone
I am nearly gone

More Than Tears

you're to scared to look me in my eyes
Witness for yourselves my soul as it cries
Don't ever look me in my eyes
I'm everything the world despise

I've been falling for years in this black pit
Calling my fears, chasing my tears after I spit
On a seven day week
Never from heaven do we speak
Anything I love is lost
Worse than my life,
happiness was the cost
For years and years I've been mistreated
Never once was my heart defeated
Scrapping iron and steel
To whom do you think this appeals
On a three day resting break
No time for plates, I got demons to take
I'm running in circles
Everything in this atmosphere is purple
Why do we die
leave close ones to cry
Cross my flesh with a hot towel
Respect me for the things I said in foul
Put my hands together
and let the world know I tried

Don't ever look me in my eyes
You're to scared to look me in my eyes
visualize for yourself, my soul as she cries

Release Me

Release me from this anger
Release me from this state
Release me from temptation
Release me from this hate

Something snaps in my so called mind
Frustration builds, tension mounts
Scream so much my veins collapse
Horrible thoughts, demons all about

Good but even more evil
Pointing fingers, blaming others
I can't stop until someone gets hurt
It's my fault, hate smothers

Release me from this anger
Release me from this state
Release me from temptation
Release me from this hate

Cold blood running through my veins
Why won't it leave me alone, all this pain
Hot blood running through my veins
Why won't it leave me alone, all this pain
